I placed an order on the website. After receiving the message that the payment was succesfully executed, instead of an order confirmaiton I received an error message!!! After contacting the customer service, I found out that no order has been registered, but the money was already booked from my acount. Now I have to chase the customer service and my bank and hope that I get the refund. All in all, a VERY DODGY WEB SHOP !!!! Never again!

While waiting for this to happen and spending my weekend on contacting VS customer_service and my bank institution, I would rather refrain from further wasting my time and money on placing new orders that might or might not be processed.
Btw, I kept my browser open last time and never got the order confirmation number. Besides, my order was above 100Eur as you could see in the payment confirmation, and thus should have been extempt from shipping charges anyway.

I have placed an order as a guest at VS yesterday. Having filled out all necessary details I paid with the so called 'sofort Überweisung' (immediate transfer). After the payment was successfully completed I got some strange error message on VS website wihout any clue what went wrong or the possibility to correct it. From there I could only return to the Home Page. The payment was succesfully deducted from my account in the meantime (please see attached), but I got no order confirmation.

I bought 4 pairs of thongs and postage was £11.00 they were shoved in a postage bag not even a box.. I posted them out to my daughter in Greece and bought a nice gift box for them and that cost me £4.80 to send.. I dont know how they can justify the postage price.. I wont be buying from la senza again!

Avoid this site at all costs, pun intended. Fortunately I had the sense to trust my gut feeling and pay with PayPal, so I'll get my money back. Definitely a scam. No shipping confirmation (as promised), no tracking number, no shipping, no package. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes, and according to Nike.com the package "got lost". Packages rarely get lost. They just don't get shipped in the first place.

There was a time that a delivery guy you send cannot speak English at al, only can speak in Mandarin. So he didnt deliver my package due communication issue. That made me to repurchase my order again before I lose the discounted price event.
In the end, I spent more money on the discounted orders. Really dissapointed.

I made an order on 24th of April for 630 GBP at Victoria Secret web site. The order has never been delivered. When I called Victoria Secret customer support I was told that the order was returned by the shippling company without giving any reason for return and that the refund was issued. Today on 10th of June I still have neither goods nor any refund. What is also interesting it was a zero communication. The only email I have received was for the order confirmation. Victoria Secret customer service is not helpful at all and every time asking for more days, another 20 working days to post refund, another 7 working days to investigate why it was not posted, and playing a ping-pong game with eShopWorld. It looks like the only remaining option is a legal action. I would never again buy anything from this supplier, but I still need a resolution.

Disgusting company. Not sent a link to upload passport data. June 7 sent the data, they confirmed that the data were received by the delivery service on June 7. Today is June 10th. The package is still in Chicago. How they are going to deliver it to Moscow before June 17 is not clear. Awful service.

Ordered from Victoria's Secret, after 10 days of placing an order, carrier changes to Brokers Worldwide instead of eshopworld. I was not informed of this, plus no tracking information was provided to me at any point of time. Victoria's Secret claimed the order is shipped but eshopworld claimed something totally different that my order is a 'backorder' and that it has not been shipped yet. No co-ordination seen and also false information was shared with me as both the parties kept asking me to contact either of them for updates. Absolutely Pathetic service and shopping experience as both did not help me in tracking my package. My order was not delivered inspite of them assuring me it will be delivered even after asking for additional 3 business days of delay. Would never recommend anyone to use their website and avail their services. The entire shopping experience was a a disaster as even after sending many emails to eshopworld, i didn't receive any help or reply from them. Absolutely not at all reliable, and irresponsible of them to not provide updates and tracking information when requested, as well as no assistance provided!. There are much better alternatives to this company, don't choose eshopworld as it will save you from unnecessary hassles as you won't receive any reply from their customer service !

I tried to place an order for LaSenza, and my card was debited the entire purchase amount. I did not, however, receive any confirmation of my order, and after contacting La Senza i was informed that my order does not exist and I have to coordinate with my local bank. The local bank then said I have to request Eshopworld to request for cancellation of the floating status through Eshopworld’s bank so that the money will be returned. Now, since the order does not exist, there is nothing to cancel. I have contacted Eshopworld several times and only received an auto-response, with no one actually assisting me.
