THANKYOU !!!!!!
Thank you for the excellent work in retrieving all the data lost on my thumb drive. My thumb drive was badly bent as a result of my laptop falling from the desk with the thumb drive engage. Two other sources were unable to retrieve any of the files. You had the means and capability to do a 100% successful recovery. Again, thank you. I am truly grateful.

I am an electronic musician and author- and any one in those fields today knows how vital data storage can be. And how devastating their loss can be. While moving my keyboard workstation, the plugged in 2GB Flash Drive was bent and refused to power up on the keyboard or a computer. I took it to a local computer shop, but of course they couldn't do anything about it. I found eProvided through a Google search and after comparing them to other companies, decided to send it in.
I was initially told that the basic recovery fee would be $49 plus the $20 shipping- unfortunately, I have not seen a single person so far have this work for them. They told me that I would need Advanced recovery. It ended up costing me about $200- very economical for an advanced data recovery! That is the base price for a lot of other data recovery service companies! If there was one thing that I would rather that they did; it would be to let you know that basic recovery is unlikely to work. $200 is nothing to cry over- other places would make that fix run into the $700+ no problem.
I was very impressed with the speed of their work! It only took a matter of hours for them to extract every single of my files- a complete success! Customer service was phenomenal; no talking to stupid computers at eProvided, you get to talk to real people.
Despite paying a little more than I had initially hoped to, I was pleased with their work. I would recommend them to any one else who loses files that they REALLY need. It was worth every dollar.

My memory card with the only photos I have of my children for a 2 year span became corrupted before I could save the data. I tried several downloadable software programs that promised to determine recovery, but none of them worked. I discovered eProvided and mailed my card to them. They were able to quickly determine the cause of the card's failure and successfully recovered all of the photos on my memory card. I am very grateful for their service.

I was taking pictures on my digital camera, when all of a sudden it said "Error reading memory card!" ... Wow.. the memory card & camera are less an a year old! At first, I thought I didn't use it that much, then I remembered.. so many pictures & memories on that thing what am I going to do? Those pictures are irreplaceable! Especially, the last group of pictures of my wife's parents visiting. As they are in their senior years, we don't know how much longer they will be with us! ... Luckily I found Eprovided! I mailed my memory card to Eprovided. With in a week, Eprovided emailed me details every step of the way. They were able to retrieve my data & saved the day!
I am very grateful! Thanks again! ... A good lesson to backup your pictures & data!

I lost all of my school work and service project stuff and decided to send in my usb. The company was very good to update their progress but they were unable to get my data on the first try. They called me and said it would cost 600 dollars to recover the data but got it reduced to close to 180. Glad to have my data.

I went on a long vacation and took a huge number of photos. But when I tried to put them onto my computer, the computer couldn't see the card, and none of the software recovery methods worked. I was pretty convinced the pictures were gone.
However, eProvided was able to restore them (using the SimpleFix method, not the basic recovery methods). Throughout the process they were communicative, updating the online status whenever anything changed and calling me whenever they needed permission to do something. They also recovered the data quickly. I am very happy with the results and would definitely use them again.

I chose this firm to repair my broken flash drive because they had
a BBB approval. I called BBB and after I gave the company's
phone number BBB told me they were rated A+ and discussed
with me the few complaints made. My trust has not been mis-
placed so far although it cost more than I expected. They have
not returned my data yet as I write this but if they do I will be pleased with them.

I'm a writer working on a loooong piece of fiction and had the latest version on my flash drive - working alternately between my laptop and desktop. I hadn't saved onto a hard drive and one morning the flash drive was totally blank. "Needs Formatting" popped up. WHAT?!?! I called an IT friend who tried walking me through several attempts to recover the documents. No luck. I downloaded some software that claimed it could recover all kinds of files. Still no luck. Talk about grief-stricken panic! A writer can always rewrite -- but NEVER the same way twice. I found eProvided online, thought it was worth a shot and sent them my drive. Geniuses! They recovered my files in just about a week and with them all the blood, sweat and tears, I thought I'd wasted. I'll be singing eProvided's praises for a long, long time.

I went on two amazing vacations, and during the second vacation my camera quit working. Once I got home I tried to upload my photos to my computer, it didn't work. So I did what most people do try a software recovery but the problem was my device did not even read. I contacted eProvided at which point they said that they would be able to help. A couple of days later I received a DVD with all my pictures from Amsterdam and California that I would not have been able to recover otherwise. Great company would use them time and time again if I had any further data recovery needs for me or any of my friends

Total "bait & switch". I called them before sending my 2GB USB thumb drive and explained that the oscillator on it was completely destroyed. They guy said their basic recovery service ($49) should cover it. After I sent it in to be evaluated ($20), he calls and says physical damage to a USB drive almost ALWAYS requires advanced recover service. Then he quotes me $595.00!!!!!!!!
What the heck!?! Sounds like they just say whatever it takes to get you to send it in. Hopefully they actually send it back to me like they are supposed to.
I am not claiming that this owner did anything illegal or even in contradiction any of the outcomes outlined in his T&C's. However, his responses thus far have essentially been along that view that he thinks he can make any verbal representations that he was, and try to claim that he's not responsible for any verbal claims because he's legally covered by his T&C's.
