As you can see from the photo I placed this order April 25, 2020 and still have not received my order. It has been more than 18 business days and still nothing. Sent my first email on May 9th, and received that lame response about 18 business days. Sent another yesterday - NO RESPONSE. Don't ever buy from this site. You will not be happy. If I could give a Negative 5 stars that would still not be enough. Will talk to my states Attorney and bring up FRAUD charges,

Wow, I wish I would have found this site before I made my purchase. I was so excited to order his products and yet it has been over a month and my items still have not shipped. I called and left voicemails, and sent emails, no one has replied. I left messages on his IG asking for an update and got blocked. I can't believe the blatant disrespect of customers who have spent their hard-earned money. He also changed his policies after I made my order. This man is not be trusted, once they have your money they don't care about your shipment. I will give two more weeks, after that, I will be putting in a request to my bank to reverse the charges. I will also report him to the Better Business Bureau.

I haven't been able to review the product because it still hasn't arrived. When I order from Wish I expect that it's going to take at least 2 weeks to get the product but with Enail Couture I really expected better. When I asked about the wait, the customer service team responded with an apathetically-toned email basically saying to read the fine print: they said it takes 8-18 BUSINESS days emphasizing "that business days doesn't include weekends" for it to process, and another 4-6 business days to ship. So when you order from Enail Couture, remember it's likely going to take over a month before you see your items. I ordered my items May 4th: it is now May 23rd and the status hasn't even changed from "Order Placed" to "Order Processed" yet, a status a customer rep confirmed is correct and current.

I placed my order on April 25, 2020. Today is May 31st and I still have no received any updates stating my order has been processed. I emailed customer service twice and received an auto response stating the order could take 20 business days to process which has past. I'm so annoyed and tired of waiting. I notice Max is currently posting nail videos on his IG page but has not addressed all the customers that paid for products and still have not received anything. Very unprofessional .

I love the products, ease of use and how long they last. In my country (New Zealand), the product was shipped straight away and arrived within a week. Very satisfied customer. My only disadvantage is that we don't get offered the same specials as what is in the US.

I've been a loyal customer to enailcouture but this last purchase will be my absolute last. Delay in shipping but takes your money instantly. Super long disclaimer so you can't complain and/or ask for your money back. Ridiculous customer service. Placed my order on 4/29 and it is now 5/26. I sent them an email and they mentioned that they were on orders 105 and 106. My order is 110... I understand the pandemic may slow down shipping and delivery, HOWEVER, I placed an order elsewhere the day after, and it still came before any enailcouture email update was sent to me. ALSO, the other businesses customer service sent update emails every few days as they were delayed as well. Super disappointed/frustrated but I'm glad this happened and will take my lovely business elsewhere. Don't waste your money on a business that doesn't know ANYTHING about customer service.

Didn't want to have to leave a bad review but I've been as patient as I can be. I placed an order on 4/8 got a call on 5/1 asking if I was ok with them shipping my order w/o one item. Stated I was not ok w/ this I asked when the item would be in the rep stated it Mon/Tues (May 4/5) it is now May 7th and I have yet to hear or receive anything from them, yet I see post on his Max's IG page showing order #'s that fall after mine that have been shipped. I know we are in a pandemic which is why I have been extremely patient and even encouraging other customers to be patient but a month is unacceptable and I've begun to regret purchasing from him. Be careful purchasing from this company I'd say stay away at all cost

Don't waste your money on this POS company. Placed an order for a lot may 7th..still no shipping info, emailed them for them to say it will take 8-20 business days plus standard shipping.. GTFO ..I told them to refund my money, I will be reporting this company to the BBB and I will sue Max Estrada and his company for fraud. Don't waste your money on trash like this. Not only that Max Estrada belittles his customers like a petty ass child on his YouTube channel. He's about as fake as those ugly ass contacts and wigs he wears.

Ordered on 4-8-20 received order on 5-4-20
When ordering items were marked in stock
I then emailed them for express shipping and then during that email exchange I was notified of an item being out of stock and my order being delayed. " Due to the square being on preorder we are not able to send out your parcel until those arrive."
So they claimed they DO NOT SPLIT orders.
Received package and I was missing an item I ordered further look into the package there is a small piece of paper saying missing item was out of stock (which was not the original item that was out of stock a month ago) and it would be shipped later.
So 1 you lied because you CAN and will split orders, 2 you did not notify me of any of my items being out of stock. Original item or the 2nd item.
I then emailed them on 5/4/20 asking for an Eta of when this item would be stocked and shipped, received this response " We expect to ship the item at the end of this week , you will be getting a separate email with it tracking once it leaves your facility !
That time comes and goes and had to email them once again about the status no response within 24 hrs, sent a 3rd email and received this response "Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate the opportunity to help you.
We will send out your missing ballerina nails once the restock of these tips is available!
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once they are sent.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during these uncertain times."
This was my 1st and sadly my last order with Enailcouture.
I will give them another week then I will dispute this transaction with my Cc company as said item.
The product itself is Outstanding however, as a customer service trainer the lack of professionalism in staying ahead of problematic issues and keeping your consumer fully aware is where I will refuse to continue to do business with them.
I understand the processing times are high due to Covid19 however, let that be the 1st thing a consumer see's so that they can decide if the wait is worth it as these might be items needed ASAP. To help them continue to serve their clients.
The out of stock items need to say "OUT OF STOCK" and unable to order until it's IN STOCK so there are no delays with the remainder of the order.
I understand you need to run a business but WE run businesses as well and sadly depend on your reliability to get our items to us in a timely matter or at-least refuse to take our money on items you know are not "IN STOCK".
The product is amazing but not worth the hassle of reordering and dealing with the lack of empathy from the company.
Instead of the 50000 daily daily emails and demonstrations on FB and Ig I think Max should redirect his attention to the processes he has in place from inventory notifications to order processing to customer communication but sadly his attention is on selling and not delivering.
I hope this reaches someone who is a 1st time buyer and they understand what sadly might more then likely be their experience, because I wish i would of did my due diligence to look at reviews and YouTube's of this company.

Order placed 15 days ago... it's become apparent that The owner is taking customers money to use towards his economic gains, during pandemic, with no intentions to delivery items in a timely manner, if at all.
While waiting for my Shipment, i went digging to get info on the people behind this pink bubblegum nail company. I saw a YouTube video about 123 go and wanted to try it out. To my disgust, The owner, max, a psychopath in his 40s. His contact lense Are attempts to distract from his psychopathic stare and the Candyland/bubblegum theme are aimed to distract from his Chester vibes. He has degraded/attacked his customers, who spends their hard and money on his products. Yes he, in mean girl style, embarrasses customers on social media. For ex. He keeps 5% of your payment if you cancel your order (even though processing time is longer than 14 days). customers are paying for your inability to run a small nail supply business. God forbid you were Safeway home delivery! Sally's beauty and Sephora, serves a wider population, are more backed up but have kept buyers updated with emails and was only delayed by two days.
Psychopath, greedy shady, fake, hateful People like Max, are Notorious for taking Advantage of people during times of crisis and vulnerability. the biggest red flag is fact that he sent out 1 to 2 Spam mails each day advertising his products with a promo code and free shipping over $99. Also stating "items will not be restocked." why are you trying to get as many people to send you money when you are "so backed up on orders" there's no delays with usps or fedex so is it your lack of inventory to for fill your shipments? With all the payments you've received so far, shouldn't you be able to restock?! If present yourself to be a respectable person, I would give you the benefit of the doubt. I can only imagine what a,creepy mediocre nail tech with no people skills, finessed to start enailcouture.
Since it's my money, i should have first choice in investing it rather than handing it over to a fake persona with a fake legit business

I want to start off this review by saying that this company in itself is disgusting, and I didn't read up on it until after I ordered. Everyone says this company isn't worth it for customer service, and I totally agree. Seriously, if you have a problem they will not help you, even if it's on their end. I believe unless your product is literally unusable or you didn't receive the item, they don't care about what you have to say. They take ages to reply, and the shipping takes abnormally long. I would say it takes longer than things from China. I got an acrylic kit and I wouldn't say it's better than any brand that I've tried. The thing that drew me in was it's cotton candy scent. It doesn't smell anything like cotton candy, not when wet, not when applied, not even after drying. I thought I could sort this out in customer service and boy was I wrong. Took so long for replies to find out, I was definitely not getting a replacement or anything. I offered to pay for shipping so they could smell, because it's such a weird subject because anyone could lie about it. But it didn't even matter, she made it clear that if it wasn't empty, or there wasn't a defect, she wasn't doing anything. I also ordered a drill bit, which was just wrapped in half a sheet of paper, and taped all the way around, and labeled bit in sloppy sharpie. I'm all for recycling paper, but when you proud your company around packaging and cutesy stuff, you need to put more effort into that.. and it honestly would've been fine put into the package on it's own, it's already in a little plastic container. To wrap it all up, I really think you can get better products from better people, from better companies who actually care about their customers. Without waiting the 4 weeks. I don't think this company is worth it, but if you want to support a bad company that waits 4 weeks for a shipping confirmation please do go for it.

Very unprofessional! I absolutely regret purchasing from this website. I should have known it wasn't a good idea after reading the check out messages about absolutely no cancelations (even on orders that haven't been shipped) and that if it gets lost in the mail then its absolutely not his concern. I also heard bad things via YouTube streamers but I wanted to give the "little guy" a try and here we are almost month later and no updates. I get COVID has affected a lot but when someone pays that kind of money, I feel its only right to have access to status updates. There are other places you can purchase the same specialized products, don't risk purchasing from this site.

I haven't ordered from this company in over a year but needed to start doing my own nails again because of COVID. I placed an order on April 25 and it's May 28th I emailed them last week for a follow up and they said they were working on orders that begin with 102 and 103. My orders are 108.

I began ordering from Enailcouture right before the Christmas rush of last year. At first, it was great. Fast shipping and pretty good products. By Christmas, processing had slowed to a crawl. It hasn't improved since. You can expect it to take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to receive your order. Customer service is a joke. The last 4 orders of mine have been missing items, had wrong items, and one was someone else's order entirely! They said once return was in system, they'd send my correct order out on a 2 day rush. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. I still have 3 orders with them I've waited on for a month each already. Getting what you paid for and in any way a timely matter is like pulling teeth! I sell online nail supplies and this company has cost me many customers as I look like the one that is being slack or lying :/ I will NEVER use this company again! Steer clear too unless you want a lot of stress and disappointment.

Ordered on 4/25 no contact since then, but they took my money right away so 20+ days later and still cannot fet a response from this company. No one answers the phone or emails, I'm beginning to know that a fraud has been committed by them. Do not waste your time with this company buy from Aprés instead, I ordered from there and everything was sent quick and the products work very well.

First off im giving a 1 star because I had to. If it was up to me they wouldn't get that. It's been 2weeks and still NOTHING! No tracking or anything. I had high hopes for this company...This is definitely unprofessional as heck !!! I emailed them and got no response. What baffles me is that they take your money IMMEDIATELY and then your left with no communication. Their policy is BS & disgusting. The products aren't cheap, u would think they would have better customer service. I'm so upset. Us independent nail techs dont have time AND money to waste! They have to do better. They're only in Arizona.. I'm only in New York. I really don't understand what's the hold up. I'm pissed of completely. Then they'll have u download an app called "Arrive" for what reason???? I watched a review of this company's products on Nail Career Education's channel on YouTube, and immediately wanted to try it out. Did a little more research on the PRODUCTS, and most people loved them. Well, I placed my order on 4/28/20, spent exactly $61, and then finally got around to seeing the horrible and actually accurate reviews days later. Immediately regretted making a purchase but still wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. I sent my first email asking for an update on 5/23/20 and didn't hear back. I sent another on 5/28/20, the 30 day mark, and immediately received an auto-generated email about their COVID procedures. Absolutely ridiculous; I wish I had done more research before placing an order. Not to mention, they charged my account immediately after placing the order. I've ordered many other things from different companies, ranging from furniture to makeup, and received everything within two weeks. And yet this company wants to take 30 days just to process??? Never again. Horrible.

waited more than a month to recieve my package. As soon as you place your order, they only let you know about the "no refund no return" policy once you've already purchased. I recieved some items and some were missing. No customer service at all. The quality if the products are beyond horrible. Im not sure what the "quickie" nail glue is made of but I once spilled it over on the table and cleaned it up with the napkin just to find the napkin going up in smoke a few moments later after contact with the glue. The acrylic powders dont mix well with the monomers. The "shinee" gel is trash. This comoany should be shut down.

I am very please with my package!shipping was fast and all items were what I ordered.package was well shipped.I am in love with my set .instead of the light that has a stand I think the flashlight led light works best for self application. I am in love with the product Thank you !
