Escapade Fancy Dress Reviews

Dress turned up a day late despite paying the fee for a next day delivery which was needed, e-mailed to mention that I had paid the fee, ordered in time so would they reduce/refund it - no reply. When I originally chased the dress I was informed the courier was busy so that's why it was late - not really my problem?
Website stated the dress I ordered was a size 12-14, when it arrived (the correct size I ordered) it stated it was a 10-12 so the info on the website is inaccurate.
The dress isn't a great fit but because it arrived late I didn't have the time to swap it.
The price charged for the quality received I always find irritating but to be fair, that's the same with all fancy dress shops.
Would be interesting to see if they bother to respond to the fact that they charged me for a service that I didn't actually receive.
