The worst bank in the world. I have never experienced such a bad service in terms of security and support. This bank makes it so easy for people to hack all your details and get money from your account and then they tell you to go complaint to the police we don't have anything to do with this. They are literally the worst bank ever

I am waiting for 5 months for the delivery of my credit card. Even after huge effort to arrange delivery the internal teams are unable to arrange. Incredible bureaucracy and very disappointing customer experience. I wanted to switch from HSBC who are terrible but I don’t get much confidence that this will be better.

very poor clients services, only a stupid robot answering my calls, it's almost impossible to speak to a human when you call them and they keep wasting your balance
-forcing clients to take credit cards
-opening online banking accounts without your permission and they don't even send you the password and username...
when visiting any branch ut takes a very long time to reach the counter

Always say you are in queue, I spent 50 minutes to wait their executive to respond me but no buddy respond.

This is the worst bank ever!! Never ever bank on liv because the customer service and their team is all USELESS!! They can’t give you a right answer if u have complain about your account!! The chat team on liv app is all bulshit!! Imagine I have problem with my account for a month and until now they didn’t solve my problem. They are not doing something to help you. They are all irresponsible!! Banking with LIV is my biggest mistake in my life! The worst bank ever!!!

Totally dishonest and awful bank. They changed the due date in my loan and told me “no problem we are just earmarking it 2 days before your salary. It won’t affect you if it’s overdrawn” 3 months later I went in and my credit score is destroyed. I complained to central bank and went to the credit bureau of the Rolex tower to complain about what they’ve done. The car dealership applied for financing for my car through them and they approved it. But when I told them I didn’t want to go with Emirates nbd because if all the problems, adobos tried to get the loan and it was not approved. I was approved by hsbc for a loan to buy my way out of the account with Emirates nbd. They dragged their heels for a few weeks getting the letter and then hsbc was not able to get the approval again. They have destroyed my credit score so I’m not able to close my account and leave. I’ve never seen such a corrupt dishonest awful bank in my life. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE

I have banked with this bank for many many years both as a business client and a personal client
I have used most of their services including private and priority banking
I have now left dubai and have been trying to close my accounts my “account manager “
was very attentive until I said I was closing my account
I had to write virtually every day for months begging to get my accounts closed most people walk away but I like to do everything by the book
They moved the amounts I needed to pay to clear my accounts on several occasions
When I transferred the amount they asked for they all if a sudden wanted more and the last straw today wanted money to close my account early having banked with them fir 20 years!!!
It’s all very unprofessional and not sure if any of this is legal I am extremely disappointed with Emirates NBD and their treatment of a client who has banked with them for over 2 decades
People should check before trusting this bank !

Very bad customer service (branch sheikh zayed road)
Always the quess long and waiting time is long.
The customer service are rude and unpolite staff.
Someone built this company from scratch and these staff are destroying, I feel sorry when I see staff behaving this way and destroying company's business.
After today's incident I'm really thinking twice staying with nbd. Thinking switching to another bank.

Terrible customer service!!!!
Almost impossible to get solutions when you face an issue. When calling their customer service, you have to deal with people reading a script and who has no clue on how to assist you.
I cannot access my online banking or use my credit card anymore as they have deactivated it. When calling to reactivate it, they ask me my credit card details in order to access my details but then they don't recognize me as a customer since my card is not anymore activated. I have been stuck like this for weeks and wrote to their customer care but no one is helping me to solve this issue.
I'm currently abroad and cannot do anything...it's a nightmare!

This bank is a nightmare... Do not get involved with it. Their service is zero- at their branches and on the phone ... Have always problems with their online banking also... few times opened my online banking to see that my 5 years of savings were 0...I cannot tell how BIG was my shock, once I called I could not get any proper help from Eva, could not get though to speak to some human being , took me 2 calls to talk to customer service and he simply said to me, no problem, we are doing maintenance.. Could not they send email that there will be maintenance?! They send useless texts daily, emails but nothing to mention about maintenance. USELESS bank

Banking is fine. But reaching a customer service is a nightmare.
The AI 'EVA' does not understand half of what you need and is a mostly a waste of time.
Every time you need to reach a phone banking agent you need to enter your card number, expiry date and pin. They do not maintain customers registered mobile details or anything that makes life easier.
Phone banking with ENBD is unnecessarily complicated!

Think twice, no ten times before opening an account with this bank. You won't find anyone to assist you when you have a problem. Call centre tells you to contact the branch, the branch tells you to contact the call centre. Incompetent employees, weak cybersecurity. I lost 6000 AED due to fraudulent activity and the bank did simply nothing about it.

I am there customer for almost 5 years now. From the start its okay. I chose this bank because they have the direct remit which is helpful for me when sending money to home country. Especially they have partners in there. However every time you use that app, there will be an error but Emirates NBD will deduct it from your account. It will take time and effort to call their customer service center everyday if possible to get your money back. It takes weeks before your money will be return and you need to follow up time to time. They are not doing anything about this. They will just keep on saying we do understand and I am sorry but the truth is are they really sorry. Its my money and it was needed back home that is why I trusted you but it seems you can't be trusted. Planning to change account

Bad customer service. The local staff at teller section is inexperienced. I cashed a cheque today and asked the local teller to deposit the same in my account providing her my debit card, however the teller asked me to fill a deposit without even handing over me the cash. What I fill in the deposit when the notes have not been provided to me? I usually go to the park center mirdiff branch where I find a chinese expat teller at the counter. She encashes the cheques without asking me to fill a form or wasting my time and makes the deposits hassle free. I believe enbd must provide basic fuss free training to their local staff...

We are holding a company account with over 3 years. All of a sudden last three month, they have requested purchase & sales invoices of few transactions, customer's and supplier's details. Which we have shared. Now they are requesting details of more transactions. We have told them we are only doing business with Europe and happy to share all information but as we are worried about customers details being leaked to competitors, we demand confidentially letter from legal department. They refused to provide the letter and provided no explanation on why they request these information and threatened us by closing our bank account. We will issue a complainted to Central Bank of Dubai and UAE Authorities and change our account to another bank.

I am a customer of the bank for more than 4 years. I have a mortgage and all was good till someone from RBE team came to propose a personal loan. He gave us false informations and once we took the loan the remaining amount was much less. He disappeared. We filed a complaint that has been closed twice saying that the concerned employee called and explained and that I was satisfied!!!
This is not a serious bank. They took around AED 10,000 more than expected.

I just moved to ENBD 6 months back and an totally fed up with the way they support me with the liability letter issuance. I applied for liability letter on July 18 2019 and got the letter in hand on Aug 27th with additional amount than what I owe to them mentioned. I had to go again and ask for the re-issuance of the letter and was promised 3-4 working days at Karama branch and today customer care is mentioning 11 working days. Absolute unacceptable customer experience and I regret for having chosen to bank with them.I would not recommend this bank as a choice for anyone out there.

Please do not open an account in Emirates NBD. You can not speak with customer care for anything. The security offered by the bank is big zero. In an emergency, if you want to contact your bank Customer care the eva will not allow you to speak with CCC. If you bypass Eva and u got connected with CCC then again they will revert to Eva. If you lost your card, just accept it. If someone used your credit card without your knowledge just accept it as the bank does not send OTP to the registered mobile number.
