What can I say, Apple offered me £150 and envirofone paid me £245. Brilliant!!! Sent the phone on Monday afternoon and had the money paid into my bank account Wednesday evening! All round brilliant service! Will definitely recommend and use again!

Envriofone are such a reliable company, I have used this for the last serval years to give in my unwanted mobile phones. I originally used Mazuma who for some reason told me my phone was damaged and offered me a laughable sum. I found Envirofone to be far more straightforward. They really were quick to acknowledge the arrival of my device and swift transfer

I have been using this company for a while to re cycle the phones when I change to a new model.
The overall experience is reasonably good however this is the second occasion when communication has let them down I sent the phone off and was continually nagged that the phone had not been received when in fact it had and even after I spoke I had more e mails stating the phone had not arrived .
Perhaps it is me being cynical however after I was told it had been processed and I had complained of the nagging e mails I received an e mail stating that the funds would be available at 8pm on Friday so I had to wait another 3 days for the funds and yes bang on 8 pm Monday they arrived
All in all I would say good value for the trade in poor on customer service where it used to be exceptional perhaps it is because they have now got to big

I have used Envirofone on at least 3 occasions to trade in my iPhone when upgrading. They have always been reliable at matching quoted price and paying very fast. Recent trade in the money was in my bank account 2 working days after posting (Special Delivery). Would be reluctant to trade in with another firm as not all have good reputations.

I am always cautious about sending my phone off after having to bad experiences with other companies. However, I cannot fault Envirophone. Packaging received within a few days. Sent the phone back using Special Delivery due to the price. Received an email by the end of the day item received and money in back the next day. Great service. Will definitely use again
