I bought three chairs on May 8th and didn't ship them until May 12th. I sent them a message to ask when they would ship the goods. It has my information on it. They don't query, they just say, "I don't understand what I'm talking about." normally, they can see the order by email. I'm really angry. Then they told me that the goods could only be ship out on May 28th. However, there is no email or reminder to inform the customer that the goods will be ship out on May 28th. The service attitude is very bad. when i ask refund and cancel order , they did not answer ~~~~
They are so unprofessional and bad at service, I don't know where good reviews come from. A lot of people make fake comments. We need good service to buy things. I've never seen such bad service in America

Please stay way from this company. Till now I'm dealing with a guy name Andrew. N. I received my furniture broken and scratched all over. The delivery guy told they will send me new one. I have more then one month dealing back and forth and no one want to return my furniture, are giving me different refunds amount up and down in amount pretty much, they are playing with me. They told they will return the furniture and the next week they email me they won't do that. I'm asking to speak with a manager, no one is there. I have to bring the case up in court. Please stay way from this company.

The company they use to ship your stuff is a JOKE! The box was destroyed when it showed up today. It was so torn apart he couldn't even get it in my house so he had to carry in each piece of my table while the box lay in my front yard. Prior to this I found out the hard way that their is no one who will answer or return calls. They do all communication via email and after about 20 emails back and forth I learned they just tell you what you want to hear but it really goes nowhere. They did make my deadline but the stress of what to do if there was a damage to my table was not worth it. I'll stick with known companies who back up there stuff in the future. I read if there are damages upon arrival you still pay to return it and I had I refused the delivery today (with the box in shambles) I would have been charged a refusal fee. Insane in my opinion and lesson learned. BE CAREFUL before ordering with this company! I just tried to upload photos but isn't allowing me to.

Customer service chat line was not helpful when trying to order. The website advertised a 10% discount if you contact customer service or chat line. After speaking, this was not the case and only a way to gather my email address. The only reason I still ordered is because my Mom REALLY wanted this specific lamp, and the more important thing was to make her happy instead of not buying. I will not buy anything from here ever again.

Product and price were great. Customer service and communication was below my expectations. No one ever picked up the phone. If you're not going to pick up why even have a number to call. On line chat did work however that would have been good to know ahead of time instead of me wasting my time on the phone

I’ve left multiple voicemails to have a sales person call me back with no response. I’ve used your chat feature, any possible way to ask a question or communicate with someone at the company with no response. I ordered the bed anyone because it is sold out everywhere else.
