Entergy Reviews

I keel keep trying to look at my bill or pay and if it's not frozen then it crashes. Its very slow. The pages are mostly simple to use on a mobile device. I dont use it much on the computer cause it's not as easy as the Mobile website it. The app is not any better either.

I haven't had any problems with Entergy. They are the only electric company where I live currently but their prices are fair.

Entergy seems to just pull numbers out of thin air and bills me for that amount (even though kWh are about the same). After one of the hurricanes we where hit with a $1000 light bill, even though power was out for more than 2 weeks. I bet you can guess what their excuse was when we called them, "someones gotta pay for the hurricane, pay it or be cut off". They got in trouble with the state energy commission for that, but was still out $1000. Go with someone else if you can.
