The quality of the prints they sent me was awful -- low-resolution and pixelated (even though I uploaded a high-res image). On the plus side, they did give me a refund after I asked for it.

I've just ordered a set of prints from this site and though I haven't received the order yet, I can verify they are a legitimate business and extremely efficient in terms of online order placement.
They do provide a free service - cropping an uploaded image to your country's passport compliance standards which are quite strict.
The other poster here is, frankly, lying. I tested the free option myself and it works perfectly - you get a run of passport prints, exactly as described. Just click on 'No Thanks' on the payment page, and download them and then print, too easy.
The pay option is very good, $7, including postage, which I assume isn't express, that's one downside. But otherwise, compared to similar sites, it's a winner. If they send me a glossy non-compliant photo, I'll be back to update this and change my tune, but as of now a good experience. Oh, one thing - turn NoSquint off, this is a bug with NoSquint and he knows about it, hopefully he'll add an override button soon.
