Great idea, but poor execution. The service is clunky, and I have had to call customer support multiple times. Nothing has ever gone smoothly during any of the transactions I have executed (or tried to execute) via Endicia. Error messages are numerous and non-descriptive, the system will log you out unexpectedly, and the final label rendering step often times out, so no labels are produced, though you are immediately charged, and have to request a refund, which takes around 15 business days to be returned to your account (not to your linked payment card).

We have been Endicia customers since 2010 and until they merged with stamps.com we were happy with the service. But since then it has been one glitch on their part after another and zero customer service. And when I say zero, you get robot replies to email when before we got answers. They say to call and you are on hold for a very long time. So far today I have been on hold 55 minutes. What a disrespect for long time customers. Beware before you sign up.

Horrible customer service. Waited 40 minutes for technical support but was told I needed to be transferred to advanced support. HEY ENDICIA, why have someone answer a call for technical support if they can't help you. Now, this is what is sure to happen. Technical support was on the phone and in my computer when they disconnected me. HEY ENDICIA, how about taking a phone number in case we get disconnected, everyone else does. After I contacted support for the fourth time I was told they are having technical issues and it something they are working on. HEY ENDICIA, how about loading the message that you have this issue in your phone greeting, everyone else does. one last thing. I got an email from Stamps.Com with a incident number and a phone number regarding my problem and disconnection, when I called I was told I needed to call Endicia because I was sent a Stamps.Com support number. Makes sense, doesn't it?

What a ripoff. I have used Dymo Stamps for years without a monthly fee. They made me switch to this new service and then start charging me $17.99 a month. I had to buy new supplies to use the new service but I don't remember anything about a monthly service fee. I feel like they stole my money. I would really like a refund for the $18 of worthless stamp paper I have.

I explored ordering some printable stamps from this company several weeks ago. It seemed like a legitimate company, teamed up with the USPS. I almost ordered something before changing my mind. Unfortunately, I'd gone as far as entering my credit card info. A couple weeks later, my card is charged with a $17.99 "service fee." I called the company, briefly talked with "Richard," and was forwarded to their "level two billing." I could already tell that this was a scam, even before the automated voice told me it would be a 45 minute wait due to "high traffic." Forty-five minute wait at 2pm on a Monday? Give me a break. I called back and got "Richard" again (they must not have a very big customer service department). I told him I wasn't waiting 45 minutes and he got snippy. I told him we would resolve the charge through the credit card company, and he said that was fine. End of call. I just wanted to forewarn anyone who was interested in using this company. Stay away!

When I canceled my subscription their website would not allow me to remove my credit card. Now, a year later they charge me for their services that I canceled. Report them to the BBB, they are crooks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to get in touch with Endicia's customer service or technical support is like getting lost in a black hole. They're quick to answer the phone for a potential sale, but forget it if you need help logging in or want to cancel your account. After 3 hours of being on hold and getting transferred around, I got someone to say that my account was cancelled, but lo and behold, three months later, I'm getting a monthly charge on my credit card. I wound up disputing the charge with my credit company. Don't do business with Endicia!!!

Terrible customer service. Have talked to them every day for six straight days. Simple problem still not resolved. Hold times are always 20 minutes or longer and then they transfer you to someone else and you have to hold again for a minimum of 20 minutes. I was on the line with them yesterday for 9:00 AM until 11:43 AM, was transferred to five different people, had the repeat the story to everyone I spoke with. Problem is still not fixed. Totally frustrating. Not sure how this company stays in business!

This is a horrible company. I used their service briefly years ago and then I recently started receiving emails saying I stilled owed $15.95 on the account from 2016. I went ahead and payed the 15.95 and then they charged my card without my consent 28 times ($15.95 each time) before my bank finally locked my card.
They claim I didn't close my account correctly and therefore I still owe 4 years of monthly payments. They still are attempting to charge my card every morning even after I spoke with their customer service several times.
Run from this company! Do not give them your credit card information!

I apparently signed up for some type of subscription for this. Yes I know I did buy one time postage, but by no means did I ever agree to a $17.95 per month subscription. This company needs to be shut down. I have been on hold for hours trying to get my "subscription" canceled. I am so frustrated and mad at myself for even trying this. Don't do it After reading other reviews it looks like I have no hope of getting a refund. Not even sure I can get this canceled. I also can't even get logged into my account to try and manually cancel my subscription.

After many, many attempts to get help from customer service, or from an account manager, there has been no resolution on a billing issue that has festered for 6 months now. I've lost count of the amount of lost promises that various people have given to call back and/or forward the issue to the right person. The issue is still currently unresolved and I'm nearly exhausted at this point. Perhaps this is the strategy - wear the customers down with issues until they simply quit, thus greatly simplifying their responsibilities...

Do not do business with Endicia or Stamps.com. Absolutely disgusting business organization, leaders, employees, policy and practice. Do not hire anyone who claim they have worked for Endicia or Stamps.com
They are probably on the verge of financial ruin. Look for any alternative. Do not keep your balance higher than $10 on any given day if you still have business with them. As a matter of fact, call your banking insitution and have their Dispute Resolution and Fraud department look into it on your behalf.
I have been calling in every week for 4 months since closing of account with over $249 balance back in Feb 7 2019. Still have not received a refund as of June 12 2019. They keep saying they will escalate and reissue. A supervisor would come on and repeat what the other supervisors would say from all the prior calls and someone will get back to me in 48 hours, or 3-5 business days or by the first Monday of next week. Endless hours of transferring between departments.
Do not trust these people ever!

January was kept on hold over 30 minutes and today I had Another problem and I was asked my name , phone number , account number, street address, and a security question by the first line of defense at endicia who never can help they are there to make you wait , aggravate you and set you up for an ever longer wait with the tech team who will also ask you all the questions above even though they know that the agent you first spoke to would never put you through to the tech team without having already verified you but here we go again. After 1 hour and 10 minutes I gave up, which I suppose is the whole point of endicia ever declining support. Aggravation you get a great score, customer service??? well let's just say I now undersand how even though endicia had a head start on stamps dot com they are kicking your butt big time all over the country. You got what your poor service deserves.

Very easy to use. I have my card on file so it automatically adds postage when I fall below $50. The only issue we run into sometimes is if the postage for a package costs more than the current balance, we have to log on and add postage before we can complete the customers transaction. It would be nice if there was some way to trigger the add postage once it knows there isn't enough. Other than that it has been great.

Amazing for USPS postage, like actually love it.
A few complaints
-it would be nice if it integrated with more e-commerce sites than just eBay and Amazon.
-SCAN forms are a pain to access. It takes ~10 clicks to print the form, would be nice if it was faster and was accessible right from the program instead of the webpage.
-Only does USPS postage, it would be nice if it worked with UPS and Fedex

Endicia is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their service was OK when it worked. This is the type of service that needs to work 100 percent of the time. Downtime is unacceptable. Just use stamps.com instead. I was forced to cancel a credit card after they continued billing me for 3 years after I cancelled my subscription. They couldn't figure out why it was happening.

Only recently started using them after the account was dormant for 2 years. But that ended up being a huge mistake...and it ended up being over the lack of perfectly guessing a "pass phrase". So what if I didn't get it exactly right? They knew I was close on it and that's what counts as far as I'm concerned.
After getting off the phone with a rep in regards to a software question and payment options on what accounts pay for their services versus the Post Office, the account was locked out. This happened soon after upgrading to the $9.95 monthly plan. Even despite getting it right as far as the name, they ended up locking me out of my account.
After a couple of days, the decision was made to allow the monthly term/free trial to run out then terminate in early December 2018.
A wreck of an account over a pass phrase as a second level of protection is a joke and should be done away with. It is just more stuff to remember ON TOP of the actual pass and it has never been an effective way of securing an account -- especially one that wasn't used in a long time. As an IT pro, I can demonstrate better examples of account security. One such example would be moving out of California so you can afford better systems and software.

I have been very pleased with Endicia. We have been customers for nine years and we have had a nearly seamless experience. There's the occasional hiccup with a software update, but even these have been relatively small compared to hiccups with other software packages.

Convenient and easy to use. Navigation to purchase postage is quick and easy. The app performs all the tasks that I need to print postage for my various needs.

My conversation with the Endicia Agent was very conflicting. We did not communicate well. It took some time to finally get to a resolution.
Also, I applied for a refund on postage at the end of August and have not gotten back any results. I understand it must be cleared with the post office first to be sure the postage was not used. It has be 3 weeks and no response.

The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to pick one before you can rate. This company is awful, they charged my account 175.00 for an account that had only been open for about 3 weeks. I canceled the account and they charged me another 289.00 and they will not refund my account.
Numerous calls to customer service and they tell me that they can not refund to my card!! If you can charge to a card you can refund to a card. Said they are going to cut me a check which if previous reviews are accurate I will never receive a check.
I have printed all of their emails and credit card statements and plan on having a long conversation with my congressman.

Love having the labels instead of heading to the post office for stamps.
Really dislike that we have to input the label codes to be "sure" we are using the Dymo Labels. We have used the labels from the start of using this machine. Maybe the labels should have codes that you could actually read without questioning and input the number less than 5 times and it would actually work!
