what i bought got broken and E-shoes were only willing to give me a refund, which in my case it was NOT helpful because i bought it on sales which means that with that amount i was not able to replace it.
They had the possibility of sending me a new model which was the closest to what i bought but they didn't want to make a happy customer (or they didn't want to loose the profit on the sale of a new item?), i guess they prefer an angry customer that will write a bad review here. very smart!?

Well I ordered a pair of shoes, which came in good time. Then they were too small, so I had them sent back in. I spoke to a woman over customer services how that would works. She told me to order a new pair, and just send the others back in and my money would be refunded from the new shoes I bought.
Of course that was too difficult for your online shop to handle and you sent me a new pair to replace the smaller sizes that I sent back to you, and ontop of that, you sent me another pair! That means, you're not going to refund me until I send the other pair back which I haven't done because I have long hour work shifts. On top of that, it has really complicated my rent because I now don't have money for it since i'm down 1100kr which you haven't refunded me. So hopefully after work tomorrow, i'll have just enough time to run to the GLS store and return the extra pair before they close. Essentially I have to go out of my way to clean up your mess. Not going to lie, other online stores would give me some benefits for their mistake. Anyways, it's not the biggest problem, it's just a little annoying! :)

Great webpage, but unserious company, who has constant problems with there stocking. They have a lot of brands, but that is about it.
