Scooters are cheap chinese copys, mudguards snap with in a couple of days of riding, not to mention other problems. The company owners ignore any responsibility and thats if you are lucky enough to be able to contact them. They have removed reviews from their facebook page as so many people were having the same issue.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to throw your money away
