Having recently ordered from your Web site I can say how easy and hassle free it was. I was kept informed at all times via e mail as to the status of my order and dispatch. On arrival the costume was what I expected and having compared other costume sites I knew I had paid a very fair price. I would recommend Escapade to anyone looking to by a fancy dress costume and would use you again without hesitation. In summary a very good and trouble free service.

Order arrived just in time for our Hallowe'en plans and fitted and looked great. By far the nicest Jack and Sally costumes on the market. Washed well, too. Sally's wig was too small for me though, and Jack's mask was very big, with lopsided eyes, but rest of the costume was great. No problems with the company at all - would use again and would definitely recommend!

Ordered my facepaint on the saturday, got it on the Tuesday, easy to use and everyone loved it!

Just what I needed

I ordered some Halloween items and expected it to take a couple of days to be delivered, as this was the option I paid for, but was really surprised when the goods arrived the next day! What service! I certainly will be using Escapade again as they were very efficient, and No! I have not been paid to write this.

Brilliant company, great service and awesome costume

I ordered a few costumes as I needed to make sure I had a suitable one!
I ordered 3 outfits and paid extra for next-day delivery. These came as expected and I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the costumes.
I only actually tried one outfit on which was perfect, so I bundled the rest up to return within the 14 day return limit.
I called several times to obtain a returns number, the first 3 occasions I was disconnected after holding, and followed the instructions on the voicemail to email for a returns number, unfortunately I did not get a reply from the email. Eventually I spoke to someone who emailed the returns number whilst I was on the phone.
I posted the costumes back by recorded delivery and these were received 4 days ago. Despite emailing (again), I have not had any acknowledgement of my return or notification of when I will be refunded.
This is a great company if you order one item and expect to use it with no problems. However I am awaiting a refund of £60 and I don't think it is acceptable for a company to ignore emails, especially when customers are directed to use emails by the voicemail message.

I liked my costume

The site is good if a littkle exspensivr but it was the easiest to find and it had my size so I baught it. The picture suggested dark trousers but I got light ones its not too bad but I will look more stupiid on the night. The hats a bit small and thin this could be improved. I got the costume within days of ordering !

Easy to navigate website, reasonable prices. The delivery was super fast & needed to be signed for. Great service.

They had everything I needed for the party and even a few things for some mates.

Well,the hoff went to the beach party and rescued all the damsels in distress!

Got a hellboy costume, and have to say it was delivered very quickly. The costume itself was mostly brought for the 'right hand of doom' which is brilliantly detailed and as a bonus fits completely over my arm AND hand meaning the fingers are movable, where a lot of the other ones seem to be solidly cast with no movement. The costume also included a full length trench coat, rubber full head mask and a rubber belt buckle that you fix to a belt/trousers with a large safety pin.

I got a female clown outfit and it was absolutely mint!!! I got stopped by no less then 10 ppl telling me I looked hilarious! It fit great and was so comfy. I cant wait to wear it again!

I was surprised how was it was delivered.
The items I bought were as described, seem of nice quality but I think the size are based on Chinese or at least little people. The costume is a little big short, I'll need to make adjustements. So it's a pity the website does not show the length etc for each costume.
