There isn't much I can say about Envialia. I ran into them when I made an order on Amazon that came from a 3rd party company and wasn't fulfilled by Amazon. The company specializes in express deliveries, and that partially shows as the item I ordered was in my local warehouse the same day as it was dispatched from the seller. Unfortunately, when the time came to deliver the article, the process went horribly.
Day 0 (the day it arrived at the warehouse): I got a text message from Envialia at 8 p.m saying my package will be delivered "in the next few hours" which made absolutely no sense. Predictably enough, nothing happed, and I brushed it off as a tracking system glitch.
Day 1: The package never left the warehouse. The warehouse manager said that it might ship today, but she wasn't sure. No delivery. The tracker got stuck on that day and continued to claim that it was the delivery day even after it was long over.
Day 2: The order didn't get scanned for delivery, so I called the manager (10:30 a.m, the office opens at 9 a.m), and she guaranteed that it would be delivered by 2 p.m.
Nothing until 2 p.m so I called again, got a different manager who again guaranteed the delivery on this day and asked me to leave my number so the courier could contact me.
Absolutely nothing until 5 p.m, so I called one last time - now infuriated that I wasted another day on an "express delivery."
This call was brilliant.
The manager answered, and I asked her to tell me what happened to the delivery. Her answer? "I don't know what happened but don't worry, it will be delivered tomorrow"! At that point, I completely lost my cool and went off on a small rant about basically the same stuff I wrote above. She just repeated that it would be delivered tomorrow between 11 a.m and 2 p.m (the same estimate the other manager gave me this morning) and that she would personally talk to the courier about my case.
Day 3: Finally, after over 72 hours of waiting for the order it showed up with a courier from another company at the end of the delivery window (2:30 p.m), nothing else left to say this whole thing.
After looking around on their website, I stumbled across their "About Us" section and felt the disappointment hit hard. On that page, they adamantly went on about "being driven by competence," "staying optimistic," and "striving to do the impossible." This made me feel surprisingly sympathetic and sad about this whole situation, from this point of view Envialia seems like a company that's just revving up their engines only to be already having the same issues as other, larger carriers. It's possible that their marketing is just working its magic on me, but I feel kinda sorry for them.
If you're a seller looking for a shipping company - steer clear of Envialia for now, they have some glaring issues for an express delivery company.
If you're a customer - well... you've been warned.
And for Envialia - you guys seem like you're trying. Your customer service is so far better than other "problematic" carriers I had to deal with, but unfortunately, that's the only thing that seems to be going for you right now. I honestly hope that you'll improve!

The worst delivery experience I have ever had. Three days ago I received an SMS informing me that my parcel would be delivered that day, anytime until 7PM. I stayed home and waited all day. Nothing.
The next day, I received the same SMS again, informing me it would be delivered that day- I contacted customer services to confirm this, they said it would definitely be delivered, any time until 7PM. Again, I waited all day. Nothing. Today, for the third day in a row, I received the same SMS again. I complained to customer services again and they said it would arrive today before 7PM. No apology!
So I am spending my third day waiting until 7PM and I have no reason to believe that it will actually arrive this time, since it's been the same story all week. What an awful experience! I would recommend using ANY other delivery company before this one. Stay away.

The worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.Text arrived Thursday will be delivered Friday,waited all day nothing,now says item is incidencia which means tried to deliver no one home,lies,lies,lies.I never left the house.Now they won't reply to emails,no one answers the phone terrible company.

My parcel was collected from Barcelona Thursday evening and handed over to TNT in France Friday morning. I received my parcel 10h00 Saturday morning. Fantastic service from Envialia and TNT.
