Product fine which gained a couple of stars back.

Went in to store as it was next to where I work in Camden, and they didn't have the item listed on the website. I asked if they could get it in for me and the answer was to apparently order it online and pay an extra £3 for delivery to store.

I don't know where the storage facility is but I don't think very far, and didn't appreciate having to pay for it when the store clearly wasn't stocked properly. Felt quite cheated.

Products are good, however the recorded delivery was to the wrong address so I had to jump through hoops with Royal mail to get my parcel. It looks like the filed where u enter your house number to do an address lookup had fed through to the label, so it went to 44 not number 4.

I ordered a few costumes as I needed to make sure I had a suitable one!
I ordered 3 outfits and paid extra for next-day delivery. These came as expected and I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the costumes.
I only actually tried one outfit on which was perfect, so I bundled the rest up to return within the 14 day return limit.
I called several times to obtain a returns number, the first 3 occasions I was disconnected after holding, and followed the instructions on the voicemail to email for a returns number, unfortunately I did not get a reply from the email. Eventually I spoke to someone who emailed the returns number whilst I was on the phone.
I posted the costumes back by recorded delivery and these were received 4 days ago. Despite emailing (again), I have not had any acknowledgement of my return or notification of when I will be refunded.
This is a great company if you order one item and expect to use it with no problems. However I am awaiting a refund of £60 and I don't think it is acceptable for a company to ignore emails, especially when customers are directed to use emails by the voicemail message.
