This is the SECOND time I have ordered from this company and the SECOND time I have not received the items on time even when paying hugely inflated delivery costs.
I was due to receive my package and when it reached 4:50 and I had not received the items I call and was told by an Escapade employee that there was an issue with royal mail and I would receive the next day. However, no such issue actually existed with Royal Mail and surprise surprise I did not receive my parcel the next day. This was Escapades fault as they had not even posted the items as the tracking number (which I can only assume was falsely created) did not exist.
I specifically asked the royal mail special delivery driver who was delivering in the street if there was an issue with the service and he said no. Misleading and being untruthful to customers is never a wise thing to do, especially when all they have to do is pick up a phone to call you out!!
I am always one for giving second chances and again Escapade failed to deliver. Unprofessional way of operating, and when I complained an employee stated he would investigate personally 2 weeks later I had yet to receive a response with his findings, and when I emailed to ask what his findings were I received, what I would say was, a half hearted attempt at a reason at best.
Save yourself the hassle and take your custom elsewhere, life is just too short to deal with timewasters.

It looks really cheap. Although it was sexy in the pic but in the reality it is shoddy and awful. Should buy another one from vandre sses.com

Ordered Halloween costume 20 October, still no costume and one very upset boy. Don't suppose we will get costume or money back. Think I will send this to watchdog to see if they can help !

Ordered my outfit before 3pm and paid for next day delivery which was an extra £9.95. The next comes and still nothing, I tried calling around 20 times that day to no answer. I also sent 3 emails and still nothing. 6pm comes and no outfits.
I waited the next day expecting to have an email as to where my outfits are...Another 20 phone calls later and I finally get through to someone telling me that they will arrive today. The outfits arrived. I opened one and everything was fine. The second outfit was NOT! I ordered Darth Vader and spend over £40 on the complete outfit. Only to discover the mask was missing. Which is the main part of the costume. Totally disgusted that it was not in the packet. I tried another 10 times to call the customer service and no answer. So now I am returning the outfit, even more to my inconvenience I have had to go in to my local town to try and find a replacement for it. Leaving me doubly out of pocket until I get my refund.
I will NOT EVER be ordering from here again..
Bad customer service, expensive outfits and just generally lacking organisation.
