This is a great helmet. I ride a bicycle in high traffic downtown Seattle. It's lightweight and compact enough to stuff in a backpack or bike bag. It also, in my opinion, looks way better than the half football look of many bike helmets and the matte finish hides scuffs and scratches

I ordered an item on sears.com. The site showed that the item would come from Egode. I placed my order and received the package from Amazon. The item on Amazon was a different brand and $20 cheaper than the item on the website. I emailed customer service, but they just gave me the run around. I called the phone number that they gave me, but just got voicemail. Do not order anything from them. It is a complete scam. This is my second time order something through a third party mailer and I will not do it again. You get poor quality and even poorer customer service.

On 4th September, 2017, I ordered a book online from Ergode Books (only 1 copy was available from Ergode Books) though Abe Books. The book was listed as "used: very good" and priced at £28.90 with the estimated delivery given as on or before 09 October, 2017.
A couple of weeks after I placed my order, I made a polite inquiry regarding the shipment to the vendor through Abebooks and was informed that according to them (Ergode Books) the item was lost in the mail and apologized for the "postal mess". Ergode Books then provided me with 2 options; to wait 3 to 5 weeks while they procure another book or to issue a refund. I kindly refused both and requested that shipping information be provided to me in the form of either a shipping invoice or a tracking number. Ergode Books did not comply.
In the meantime, I raised the issue with Abe Books while keeping Ergode Books informed in parallel. I made it clear that I did not wish to be issued a refund and made it clear that I had no problem waiting for Ergode Books to provide me with proof of shipping or a replacement book. It was clear...nothing was send to me to start with.
Ergode Books then arbitrarily imposed a refund upon me because they decided that it would take too long to find a replacement book as there was nothing in their "warehouse" or non-availability from any of their "suppliers" while Abe Books supported the decision and processed the refund on Ergode Books behalf.
During this entire process, Ergode Books continued to list the book on Abe Books though in a degraded condition from "used: very good" to "used: good" with an increase of price from £28.90 to £117.05!!! When insisting that I would accept the present listed book in a degraded condition while the refund was enforced upon me, I became fully aware of the scam the Ergode Books is running.
Further investigation convinced me to file an official complaint through the Texas BBB as Ergode Books is listed in that state but ultimately it was transferred to the BBB in Victoria, B.C. Canada. Sadly, because the refund had been issued, there was no other recourse though it was obvious that this was also favourable to Abe Books.
In noting the long list of subsidiaires under Fast Media and AmiVentures, including Ergode Books all of which are located at;
25547 Canyon Crossing Dr.
Richmond, TX 77406
while pairing my experience with many other complainants towards what is obviously drop-shopping, book-jacking, etc it is a social responsibility to inform others by exposing Ergode Books and it's subsidiaires for what they are;
A RIP-OFF and a SCAM!!!!
None of these are legitimate, including Ergode Books; nor are they in any way acting in the better interest of their customers. They cannot even be placed within a reasonable level of trust regarding making the simple provision towards providing ordered items to clients in a timely and professional manner. They cannot even be considered a provider in any reasonable definition because they do not have an inventory!!!!
In making any queries related to Ergode Books and others connected to Ami Ventures, the internet is a treasure trove in presenting negative reviews and complaints towards them and I highly suggest that you heed the warnings.

They dropship from amazon and have us ship the products to their customer. They claim item not received then do not cooperate with UPS tracers. Then file A-Z claims. They have done this to us twice now. DO NOT ACCEPT DROP SHIP ORDERS FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered a Christmas gift through sears.com. Come to find out it was actually ordered through this company. The day after I ordered it I looked at the shipping info and there was a bogus tracking number. The sears site said it would be here on Dec. 23rd. I trusted the site as I had ordered several things and they all came on or before the date. I called sears on the 23rd and they also said they had no info. They started an investigation and several days later found the package "lost due to seasonal rush". Needless to say I had no gift for my dad on Christmas. I gave them a few days for it to show and nothing. Today I spoke with Jordan who refused to give an employee ID and he was rude and disrespectful. He told me I could have a refund or replacement and after I asked for a replacement he said it was out of stock. My package was never shipped and I am out $200 until who knows when. Sears should stop doing business with these people.

Never sent product. Never refunded money. Sears will not take responsibility for associating with an illegitimate company.

Why do you think you can get away with stealing my friend Jennifer McNeil Trayler's design? You blatantly stole her Day of the Dead horse painting for your backpacks. You are horrible people, and I hope that you lose your business over this! Her work is clearly copyright protected.
"Caballo de los Muertos" or Horse of the Dead. From my original painting on canvas. This print measures 8" x 10" on lustre photographic paper. Beautiful black horse wears a sugar skull mask with marigolds in his mane.
I will hand sign sign the back of the print.
Comes in a clear sleeve with backing board. Mailed in a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope.

One of the absolute worst vendors I have ever dealt with. Slow delivery of product. Sears.com site MarketPlace partner. I did not inquire about return policy when I purchased product but had no intention of returning it when I bought it.

I purchased my item that showed in stock for $450.
In the next 3 days they said the item was no longer in stock and canceled my order.
When I went online to check the item the same day it was canceled it was " in stock " with a price of $750.
They said I can purchase it at the new price.
I will never do business with them again!!

Ordered a screen protector today for the GPS I recently purchased from this site. GPS purchased was as described, good price and was received in a very reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend this site as a place to do business with. I will certainly be back when they have something I want.

I was shopping for a gold floor lamp and found one on the sears.com website. While in a local Sears store, I made the quick decision to order it from Ergode, one of the marketplace sellers, and pay at the store. I was attracted by the low price and free shipping. I had no knowledge of Ergode, but felt confident in my decision since they were aligned with Sears. When I received the shipment, I opened the box to discover they had sent me a table lamp with a lower price value - not the floor lamp that I ordered. As I needed it before Christmas, I quickly went online to the Ergode site, and entered a customer service inquiry asking that they send me a prepaid UPS label so I could ship back the table lamp. I also called the "customer service" number they had listed on their site. The line rang several times before someone finally answered in a barely audible, barely understandable voice, saying: "How can I help?" They did not identify a company name at all. I almost hung up as I thought I had reached someone's residence. I then went on to state the problem and was told I had to "send images" of the product I received and that I would hear back from someone within "72 hours." So, I received the wrong product, but have to wait up 72 hours before I can even get to the next step? I then emailed an online image of the lamp I ordered and the lamp I mistakenly received, and asked that they send me a prepaid UPS label ASAP. I heard nothing the next day, so sent another email. Still no reply, so I researched the company and found the name and email of the CEO, Rupesh Sanghavi. I copied him in on further correspondence, to see if that would light a fire with the "service people." I also indicated that if I did not receive some type of reply from them, I would contact the Better Business Bureau in both Richmond, TX, where Ergode is supposedly located, and La Puente, CA, where my lamp was shipped from (a company called Click2Go?). 2 days later, I received a reply from 3 different customer service people saying "how rare" this type of mistake was, and asking for "more time" to address the problem. Finally, four days after my initial contact to them, I got an email saying they had "authorized me to return the lamp," but did not say anything about sending me a prepaid label. They gave me an address to ship the table lamp: 2727 Interstate Drive in Lakeland, FL. No company name, just the address. I looked up the address and discovered it belongs to "Integrated Supply Network" - an automotive supply wholesaling company!! I even tried Googling "Ergode" and that address, to see if perhaps they had a location there (fat chance of that) - and found no connection whatsoever. They are asking me to send a decorative table lamp - for one's living room or bedroom - to an automotive supply wholesaler?! Are you kidding me? What an absolute freaking scam and bunch of losers. Save yourself a huge headache and order from a reputable online retailer. SHAME ON SEARS for aligning itself with this scam operation.

One of the absolute worst vendors I have ever dealt with. Slow delivery of product. Sears.com site MarketPlace partner. I did not inquire about return policy when I purchased product but had no intention of returning it when I bought it. When it didn't work out, it took me four weeks to get it returned. During the process, I found out about their 7 day return window and then their 25% restocking fee. This is criminal! Would never have dealt with these $#*!s! No wonder their reviews mostly suck. Probably all their "friends" giving good reviews. Tell Sears to part ways. Hope they go out of business real soon!

So after a horrible experience of purchasing from this company, i just did some research and found out that once you place your order, they go and buy from Amazon and have it shipped to you. Then when you try to return the item, they charge you a 25% restocking fee. This all makes sense because I received my item directly from Amazon with an Amazon Prime tape on it. Skip the middle man and just shop directly through Amazon. You also avoid the shadiness of the company. Wish I would've researched the company prior to purchasing.
