Terrible company. Horrible customer service.

They fire people based off of associations. This criminal company doesn’t care about people or their communities. I hope someone burns down this corrupt business !

Zero morals. Awful management. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy

These guys tell you one thing, then turn around and write the opposite on paper, I can't believe the state or the federal government hasn't come down hard on you guys. Worse then used car salesmen. Glad I didn't sign anything with you guys. Corrupt to the core.

"Woke" firm that believes a police officer's step-mother should lose her long time position at EPM for the sin of guilt by association. The police officer hasn't even been found innocent yet. But at EPM, that is sufficient reason to take away this woman's livelihood. Would you do business with a firm whose conduct violates basic standards of human decency?

Mankell from Equity Prime Mortgage was very helpful! Such a professional company to work with, I was not only walked through along the entire process, but also learned a lot throughout the process. Very stress free experience thanks to Mankell!

I have spent many weeks trying to rectify a number of errors that the local office and the corporate office has created - even the tax report was wrong. Save your sanity

Working with Will feels like working with Keanu Reeves in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure . . . or working with some “surfer dude” on “island time.” Maybe he’ll get back to you, probably not. Maybe he’s got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if we’d just had our information stolen. I’d avoid. Anyone who can’t make you feel like you’re the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesn’t deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so appalled by the practices of this mortgage company. We are the seller of a house and the buyer got a preapproval from them. Needless to say after 55 days under contract and 5 extensions they realized they never should have pre approved the buyer as he didn't qualify for the loan he was requesting. We didn't start getting communication from them until a week before the first closing date. They decided to extend the first closing date less than 24 hours before. During the whole process they would not return emails or phone calls unless numerous attempts where made. Who they have working for them are completely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional in every sense. Lina Morris and Christine Fonseca were horrible and hold no accountability for their delays and all the parties involved. They are very rude and unprofessional in what they would communicate to my realitor as well as to us. They consistently lied about where they were at in the process and would say things like "we are all set to close tomorrow." Then come tomorrow and another excuse and delay would come up. At one point they were asking for something on the house that had nothing to do with our house. They were searching for an excuse and reason they (other than the obvious that they should never have preapproved him in the first place) to come up with to blame the house and not their horrible poor business approach of approving people who can't afford the loan. They stoup as low as they then became deceitful in who we are speaking with via text message. Edgar Lozada gave us his cell phone and is supposedly the Manager of this branch and he assured us when he took over the file that it would be handled better and accordingly. Needless to say it didn't get much better. He was rude and made false promises as well. When I called to get an update on the cell phone he provided us, one of his associates answered and had been responding to our texts not Edgar, whom we thought was. When I confronted them about being deceitful who we were communicating too they became very threatening and even more rude, that I caught them lying. This process should not have taken 55 days costing the buyer an inspection fee and other associated costs on a house HE COULD NEVER AFFORD!!!! We also had to pay over $200 to have the HOA send over paperwork to them. Not to mention we informed our renters we were under contract and they had to vacate, assuming we would sell the house since the buyer had a PRE-APPROVAL FROM THEM!!! Un beknown to us that it was a falsified approval. This company holds no accountability for their actions and the deadline of a closing date. They cost us thousands of dollars and I don't want to know what they costs the buyer. I would be even more upset if I was the buyer. I am reviewing the laws and policies on accountability of Mortgage loan companies and filing whatever I can so they can be held accountable for the money they cost buyers and sellers during this process. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

Equity Prime is great! Was a seamless process. Lori and the rest of the team were great and my 30 day closing was hassle free!

Curtis and the team always kept me informed during the application process. They were able to explain the technical aspects in a way that I, the novice home purchaser could remain confident and ensure I was making the right decisions. Curtis has remained available to answer any questions I might have even after closing.

This was a great experience. Our first time refinancing our home. It seemed to take quite a while to complete the process, but I suspect that was due to my lack of a printer and doing it during the Christmas season. The people I worked with were very informative and helpful.
