DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OR USE ENJOY CPR FOR YOUR CPR TRAINING. Enjoy CPR mis-represented themselves asking our authorized American Heart Association (AHA) Training Site to provide a CPR Training session to a client they had previously contracted with and received payment from telling us they could not provide an instructor for the class...Our company, CPR Solutions, LLC diligently covered the class to Haverkamp Brothers, Bern, KS on June 25th, 2019 for Enjoy CPR and Enjoy CPR was billed for class services rendered their behalf nearly 60 days ago with a 30 day net due. We were asked to invoice Enjoy CPR for our services. Enjoy CPR and their associates have failed to respond to numerous phone calls notices of non-payment due to CPR Solutions, LLC! All attempts to contact Enjoy CPR Representatives “June” and “Janetta” who set up the class have only been runaround pretend return calls or a deliberate failure to provide phone numbers to your accounting/billing dept. We do not appreciate such unprofessional business practices, as we provided services on their behalf. A report to the BBB is in process. CPR Solutions, LLC demanded immediate payment for invoice #1280 in the amount of $990.00 as billed. Multiple Invoices have been sent as well as follow up calls with no response from Janetta, June, and Taja B. Taja B. by the way had no way of transferring us to accounting and billing and was very deceptive as we tried to reconcile this matter. Very condescending and unhelpful, and deliberately avoiding our inquiries. We were finally emailed a message on August 16th that USPS 3-day priority delivery of check payment was made and sent on August 16th to be delivered on August 20th, 2019. We still not have received due payment as of today August 21st. This company is not to be trusted and they will promptly be reported to the BBB and possibly a complaint to the US Postal Inspection Service for having sent us a USPS tracking statement of payment sent, but unfulfilled. Fraud!

They changed my Daughter's class to another place and time. To a time she could not attend, that was 5/21 and I've been trying to get a refund ever since. I call every other week and keep getting the same reason over and over again. They took it out of my account within hours, they made a change, yet they can't refund my money. Don't take a class through them.....ridiculous!!! They think people should just pay for nothing. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Avoid taking classes from them. They changed my class date and location. They said they are giving me refund but I haven’t received my money and it’s been almost 2 months. They are dishonest!!

I should have read the previous reviews. This place is terrible.... I called them regarding my refund countless times... I was ok with 50% because whatever .. but this was in July. It is the following year. Still no refund.
Filed a complaint and I hope this place closes down.

Avoid. They schedule classes then cancel and keep your money.

EnjoyCPR is to be avoided at all costs! They are greedy, unethical and dishonest. They make their instructors beg for their compensation and still won't pay. They knowingly sign students up for BLS when they know that most medical facilities will only take American Heart Association BLS certification. They consistently put people in the wrong classes. They are a joke.

I registered for a course close to my home and 2 days before the class, the location was changed. I was forced to leave work early to get to the class. When I voiced my dissatisfaction to the company, they not only ignored my comments, but the representative (Sean White-Phillips) didn't even apologize for the inconvenience!
When I got to the class, another student said that her class day was changed 3 times and her certification was now expired.
Bottom line, if you need to take a class by a particular date or want a particular location, DON'T USE ENJOYCPR BECAUSE THEY WILL CHANGE IT!

I completed a transaction online, and soon realized the class, the date and time, and also my bank card I used were all incorrect.
About 1 hour later, I called and spoke to Sean White Phillips on July 11th. Explaining to him my situation. That I need to request a full refund.
After speaking extensively he told me his supervisors were currently unavailable but he would forward it to.them the next day on July 12.
I decided to follow up with Sean the next afternoon on July 12.
I called and Tasha answered. When I asked to speak with Sean she stated he was busy in a meeting.
I requested a supervisor on duty and she told me that Sean was indeed the supervisor.
Then I was told noone could assist me. she kept me on hold and came back to tell me that Sean had said I could not get my refund.
When I asked to speak with Sean again I was put on hold again. She comes back and tells me.to send Sean an email.
Do you know how frustrating this situation has quickly escalated.
My situation needs immediate attention so I make a final request to speak with someone who can assist me.
After being placed on hold a third time Sean answers the phone. When I asked for his last name he ended the conversation mocking me. Telling me "when you call corporate be sure to tell them....."
As you can imagine there is zero customer service or assistance from any associate. I was given the run around and neither of these associates were able to point me in the direction of someone else to speak with.
I am required to renew my CPR license every 2 years.
I have always used ENJOY CPR for my previous renewals and have referred my colleagues to this service.
After my terrible experience with Sean. I will never renew my license with enjoy cpr and I will be sure to let all of my colleagues who require the same license renewals know of this catastrophic and shameful handling of a customer service situation.
It is the shame that at the cost of $40.00 you lose loyal customers.

Stay Away! Very Shady Business!
I have gotten my CPR certification from this company for the past 6 years. I received an email from EnjoyCPR letting me know my certification was coming due. So I followed the link they sent in the email and registered for a class.
After registering, I received a follow up email from them confirming the class. I quickly noticed that it said Red Cross on it instead of American Heart Association. I thought, oh I made a mistake and quickly called the company to correct the error and get put in the proper class. Taja answered my call. I explained my situation to Taja and told her I made a mistake and signed up for the wrong class. That I needed the BLS providers course by American Heart. She told me they were no longer certified by American Heart. So I asked her about a refund. (it had only been a few minutes since I booked the class which is to take place on 08-08-2018 from 4:45 to 7pm) Taja said "well if you would have let me finish, I was going to explain the refund policy to you. You have 24 hours to get 50% of your money back." I said "well I only booked this class a few minutes ago. Why only 50%? She said "well if you would have done your due diligence an read to see that we switched in august of last year to Red Cross." (Almost all heathcare providers have to be certified in American Heart Association CPR) So I explained that this was basically useless to me. So I asked for her manager to speak too. She said that she could not transfer me from her phone and asked if I wanted the 800 number. I said yes! She gave me his name as Sean and his number and the extension 902. All this time she is being very condescending to me. Talking to me as if I was a child with no common sense. I took his number and called him. I of course got a voice mail. So I left the voice mail explaining my situation and also explained how rude Taja was to me.
I called back and got another customer service rep. named NNea. When I asked to be connected to Sean she told me he wasn't available. I asked when I could call back to reach him. She said 'I am not at liberty to say." I asked if there was another manager available. She told me "I'm not at liberty to say." I then asked for the owner. Again NNea told me she wasnt at liberty to give me any information.
I then found another number for them under "World Institute of Safety." I called it and got another customer service rep. named Mian. He actually was a bit more helpful. I did start the conversation asking for the address of the business. He asked me why I wanted it. So I explained my entire situation to him. He was very understanding and explained that 50% of my money had been refunded, but he did not have the ability to refund the remaining balance. He did express concern about his coworkers behavior and said he would "escalate" the matter to his superiors.
This company is aware that they are being shady to customers by the way they act when you call them. They know they are selling you a CPR certification that is USELESS and then they only want to refund 50% of your money. Leaving them to keep 5-% for doing nothing. They are very shady! Have terrible customer service! This is a scam and they know it!
Mian did tell me that someone would get back to me about my remaining 50% I paid for nothing!
Do not! I repeat! DO NOT order any services from this fraudulent company! They are shady! They will take money from you for doing nothing! This is a fraudulent business! I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau!

TERRIBLE. Advertised on the website that Red Cross and American Heart Association are the same BLS/CPR certificate. Arrived at the class at 6:25 with a start time of 6:30 and the instructor was already teaching and we were not late. He was annoyed because there were more people than he expected at the class. Halfway through he asked me if I needed American Heart Association certificate and I said "Yes" he said this class was only for Red Cross certificate. My hospital job as a travel nurse only allows American Heart Association. FALSE ADVERTISING. He told us to call to get a refund the next day. I tried to call, the man was less than helpful so I asked to talk to the supervisor who NEVER CALLED back! DON'T GO HERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T HELP.

The trainer was the best I have ever had. Mr Shoen made the class fun, entertaining and easy to grasp the information. Made sure you understood before he moved onto the next part.

The course was scheduled as a five and a half hour course; however it was completed within three and a half. The class was small, approximately 10 participants. We watched videos and silently read through power points, which often advanced too quickly to fully grasp all that was indicated on each slide. We received one handout summarizing the process of CPR/AED for a child vs. an adult, but nothing else for the other emergency situations (e.g. choking, heat exhaustion, etc).
We each practiced the full CPR process one time on the dummies, and also using the respirator pump. Everything else was observed by video or demo by live instructor.
