5/14 I made my purchase online.
6/6 I checked in via email and they claim my vet didn't fax the prescription. I talked to the vet who said they did fax it and they refaxed it that day.
6/15 By this date the vet has faxed the prescription three times. Entirely Pets said they have a delay due to backordered product (a MONTH after I ordered it they tell me there's a delay!). They're super team never responded to my email.
6/19 I called and talked to a manager (Dillan). I also emailed Dillan. I told him our dog ran out of meds and needs them immediately. He said their pharmacy said they never got a call or fax with the prescription - Alsager faxed again. 4th time!
6/25 Dillan told me product would ship priority by 6/26. He said he'd give a discount for the inconvenience and lowered the price from 45.04 to $42.39 (That's not much of a discount considering what If gone through so far.)
It was shipped regular first class mail after waiting all that time and they knew my dog had been without this needed prescription for several weeks at this point.
The date on the invoice said 6/25 but it was not shipped until some time between July 5 & 9 based on USPS records, and since the next day I got a notice saying it was on backorder again.
6/26 I mailed Dillan after I got 2 emails saying product is backordered (AGAIN) (see June 15) - never got response
6/29 I received email from their sales team saying they'd send a partial shipment that day because double packs were sold out and/or the expiration dates were too close, so they'd mail the second box when they got newer dates in stock.
I emailed Dillan (manager) today also.
By now I've had to buy individual pills at $7 a piece from my vet because the product never shipped after numerous promises that it would.
On 7/9 I finally received the prescription. I received two boxes, not one like they said they'd do on June 29 (did they just forget to send the product that day?).
To top it all off, I was overcharged. I didn't get the discount promised by Dillan and shown on one of the invoices.
I emailed Dillan and two other contacts at Entirely Pets two times after receiving the product and getting overcharged. I got no response.
7/30 I still hadn't heard from anyone at EP so I disputed charges with my credit card company and emailed EP to tell them.
I ended up with FOUR order numbers because of all the problems with this order. I referenced all the order numbers. No response.
This is the worst customer service I have ever, in my life, received from a business that is supplying necessary prescriptions for people's beloved pets. I'm not even commenting on the debacle when we tried to order Pill Pockets from them through Amazon . . .
In retrospect, I wish I'd paid more elsewhere to get the prescription when needed without having to email and call and spend time doing all of that. Next time, that's exactly what I'll do.

They are crooks and scam artists. In March, I ordered hydrogen peroxide for $19.12. They took my money. It is now late September. The product never came and no refund was ever issued, despite countless time wasted on emails and phone calls to them. When I could reach a customer service agent I was always told the refund had been issued, but neither my bank nor PayPal has any record of a refund. They are liars. Avoid them like the plague. Small Claims Court in my town is on hold for COVID 19, but as soon as it reopens, I'm suing them.

I'm a veterinarian. I deal daily with 1800PetMeds, Chewy, Petco, etc. I recently had a client request medication from EntirelyPets, which was a first for me.
Every other online pharmacy allows me to authorize/decline requests online. I've sent two emails to EntirelyPets asking how I can authorize this request, as my fax machine is currently not sending. No reply. I guess I'll contact my client and explain that apparently EntirelyPets does not want her business.

I would put negative stars if I could! Do not order! They took the money out of my account and I've been calling for two months for my order! Every person I talk to tells me something similar but different! Do not order! Just buy through a regular pet store or Chewy! You won't receive your package from them! I'm never buying from a sketchy website like this again only the name brand ones I trust

I received 0 out of 2 orders, for a total of roughly 275.00. When you call to get ahold of someone, you get a call center, there is no store. Now I have to dispute with my bank. What a fake and a fraud. You can never trust anyone anymore, especially when they discount the price. The worst part is i cant take my cc or information off. Now I have to get a new card.

I placed an order back in April and after calling and emails since they have not gotten back to me. This is a real crap businesss. Nothing but scam artists taking peoples money. They have a number you can call but no one ever answers. Dont order from here!

I was just notified that a prescription has been autoshipped -- I didn't know it was set up for autoship, and I can't find a way to change the set-up online or cancel future orders. I can't even see my banking info to change it or remove my account. I've been on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes -- and no human yet, not even for a "please hold" . . .very angry -- I've tried to get help via both email and phone calls in the past with no response. I still have a months-old "partially shipped" order hanging out there and I don't want the rest of that order now -- I've already bought what I need locally. The autoship order is a prescription for my now dead horse. On hold now 28 minutes and counting. I tried them out because the prices were so great. Well, now I've been charged 87 dollars for a product I don't need and according to their website, I can't return it because it is a prescription. Don't get mixed up with this company. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

I never received my product. I tried numerous times to contact the business. They did not respond to my emails. Good luck trying to reach them by phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I finally gave up and hung up. I submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau. The company lied and said they reimbursed my money. They did NOT. I also filed a claim with PayPal. Do not buy from this company!

Absolute horrible service, states 4-8 ground business days to ship. Well going on week four now, finally called to see what was going on, representative said they e-mailed me but could not forward e-mail to me at that time for me to see "lie" holding order for 3 weeks because not complete??? When I said ship what you have and back order the balance, he did not understand what backorder meant, will not use this company again !!!!! Complete disappointment !!!

I made an order that I wanted to cancel after about 20 minutes because I found a different brand that I preferred more. I went on their website, which has over the top signs promoting their customer service phone line and how they are always here for the customer. The normal business hours were over so I tried the online chat. It was offline so I decided to wait until the next morning. The next morning during normal business hours, the chat was still offline. I tried calling the customer service phone line and called 4 separate times because the first 3 times, I was waiting to speak to a representative for 30-60 min before I was disconnected. While I was waiting for someone to pick up, I was searching their website FAQs for help. I noticed some red flags. First of all, they have an icon badge at the bottom of every page on their site saying they are an accredited business by the BBB. If you actually click this icon, you are redirected to their profile on the BBB site, which clearly says in red that they are NOT a BBB accredited business. Additionally, while I was reading through their FAQs I found some hidden fees associated with buying on their website! If you cancel a subscription order before the shipment of your second order, they charge you a 10% fee, or $5, whichever is MORE, for cancelling! Meanwhile I am still on hold with customer service. After about 2.5 hours, I was finally able to get connected with someone and cancel my order. But with their unreliable customer service, inaccurate website, and shady hidden fees, shopping at entirelypets just isn't for me. I'd rather spend a few more bucks for the peace of mind of shopping with a reputable retailer.

We ordered tick medicine online from Entirely Pets. After a few months and numerous calls to them they explicitly canceled our order. Meanwhile, our dog went unprotected. It has been six months now and I still have not received my reimbursement from them. We will be taking them to small claims court. I would avoid this "company" at all costs.

Placed an order, never got an update. Waited on phone over an hour to be told it hadn't been faxed to my vet in five days. No update after that. Website still said order "pending". Called again three days later. Waited on hold one hour, thirty minutes. Customer service rep (male, I have his name) finally answered. He told me it had shipped. I asked for a tracking number. He put me on hold again for 15 minutes. He came back, said it hadn't shipped. Which was it?? He got very rude when I then said to my just cancel the order. 20 minutes later he said it was canceled, though I had no proof in writing of that. All of this took well over two hours of my working day. This company needs to examine its representatives, its hold times, and lack of communication to customers. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Ordered a product, didn't show shipped, followed up with them. The charge was pending and then removed so as of right now I am not charged, but the order still shows as "pending". Another 2 email follow ups and I gave up the ghost. As long as I don't get charged I'm ok, but no response, just terrible. DO NOT use this place.

I placed an order of two items, a medication and dental fresh 11 days ago. I sent an email asking the status of the order, 7 days after the order, no answer. I finally called and that is when I learned that the dental fresh was in back order and it was holding the order. WHY no one sent me an email stating such or call. My dog is 15 years old and needs his medication. I order because you had "good" reviews. I will not order again.

It took 6 days for them to call me because they said I provided the wrong phone number for the vet. I paid extra for fast shipping and it took 6 DAYS to ask this question. Plus, have you ever heard of Google?? They had the practice name and the vets name. Why even call me?? I had to buy the medication locally because it took so long. Massive fail :(

This business is completely incompetent. Slow to process orders. Quick to check your card for funds. I had to call my vet at least a dozen times during the process of trying to complete this order. My vet was willing and called to try to resolve. They make excuses and lie. They have good prices but it's not worth the trouble. Companies like this are are the reason vets charge you to get outside prescriptions!! I recommend pet meds if you're doing scripts by mail. Entirely Pets is a disgrace.

I have been getting Bonies for my dog from Entirely Pets for years. They have the best prices by a wide margin. However, I have also spent hours of my time over the years dealing with their user-hostile web site set up. If you buy something on a recurring monthly plan, you cannot tell, when you go to the web site, when or if your order is in the works, or if it has been delivered, or if it is out of stock and you won't be getting it any time soon. Regular orders are viewable, but for some reason, the recurring orders are not. Their customer service is spotty. Some folks are very kind and patient, and some are officious and unhelpful. I was told last week that they are introducing a new software system. I don't know if that's true or if it will have any impact, positive or negative, on the buying experience. I honestly would have stopped buying from them long ago, but their prices are hard to beat and we buy a LOT of Bonies!

bad experience, I bought some items that didn't need a prescription and I was waiting for my order for almost a month. you enter the status and have no update on what is happening. I sent 3 emails to try to solve it and nobody answered. now after almost a month they send me an email saying that my products are on the way, and of course i already bought everything i needed elsewhere. finally, i will have to wait for the products to arrive to return everything and only then will i have my refund. Unfortunate.

Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company.
They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it.
I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month.
Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

I received 3 wrong items in a March order. I've been trying to get a return label ever since but nothing was sent. I called again today, and I finally received one by email from Jaime. I requested that he mail a label instead, but he said no. I asked when I can expect to receive the correct items, and he said he didn't know. They just lost a long time customer.

I ordered several items from EntirelyPets. They arrived in one week, understandable during this pandemic. However, one of the items - costing $70 - was supposed to have been kept continuously refrigerated. EntirelyPets did ship it with cold gel packs. But the tracking shows that the order took more than 2 days' travel time to reach me. By the time my order was delivered to me, the gel packs were completely melted and soggy, and the $70 item was warm. I wanted to contact someone to provide feedback regarding this. However, I have been on hold trying to reach Customer Service by phone for over 40 minutes now, and doubt I will be able to get through. Never again!

I found the best price on Frontline Plus at Entirely Pets. And the shipping was super fast, 3 or 4 business days. I did not take away a star, but the order said pending. I tried to email the company, but they did not reply. The package arrived while online it was still pending. A few days after I received the package, I received an email stating my package was on its way. Strange, but I am thinking this was due to COVID-19 shipping issues.

Same deal everyone else has. Ordered product great! Listed as pending for a week. Emailed, no response. Emailed again, no response. Looked at all the horrible reviews, emailed to cancel my order that's still pending. Following up with credit card company to let them know to dispute if they try and bill because no response id they cancelled it or not. Thankful my card company's got me.
