Love this company, great classes, great instructors, very nice studio and locker room facilities.

Disclaimer: I was was a member of this gym for nearly three years.

Pros:
-Amazing facilities! With the all access pass, I experienced almost all of the gyms in the island of Manhattan, including some in Brooklyn. And even Chicago and San Francisco while on work trips. The Kiehls products, shaves and shaving creams, steam rooms, and showers were always ready to be enjoyed.
-Lines for equipment where rarely a thing. The cleaning team maintains them well too.
-Classes were top notch. Highly recommend the "Ropes and Rowers", "Precision Running", and "Bootcamp" classes.

Cons:
-The price... but I suppose nothing good comes easy.
-The class reservation system on the app. For some classes that were really popular, you'd have to wake up quite early the day before in order to secure a spot... I feel like this could be better managed or organized.

Just recently signed up for their membership on their website. On site staffs are really helpful and really nice. The website provided all the information I needed in order to get my membership started. What more can I say? the gym is super dope!

Very fancy, very clean facilities. A little bit expensive, but probably worth it considering how well kept the place is.

JUST HAD THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE at Equinox on 76. In the space of 5 minutes two huge muscle heads completely pushed me out of the way and then yelled at me. I'm a little guy. I've been to gyms for 30 years. I felt either of them were going to punch me in the face. I told the management I needed to resign my membership as I was no longer feeling safe there. Of course they wouldn't. BE AWARE!!!! I'm canceling my membership on amex and posting.

Great gym, good website.

This is a website for a luxury gym, they have great locations and good service. Like any gym they push their trainers to give private training lessons and the trainers are a bit too pushy... but the website is trustworthy
