Our business has been a customer since Sept 2015. We have 2 devices in a retail setting that have required monthly support tickets because of issues. Support responds rather quickly, however it's infuriating that there is not direct phone support - you submit an email ticket and then have to schedule a support call. The monthly subscription fee is more than our POS subscription costs that runs out whole business so it's hard to justify the ROI.

Bringing social media to the customers in our restaurants that have no idea how to work a computer or any smart device for that matter gives us the opportunity to physically approach 100% of individuals who follow and respect our brand.
Enplug is a powerful tool to be used when aiming to stimulate collective user engagement on certain social posts or campaigns in a way that physically causes our customers to interact socially while they eat all in real-time.
We will definitely be taking advantage of the unique features attached to Enplug for the foreseeable future!

You can't ask for an easier interface for digital signage. Product as not as robust as some of the larger companies in the space, but the team seems open to listening to feedback and creating new apps every month.

Enplug has been a great marketing tool for our restaurant! We have seen a measurable increase in social media engagement since installing the Enplug platform. The true benefit of Enplug is that it encourages guests to market our business in a fun, organic way. There would be no way for us to reach as many potential customers using traditional media, so we feel we get a tremendous ROI from a nominal monthly fee. They are also very responsive and customer service is top notch.

Have had Enplug for over a year now in four locations- overall experience has been great since day one. Customer service is quick and very helpful, device itself is plug in & power on, online set up is very easy. My customers love the social media wall it drives social media tremendously and attracts more followers. Using the graphics wall to display our specials or advertise for other companies (covers our cost) is a great way to build business relationships. Definitely recommend the Enplug system!

Several options out there for digital signage, but we found Enplug to be the most user friendly,flexible, and responsive in customer service for questions. Great to see it's constantly improving and evolving. It's the solution I was looking for to centrally be able to control the marketing message in-store on a TV.

Enplug set up an interactive menu board in my Salad restaurant. It was a great addition and I am so glad we decided to go with Enplug. The pictures of our Salads were crystal clear and each text description could be easliy read from a distance. It was also a breeze to make changes through my computer. We also had an interactive social media display screen where the customers could post while they where waiting in line. This was extremely popular, and we used this display to post our daily specials and any other content we wanted to share with our customers. Enplug's customer service is A+, and our rep Jesse was the best rep I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Enplug.
