Very bad experiance , I have bouth an tablet microsoft surface ,payd more as 1000 euros , received a comfirmation of payment and a delivery date 3 januari , they never wrote ,called that they would not suply...I have waited on day ad home nothing came , on the 4 of januari I called the client service they told me that the tablet would arrive that day ...another wasted day nothing came! I called in the afternoon , the first operator closed the phone when I showed I was anoyed by waiting two days, the next told me that my payment was not received even do I received from eprice a comfirmation aswel as from my banc. The next fool told me about a control the fourth aswell and promised that the tablet would be send that day later in the evening and that I would receive an email...nothing ...today the 5 of januari I am still waiting and have called again , the fool on the telefone told me again about this control and could not tell me if the item would leave in one or six months....so what is left ? Going to the police and make a complaint against this company .

The Phone I bought is sealed so I must say it's trusted. I gave 3 stars because I didn't like 2 things. First, the Date in their system isn't reliable. Second, the shipping is late. But all in all, I trust ePrice. Original and sealed phones in Low price.
