I bought a pair of boots from Epaulet in December 2017. Unfortunately it had a squeaky heel, which didn't go away, even after extended wear.
In January 2018 I contact Epaulet and inform them of this. They suggest that I take it to a cobbler, telling me they will be happy to reimburse me for the cobbler.
I take the boots to a cobbler, but unfortunately he is unable to fix it successfully. In March 2018 I write Epaulet again. I do not get any reply from them.
A while later I try to take them to the cobbler again. This time is not a success either. I write Epaulet in early August 2018 informing them of this. I do still not receive any reply.
I try to follow up again in late August 2018. No reply.
Getting desperate I contact them on Facebook Messenger in early September 2018. I see that they read my message, but I do not receive any reply.
I contact them on Styleforum instead, and they finally reach back to me, offering me a reimbursement of $25. They do not explain why they haven't replied to any of my attempts at contact during the previous 9 months.
All in all a disappointing experience.
