Excellent!
Postal service was fast and efficient only bad point is having to sign for it, but I understand that's in place to make sure everyone receives their stuff.

Product was great, just what I wanted!

Very prompt delivery, the actual design and quality of each costume is amazing. My twin sons just look like real miniature versions of Flash and Batman!!

I was late at ordering a costume for my daughters school fancy dress parade and was worried that it would not arrive on time but shouldnt have worried as it came the day before!

Ordered Halloween costume 20 October, still no costume and one very upset boy. Don't suppose we will get costume or money back. Think I will send this to watchdog to see if they can help !

Ordered my outfit before 3pm and paid for next day delivery which was an extra £9.95. The next comes and still nothing, I tried calling around 20 times that day to no answer. I also sent 3 emails and still nothing. 6pm comes and no outfits.

I waited the next day expecting to have an email as to where my outfits are...Another 20 phone calls later and I finally get through to someone telling me that they will arrive today. The outfits arrived. I opened one and everything was fine. The second outfit was NOT! I ordered Darth Vader and spend over £40 on the complete outfit. Only to discover the mask was missing. Which is the main part of the costume. Totally disgusted that it was not in the packet. I tried another 10 times to call the customer service and no answer. So now I am returning the outfit, even more to my inconvenience I have had to go in to my local town to try and find a replacement for it. Leaving me doubly out of pocket until I get my refund.


I will NOT EVER be ordering from here again..

Costume received in 2 days of placing the order . Unfortunately the wrong costume size was delivered - ordered the adult size ,but child size received . Rung Customer services ( bit of a wait on the phone ,but understandable in the busy Halloween period) . Customer services promised to despatch the correct replacement the following day ,once a warehouse check was completed. Hopefully replacement will be delivered in next working week before Halloween party . Return policy clear and simple to use .

Products are good, however the recorded delivery was to the wrong address so I had to jump through hoops with Royal mail to get my parcel. It looks like the filed where u enter your house number to do an address lookup had fed through to the label, so it went to 44 not number 4.

This place has a great choice of items, tons of shipping selections and they keep in contact with you the whole time. Was squeeing when I got my items

I searched high and low for a Mad Hatter fancy dress costume for my 10 year old daughter. This was was fantastic and well worth the money as it was very well made and came with lots of additions that many costumes did not include.

FAST DELIVERY IN ITALY - VERY GOOD

bought predator avp suit.... modified the mask with 3 led's and painted it to look metallic (acrylic paint). also added some predator dreadlocks using back rod foam, painted with acrylic paint.... full suit is now looking fantastic, especially happy with the way the dreadlocks and led's have turned out, suit was good value as it was, but with the modifications it's a 100 times better. looking forward to wearing it whenever there's a fancy dress to go to. only downside was there is no hole to use for the loo....had to make one, using velcro as a fastener..... would have no problem in recommending Escapade for your fancy dress needs.

I ordered cat woman dark night costume just before Xmas for a super hero party for new year eve. I was told to expect my order by the 27th. so I was very surprised when I got it before Xmas. great service and would use this sit again when needing a costume. well priced as well.
