I have ordered all bathroom fittings through Reuter. Most of the items were not possible to source in the uk or at a 20% increased price.
It wasn’t straight forward, I also changed some items and Reuter was flexible, at the end we sorted it all out.
Also I did appreciate that once the order placed Reuter contacted me to say that some items will be needed to fit that I didn’t order.
I was aware of the reviews here about timelines. And I would advise that once you have timelines for the order as all will be sent in one if you want other items quicker just contact Reuter and ask for the order to be split (there might be a delivery charge for that).
My last point is that you don’t always email with someone who speaks fluently in English so some issues might be complicated by a loss through translation... but at the end I will be going back to Reuter for bathroom fittings in the future.

In the past couple of months I have placed two orders for sanitary wear with Reuters. On both occasions, I have been really satisfied! Both orders delivered to Ireland within a week of order date. Fantastic Website and service. I couldn't be happier. Top Service, Thank you Reuters :-)

Unfortunately their website is a little misleading. They state that many of their items are available for dispatch in 2-3 weeks... This doesn't mean you will get your items in 2-3 weeks. The delivery is then 1-2 weeks later. Their site is misleading, despite all the small print at the bottom. They should update the site to clearly state when their customers should expect their order (3-5 weeks).

I was worried after reading many negative reviews, but decided to give it a shot for our bathroom renovation (taps, shower, mixer etc.). No complaints really, prices are way better than in Irish stores, quick delivery, good packaging and great communication. My personal experience is very positive.

Placed an order for bathroom items on the 15.3.2019. Order 2760477. All items were in stock. Payment confirmation received from Reuters on the 21.3.2019. All items still in stock. Received email on 28.3.2019, to say the order would take another 10 working days.
Disgraceful customer experience. They had the items in stock but never sent the order out on the 21.3.2019. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks plus!!!
Basic items most retailers have in stock, so do not understand the delay. No explanation offered by Reuters.
Since posting this review, the store have offered to split the delivery and send half out now and the other missing item at a later date. As a goodwill gesture, they are covering the extra delivery cost. Finally getting somewhere!

Terrible experience. Purchased a sofa on line. First of all they only do a curb side delivery - for a sofa!
Attempted delivery of the sofa - a lorry turned up, one person only delivery - he was unable to off load the sofa as his equipment was too narrow for the Width of the pallet. Of course can't manually offload as only 1 person delivery. So drove off with the item still in the back of the lorry.
Then received an email from Reuter asking to pay 240 euros for 2 men delivery. That's on top of 160 Euro already paid.
The delivery company told me they do not have a suitable vehicle to deliver. It's been 2 weeks since the attempted failed delivery. No response from Reuter despite numerous emails.
Absolutely ridiculous and the worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Now have to go through my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.

I read the reviews below thinking surely it couldn't happen to me as well, BUT it did. When I ordered over 3000 Euros worth of items I checked that all were immediately available (order #
2868847) , I have a plumber waiting to install these items. I just received an email that states delivery will be delayed because one or more items are not in stock and have to be ordered. So after receiving the email I checked all the items and their website states all are STILL immediately available ??? I ordered from the site because on some items they are cheaper and advertised immediate availability and their so-called Best Price Guarantee (someone needs to improve the translation - it is not as it says). The other large online retailer starting with Sky.. is cheaper on more items but all need to be ordered by the retailer. I feel I have been tricked. The key message is buy ELSEWHERE if you are looking for good prices and can wait for delivery.
UPDATED: 29/5/2019 I rang the service team (Dena) who were very helpful and apologiesd. They split the delivery sending available items immediately.I should receive them tommorrow afternoon by UPS. Hopefully I should receive the other items next week.

On 16.01.2019 I bought 8 items from the Reuter Shop. ALL the items I bought were marked for IMMEDIATE delivery to France (1-3 days). Delivery cost was over 100 €. The payment was received on the same date 16.01.2019 and confirmed by the shop. On the 17.01.2019 I received an email saying that some items are not in stock so my delivery can take minimum 14 days (and maybe even more). This is unacceptable. The shop did not appologise and did not offer any compensation.

I placed two orders with Reutershop for all the bathroom fittings for a new build house.
We had quoted the exact items from local showrooms and the Reutershop price was almost half of that.
Like many I was also slightly concerned about the negative reviews, but they seemed to be mainly related to delivery times. Because we had time to plan, and because the price was so much less, we decided to take the chance and placed the orders with them.
And we are so glad we did.
Yes, one of the orders arrived a few weeks later than first advised because they did not have one item in stock, but it was nothing excessive and it still arrived well before it was needed. I see many reviews complaining about dispatch delays but this is not the only online ordering shop where this has happened. I have placed orders with other online shops that have trustpilot 5 stars and they have also delayed shipments by up to 2 months due to not having stock.
One of the items was damaged in transit and I thought "oh well that is part of the risk". But no, after contacting them they replaced it without hesitation, delivery and everything, immediately.
All in all, if I was to ever fit out another bathroom I would definitely be using Reutershop again.

Terrible customer service and misleading delivery time
Expected times provided at their website are not realistic. In the order i placed 2-3 weeks was/is still advertised versus 6-7 weeks as per the customer service information when enquired.
Take a long time to credit the money back to the credit card. Conversely, they charge the credit card on the same day when a order is placed even if they take 6-7 weeks to fulfill the order.

I read a lot of reviews before buying from Reuter and was a bit worried seeing the bad reviews here on this site but I must say that my experience with them has been amazing:
1. Order for over 3000€ of material (all being in stock so no surprises on delivery)
2. Communicatons by email regarding order progress, ETS and tracking has been very, very good with tracking links etc...
3. Reception has been completed in less than 15 days but on arrival a toilet bowl came in as broken so....
4. Sent a full photos report with a detailed email with all ref. numbers I coud find to the email detailed on their website
5. No reply after 2 days, called them and got to speak with them within 5 minutes, very nice person on the other line
6. 5 min after hanging up the phone received an email to confirm I will receive a replacement within 10 days, free of charge (no shipping costs)
7. Received the same level of details regarding the shipment of my replacement item, actually spoke to Reuter and their shipping company to make sure they protected the item better this time
8. Received the item a few days later in perfect condition...
9. THANK YOU REUTER!
10. I thought seeing the reviews here that it would be somehow at least not THAT easy but I've been blown away by the efficiency....
Maybe many bad reviews come from people ordering from outside the EU (in which case there are import taxes....) or ordering items not in stock and they get surprised by the delivery time but in my case it´s been as, if not more, smooth as with the biggest internet selling companies...

I ordered most of my products for my complete bathroom refurb from them. Great website, with excellent search function. I had a few queries about measurements etc. all were answered by email very promptly. Excellent value compared to prices from UK suppliers, especially for European brands (check out the Hansa taps which are brilliant!). Geberit toilet frame and Duravit sanitary ware were a bargain (e.g. Wondergliss coating is barely available from UK suppliers while Reuter have it in stock.). Delivery charge is also good value (especially compared to QS supplies etc.) because you only pay for the largest item and considering that it's all shipped from Germany. The washbasin arrived with a small manufacturer's fault and they exchanged it quickly without any problems. Very friendly and competent customer service. Can't recommend them enough!

Terrible service. I have Ordered a sink with (according to the website) a maximum of two weeks delivery time. I am now waiting for app. 2 months and according to customer service, it will take another two to three weeks before my sink will arrive.
Of course this can happen, but in the meantime the delivery time of this same sink on the website remained two weeks! I called Reuter to ask for faster delivery twice and -when this proved to be impossible- to point out that it is not correct to state a delivery time on your website which you know it is incorrect. In my opinion this is intentionally misguiding your customers. Reuter simply did not care and stated that the website information was correct. How this is possible eludes me.
I have placed the rest of my order at Megabad and was considerably better served there.

Terrible experience. We ordered some bathroom items of the amount of EUR 348.60. We canceled the order the following day. We did a reorder for EUR 2'700 and we received everything as it should. However, to receive the refund from the 1st order was a saga.
Raised to 2 stars after receiving the refund.
In this day and age it should not be necessary to make several phone calls and send a hand full of emails and wait over 3 months to receive a simple refund.

Indicate as immediately available, then turns out the item is not in stock and will not even notify when will it be in stock until 10 workdays later! never trust the availability indicated on their website.
Unhelpful staff too. do not buy from this place!

Catastrophic customer service. I ordered a sofa, which they then inform me a couple of days before delivery is curbside only. Furthermore, the delivery service refuses to provide a time window for delivery, to deliver early mornings, evenings or on weekends (not mentioned in the Terms & Conditions). The expectation is that the customer takes a day off work. Refusal by Reuter to liase with the delivery service or take back the sofa without charging international shipment costs. Simply appaling.

I used Reuter to supply high-end fixtures and fittings for a recent bathroom re-fit. Fair and sensible pricing with a great website to help you order your items. I have absolutely no complaints having had a great experience and having saved lots of ££'s compared to the local companies I went to visit for quotes of the same items. Trust me, there were several. The conclusion I came to...Bathrooms and Kitchens are BIG money makers in the UK, especially when you are looking at installing the higher end of things in terms of finishings. It's almost like local suppliers 'see you coming' when you specify anything else than a Homebase or MAGNET kitchen or equivalent bathroom. - that's the experience I had anyway. We literally quite a bit of money by not going with local suppliers.
Local suppliers appear to be 'generous' and bamboozle you with so called 'discounts'... but in my experience having done my homework it's all smoke and mirrors generally and the final quote works out far more expensive than when you use Reuter as your supplier.
If you are comfortable specifying and sourcing your own items, then Reuter is the way to go. Take into account the stock availability information that is presented to you on their website for your parts and use this for your planning. I found that Reuter send your order all in one go (ie. batch send all items once the last item with the longest lead time is available - rather than trickle send items as and when they become available, hence they can give you a good price in the first place). So always use the longest lead time as the measure for a sensible and realistic delivery date for your items to arrive. My items were sent via courier (Villeroy & Boch Toilet seats x 2, Dornbracht Shower units etc) and they all arrived in excellent condition. As with all couriers make sure you look at your items when you receive them as most likely any damage that may have happened (as seen elsewhere on here) is transit damage and not been sent damaged from the warehouse.
I would highly recommend Reuter. They did a great job for me and I will use them again if I ever need to.

Very upset that after spending so much money on a bathroom, the sink cabinet was sent damaged!
It took 7 weeks to arrive, and my bathroom is being fitted so I can not wait another 7 weeks for another one to arrive! To be honest it looks like we have been sent an item that has been returned by another customer - parts have been forced and a screw has come off, tearing off part of the cabinet with it. Obviously, this is not what you expect when you spend over €800 on a 60cm cabinet.....
I really wonder how Reuter-shop are going to sort this out. I have e-mailed lots of pictures, but their customer service is obviously under-staffed as responses take ages! I can not return the frame of the cabinet, as the builders needed it to fit the wash hand basin, so I wonder what their solution will be.
I wait and see!
UPDATE: After publishing this review I received a lovely e-mail, promising a new cabinet to be sent out. After waiting a few days, I e-mailed to see when it would be shipped out - I got a standard e-mail back saying they were sorry the complaint had not been dealt with!!! I thought it had been dealt with and that a new item was on its way.....it's now been over a week and not heard anything more. I really want to update my review to be more positive, as I do like the items I ordered. But this experience has been terrible :(
2nd UPDATE: Several more e-mails and even a telephone call from them, promising to sort this out and still no better off than when I initially wrote the review. I just want a replacement, having sent several photos of the damage, I don't understand why it is so difficult. If they don't let me know what is happening within the week I am going to order another cabinet (a further €900 out of pocket) and once that has arrived, return the damaged one for full compensation. I'm probably not supposed to do that, but I am beyond knowing which further step I can take now.

Reuter shop provide a massive range of high-end products at keen prices.
You may face issues down to stock availability; if your order has items that are not in stock then doing separate shipments may not work out economically and hence you may need to wait until manufacturers re-stock.
They resolved the issue of some missing items/breakages in transit in a professional and very 'systematic' manner. With patience you get the right result.

after receiving my shower set, I have realized that a critical element was missing. I took more than 3 weeks for Reuter to organise a delivery after many calls and emails rom my side. But they have managed to send it to the wrong address. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.. I am very upset.

I ordered some Hansa shower parts as the prices were about 40% less than those charged in France. The items were not in stock, and advertised as 'delivery in 2-3 weeks'. That is precisely what happened. Goods were shipped and received in France via UPS. If this is the same as company as reuter.de or reuter GmbH (I believe it is as they are all based in Moenchengladbach), I also congratulate them on their efforts to provide information in good English - an encouragement for buyers from outside Germany.
