Scammers, they have an "F" with the Better Business Bureau! If you buy anything through Epictoon, do not expect it to be delivered. They will take your money and run. Basically, if you use them - you've been warned so if you want to be a wasteful idiot and throw your cash down the toilet - go ahead. When you place an order and when they say it was delivered and you complain it wasn't, then they ignore you - that's when you know you've been "had". I've communicated with them about a half dozen times via email, same number of times directly in their customer service portal, even opened a PayPal dispute AND a BBB complaint with the Arizona BBB (oh, by the way, they are NOT BBB accredited - which I should have taken as a red flag but I didn't sadly). The Arizona address isn't their HQ btw, they are really an overseas-based operation. With many of their "employees" operating from China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

I bought WOW 50 k of gold from them, and after 6 days, there are still no gold delivered. Never buy from them. I am going to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

If you give them your money, it's gone. Forever. This site is a 100% scam. You will never receive what you ordered and they will never respond to your threats.

Like everybody says they are scamers. I payed and got no money and no any reaction from support. And when I reged on their site i got mail that i reged on twoo.com.

Do NOT buy from Epictoon. Ever!! Seriously, if you have the desire to do so, take $20 cash out of your wallet, wipe your @$$ with it, because that's about all you will get for your money....$hit.

I paid $19 on 5/21/2015 for a meager 40k WoW gold. As of 6/10/2015 I am STILL no closer to seeing it that I was 21 days ago! I got an email confirmation of delivery but no gold was there at all, them am told they will work to get my order together. Which is it?! You either had it or you didn't!! Filing fraud charges against Epictoon with my credit card company. They had numerous chances to fix this and chose not to.

i actually wish i had found this site BEFORE placing an order with these "people" same reply as everyone else. delivery within 24 to 48 hrs. well it's been two days and counting now. going to send the link to this page plus another complaint to tech support. forget customer service as they won't answer you. my advice is go to some other site and NEVER Epictoon. and WARN everyone you know to boycott this site.

Horrible service. Seven days now still no gold, or refund. I have submit a claim against them so we will see what happens. No communication other than the 2 times they claim to need more time. Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUD CROOKS!!!

I purchased gold from EpicToon on Jan 27th. Today is Feb 10th. I have written them many times attempting to get a delivery time or refund. They only responded one time and would not refund my money or give me an estimated delivery date. I have turned the thing over to Paypal to attempt to get a refund. DO NOT use this company. IGE used to be a great place but not sure what happened when this went over to EpicToon.

Was guaranteed delivery of a measly 40k in 24 hours or less. It is now day 6. They never responded to my questions. Only when I demanded a refund through PayPal did they respond to me begging for more time. I told them again and they said please more time. Bunch of crooks.

I got scammed, bought gold for 200 kr, didn't receive anything. Stay away from this site!

This site is a scam! Do not use it if you plan to buy game currency. This is a legit scam-- they take your payment and then claim that there's a security risk. After this, there is no refund. They are redirected from IGE (which is actually trustworthy) for specific games that IGE lists on their site, yet does not cover transactions for.

Fail service. Fail communication. Fail promises. Fail across the board. "Very Fast" turns into 1-24 hours. Which then turns into 24-28 hours. Which then turns into "As son as possible." And that's IF you badger them to death to get a response. They will NOT deliver as promised. Take your money elsewhere. And if you make the mistake of ordering from them... do NOT expect them to abide by their promise to refund your money "No Questions Asked" when they fail to meet deadline after deadline and you finally decide you've just had enough.

If you come to this site because you are not satisfied by IGE.COM - leave it. This seem to be just another UI for the same band of crooks. When recently IGE started to delay deliveries for weeks and then monthes I've tried this one - and after couple of weeks waiting I've got a small delivery from it AND the small delivery from IGE.com at excatly same time (of confirmation email sent). So, this is just another frontend, same teachers on backend.
