Swift delivery in 2 days. Well packaged.Good communications.
The dress is lovely fits well with one small exception. There is braiding around the top of the arms and as I am a plus size, with fat arms, this braiding is very tight even tho the dress is plus size. But thats my only small complaint. The material is lovely, the dress is light to wear. It errs on the long side which I see as a good thing for wearing heels.
Altogether.....very impressed.

Quick dispatch and delivery

This is the SECOND time I have ordered from this company and the SECOND time I have not received the items on time even when paying hugely inflated delivery costs.

I was due to receive my package and when it reached 4:50 and I had not received the items I call and was told by an Escapade employee that there was an issue with royal mail and I would receive the next day. However, no such issue actually existed with Royal Mail and surprise surprise I did not receive my parcel the next day. This was Escapades fault as they had not even posted the items as the tracking number (which I can only assume was falsely created) did not exist.

I specifically asked the royal mail special delivery driver who was delivering in the street if there was an issue with the service and he said no. Misleading and being untruthful to customers is never a wise thing to do, especially when all they have to do is pick up a phone to call you out!!

I am always one for giving second chances and again Escapade failed to deliver. Unprofessional way of operating, and when I complained an employee stated he would investigate personally 2 weeks later I had yet to receive a response with his findings, and when I emailed to ask what his findings were I received, what I would say was, a half hearted attempt at a reason at best.

Save yourself the hassle and take your custom elsewhere, life is just too short to deal with timewasters.

Easy ordering and very prompt delivery

This costume definitely looks the part. I am quite tall (5 foot 11) so I was a little anxious that it might not fit correctly or be long enough. I needn't have worried. It is ankle length and the slit is not too revealing on me although it is very high.
Unfortunately one of the bra-type underwires was coming loose in the costume when it arrived, but I managed to fix this with a couple of stitches. Girls – beware if you have big boobs. The cup size on this dress is pretty small. I am an 30E bra size wearing the medium size and it feels quite revealing at the top end – I'm a tiny bit worried about falling out!!

Disappointed as stated as above. Would not use again.

Delivery was quick!

Only down side was the parcel was tracked with Royal Mail but no tracking number was provided. I suggest that this should be addressed accordingly.

My dress came within three working days. It fitted with little room to spare but I was very pleased with it.

I wish they had put height sizes because I'm 5'1" so the dress is a little bit too long.... I'm still gonna wear it tho

Hi my son is very picky and heres me thinking i need the best he sat painstakingly going over every costume as being the scariest at the Halloween party is his utmost priority. I hasten to add my son is aspbergers and finds socializing very hard.

Ordered the Robin Hood outfit for my son for world book day, arrived promptly as promised as I'd paid for express delivery. The only thing we were disappointed with were the boot covers as they wouldn't stay up so we couldn't use them.
