Still not received my order. Tracking does not work. Customer service does not reply to my messages and over the phone lady was speaking like she did me a favour that she picked up the phone. Avoid at all costs.

They have wonderful selection of products but unfortunately the shipping and customer service is really bad. I made an order worth of 2500 euros and I never received it. I had ordered Christmas presents and now it’s too late to order those products anywhere else. This has happened me also before with Smallable but I was ready to give them a second change because I love their products. I wrote MANY messages to them and I didn’t get an answer or I got it after many days and they didn’t really help. Such a shame.

Unique, beautiful products. I purchased several items for my niece and I am not sure who loved them more-my niece, her mother, or me! Adorable! The epitome of sweetness.

I don't want to minimize the negative experiences others have described. They sound pretty bad. The low overall average rating made me think really hard before I clicked "purchase." But my experience was actually excellent.
I bought a handbag, Craie brand, made in France. I have no idea if it was a coincidence - a French product shipped out of France - that my purchase was correctly charged, shipped & tracked by FedEx, and arrived 6 days after I bought it. I can't say that I would buy the children's products that seem to cause the most negative reviews, but I'm pleasantly surprised that my product was as advertised, was charged properly, & arrived in 6 days (not 6 business days; ordered on 5/5 and received on 5/11). AND a free, very cute Smallable canvas tote bag. I may consider ordering from them again...

I received a large order from this company and the cushions that I received looked nothing like the ones promoted on the website. I went on the website to return the items to then discover that I have to return them to France at my own cost! I have had to pay £37.50 to return these goods! What a rip off and totally obscene that the company can operate in the UK and not make it clear that actually it is a French based company that does not have a sufficient and fair returns policy. I would like to be refunded for the cost of returns and have written to the customer service email address provide. I have not heard anything yet.

Just an update on my situation with Smallable. To date incredibly I still have not received my refund of €106.08, even though I returned item on Sept 7th! The company will not answer my calls and have not acknowledged my emails requesting refund
My daughter had a similar problem and within the last day or two received an email offering her £15 off next purchase and saying ' a gift to say we are sorry'
The last reply I received through Trustpilot from Claire hoped my issue was sorted......... well Claire it's not!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service. I had to call customer service because I noticed that the day after I purchased a jumper, it was discounted 20%. They offered to reduce the price and adjusted my receipt. I received an email confirmation a few minutes later. The woman on the phone was very helpful and friendly.
In my experience with other online stores, they make you exchange the item and you have to through the hassle of returning the goods and placing a new order.
