Bought a product sold by eprice. Portable air conditioner.
On the day of the delivered I received an email saying it would suffer a delay on the delivery time - 12 days after the purchase date.. The following day I received another email saying that the product was no longer available and I could choose another product and pay the difference or cancel the purchase and wait up to 7 days to get my money back.

This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Wait until after the delivery date to say they no longer have the product is disonest.
Few days later the product was being sold for double the price.

Beware.

I ordered an ipad the 20th of December 2019, paid 10€ for the delivery and it was supposed to arrive the 30th of December.
Today it's the 22nd of January 2020 and it still has not arrived.
I have been in contact with the seller and at the beginning when I would ask when it would arrive as it was already a week late, he would still answer. Then slowly it got worse and he just stopped replying. NEVER BUY FROM - SOLUZIONE UFFICIO S.R.L.
I know this is about the seller, but not eprice. However, think that eprice should allow only professional people to work in its website.
Not professional at all.

15/01/2020- STILL WITHOUST PAYING AND ALSO THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE EMAILS. Since April, 2019 they kept our money! BURGLARS! They don't provide any telephone or person to solve the problem. how can they pretend the sellers to give a good service? we cannot trust that Eprice will pay what we sell in the platform.

They keep your money. Don't trust them. Since April the kept 1000 euros and now they don't answer. They told me they will pay each week but the truth is that they don't.

Hello. Bought a mini PC from eprice. Prices are good and the choice is wide. Not super fast the delivery at pick up point, but they delivered in one week as committed. Nothing to comply.

ePrice is the laughing stock of online shopping!!
Out of hundreds of orders I make every year, I only made 3 on ePrice, and I had problems and cancelled all of them!
I have yet to receive any assistance from their customer service...

I have ordered a washing machine with details of delivery within 3/5 days 15 days ago. I have telephoned the company 4 times and written 4 letters requesting a delivery date NO REPLY. The house is in holiday rental so the clients ask for a refund. Company with rude staff who just don’t care

I ordered a PC with 8 days delivery time, on the 10th day with no info at all I ask if they're going to ship it: the answer is that within the day I'd receive the tracking #. Never saw it.
I write back following day asking whether they're on business or just fooling customers, the answer is to be patient or just cancel the order...
You guess what I did.

no words. order placed the 29 April 2019 for Samsung fridge sold by eprice and available, delivery requested the 27 of May. the 7th of May they communicate undefined delay in shipment, the fridge was still on stock and available on the website. Call to customer service clarify that, everything was OK..... 22nd of May, again communication of delay, "item not available". Again the item is available on stock at the same time. Lot of wasting of time.

Never. Ever. Again. Ordered a clothes drier, including paying extra for installation as it would need to be stacked on the washing machine. Finally after 1 month of calls, emails and waiting for our order to arrive (even after staying at home the day of the original appointment and nobody showing up) it arrives. Couriers rude, asked for me to go and meet them at the door of our apartment complex for no reason. Once they brought it upstairs they asked for the location of the “installation”. This was the shocking bit, apparently Eprice installation is plugging the drier into a powerpoint. Yes. Just putting a plug in, they don’t actually install on the washing machine. So now I’m left with a drier, the box, all the packaging and paid extra for a service which wasn’t given. I could have just paid for delivery at my floor and saved money. Never again.
