Literal evil slugs. Your order won't get sent to you and they refuse to refund you. They'll also suggest you go to a stranger's house to ask for your order. Steal money from costumers and make them feel silly for calling and emailing asking for help. How are you still relevant?
Oh right, from stealing actual designer's work and selling it as your own.

Wow negatively impressed.
So they managed to save an imaginary name and address on my profile and even though I entered the new one while ordering they made an order for the old non existing one and refuse to edit the shipping adress even though the pacakge is not dispatched yet. The currency conversion they gave me was also really bad. Shipping extremely expensive and they say i have to pay it when the package will be returned to them.... wow i am disappointed..! Never again UO!!!
I'm sure there is a way to correct this but THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE.

Ordered online and what was advertised was not what they were supplying. Contacted "customer support" who were beyond incompetent! After offering a partial refund of 15% to keep the item or returning the item for a full refund I stated that I would take the 15% and make the item right myself if they couldn't supply what they advertised. More emails from them that didn't make any sense then they request for me return it which I didn't want to do then offer me 10% partial refund! I stated in 2 further emails that I had already been offered 15% and anything less is unacceptable. No further communication but a 10% refund has been issued. Absolutely disgusting service. This is not a company to be trusted, they shouldn't be trading. DO NOT SHOP WITH URBAN OUTFITTERS

First order was a 3 tier shelving unit, received with one tier missing upon delivery, the second was some shorts that were delivered the wrong size.
The fact that people's complaints on here are not responded to speaks volumes, they do not care.
Take your money and buy from elsewhere, cos these lot are a bunch of jokers!

I ordered an item for next day delivery and paid extra. The next day it was still waiting to be dispatched. After contacting customer services to see what the issue was I ended up asking to cancel the order, they said it would arrive the day after which was fine but not what I paid for. I checked and UO had shipped it a day later but Royal Mail were waiting for it to be delivered so there was no way it would be delivered to me that day. I contacted customer services and asked to cancel the order again (my legal right as they didn’t deliver on time) as it was a birthday present and would now arrive too late, only then did they refund the delivery cost and said they couldn’t cancel it. The item was eventually delivered 4 days after ordering it with no labels for returning it. I will never buy from them again, the level of service provided to consumers is shocking!

They held my order and would not process it unless I had my authorization number from my bank as a part of their "internal fraud prevention measures and protocols." When I called customer service the first time, the clearly foreign man on the other end of the line told me that I would "not be his friend anymore" had I not found this number. I called my bank (Wells Fargo) twice in an effort to track down the number, but both times they said that no authorization code would be given to me unless UO took my order off of hold. Upon calling Urban for the second time, I was forced to cancel my order then advised to reorder it through customer service. I then immediately called customer service only to be told that both products I had tried ordering were sold out.
Update: I just went back onto the website (I wrote this review as soon as I ended my call with customer service then went to website) and both items were available at the same price as before.

If you want to order furniture from here, don’t. It took over a month to get here, they never even called me for a time frame window of delivery, and they don’t even unbox the furniture that is already assembled. As a small girl, it’s incredibly difficult to unpackage a 300 pound dresser by myself. The least they could do it take it out of the box. Overall very dissapointed in their furniture delivery.

I bought 3 dresses worth 30 pounds each dress(90 pound's for all 3) from Urban Outfitters online. After a week my parcel arrived. When I opened the parcel only two dresses was in the parcel, the 3rd one was missing. But on the receipt they had put 3 dresses sent from Urban Outfitters. I was scammed and lost 30 pound's.
I was a regular costumer at Urban Outfitters but based on this awful experience I will never buy anything from Urban Outfitters again. They don't even reply when you contact them. They have lost a very loyal costumer! From now on I would rather shop at Rocket at Camden or Oliver Bonas. By the way Oliver Bonas has the best costumer service they actually care about their costumers and the staff is super friendly. Hope my experience will help other people.

My mother ordered several birthdays gift for me at urbanoutfitters.com, but one of the items didn't arrive even though it was listed in the order and it was payed for.
Afterwards I have contacted them TWICE (with 1,5 week in between) through their webpage formular which seems to be the only contact option. They haven't answered me even though they promise to answer within 24-48 hours. I have checked my spam filter and it has now been a week since I last contacted them.
So they basically owe us either the product or our money! But they won't answer. That seems like fraud to me!

A couple months ago, I ordered a couple things from Urban. I waited about a week and a half for the order to come, and when it did, I had gotten a completely wrong order. I called customer support and the lady on the phone was really rude, but they ended up sending me a new shirt (one of the items I never received) but gave me a refund for the hoodie because it had since gone out of stock. I got it on sale, so I had to pay even more money to get a different hoodie that was similar. I thought it was weird that they never asked for the wrong items that I received to be sent back, but I assumed since it was their mistake they were just gonna take the loss. (The items I got were of no interest to me and I just stuffed them in my closet bc I didn’t know what to do with them.) Well a week ago I noticed that Urban Outfitters charged me $80 but I couldn’t figure out why because I haven’t ordered anything recently. After sifting through all of my emails I found out that they recharged me for the entire order, saying they refunded me but they never got the items back. (Obviously, i never received them in the first place) also they only refunded me for half of the order, and I got recharged the entire original price! I emailed them to figure out why, and I just now 5 days later got a response saying that they asked for the item they sent me to me shipped back but they never got it. I was never told that I had to send it back or how to do so, plus the item was a $25 men’s hat... not $80. I’m super frustrated with the poor customer service and the fact that I’ve now been charged $120 for that dumb order!!! If you’re gonna shop at urban I’d suggest doing it in-store. You get what you see and you don’t have to deal with all the back and forth and bad customer service. :( the two stars are for the cute stuff they have but honestly not worth the prices

This was the first time I have ordered for your company and will be the last. I am a VP of a company and order from Amazon as I don't have time to shop or time to deal with returns etc. I took a chance as you sent me an email ad (very cute things) and I needed a futon for reading. Unfortunately, You sent me the wrong color gray instead of mint green I ordered. The box you sent it in had to be cut open as the futon was vacuumed packed inside of it and the bed was vacuumed packed in plastic and had to be opened also. There is NO WAY to get it back in the box or bag. I was hoping do to your error you would send me the one I ordered in mint green and write off or discount the one you sent me and I could just donate it or give away (Amazon will do this if it's to difficult to return). I spent over 30 minutes on the phone waiting for managers (they were professional) but only offered me 20% off or I would have to re-package this large item, buy box and pack etc. This 20% would not even cover the materials to send back to you, not to mention my time to do this. This is all your manager was willing to offer and I understand she is following policy. I don't have anymore time to spend on this and it's not worth the value of this product. It's very disappointing to me as I had heard good things and the reason I took the chance. I wish your company the best, but I do think that you should review your return policy as other companies have understood that when it's their mistake They should pay for it not the client.

Amazing customer service! I received a previously worn pair of fila disruptors (store display model??) when I bought the shoes online from urban outfitters for full price. I wrote to them, letting them know I wasn't exactly thrilled at getting lightly worn shoes for $100 CAD and honestly all I wanted was a replacement. They didn't even ask questions, they shipped me a replacement immediately. The replacement has all tags on and is in perfect factory condition. They didn't even ask me to send back the old pair. Best customer service I've ever received from a large-scale company.

Don't shop Urban Outfitters in Canada online!
I was in Canada and somehow ended up on the US site. I placed my order and noticed the next day I was charged USD. I called right away and Urban Outfitter said they couldn't cancel my order (even though it hadn't shipped). When I finally received my package and returned it I was out $12 CAD because of the exchange rate. Ugh. The worst.

Urban Outfitters is probably the only store that I always go into but leave annoyed and without buying anything! It‘s almost ridiculous how high they set prices for clothes that you can buy in thrift stores for only a couple of bucks! Once I saw a Champions shirt for 45$ and then went into a sports shop and bought the exact same for 15$! Also the original UO brand is very poor in quality (except denim)! A bra I bought ripped immediately after purchase and I couldn‘t return it! Please invest your money in something else with better quality and search for the pieces in other stores, I‘ll guarantee you that you‘ll find the exact same piece but at a lower price point!
Decoration is nice though and staff often is very friendly!

Major lack of communication in customer service operations. Notified Urban Outfitters of undelivered package. Was told to wait, and if it had not been delivered, they would go ahead and initiate a refund. Gave them a few extra days before contacting them, and the response was pretty much "we can't do anything to help, go to your neighbors, file a report with cops, and do a chargeback" Emailed them a screen cap of chat with previous rep, and dead silence.
Ha, just noticed the little check-off box before completing the review. It goes to "info", so it'll just get tossed and nobody will be the wiser. Should be going to operations manager to review polices. No place I've worked for has ever recommended buyers to do chargebacks.

Horrible experience. My daughter made an order online and she confirmed the order and they still cancelled her order took her money and never sent anything, not even an email. I called and the customer service is just as bad! You took our money and cancelled our order because you apparently have to confirm your order several times via email/ phone and even if you do confirm it still takes your money and doesn't give you what you ordered. Been waiting 2 weeks for money to be released that they say they didn't take but its still pending on my account. HORRIBLE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ONLINE AGAIN. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! GO INTO A STORE online will rob you!

I have ordered only once from them because I find them very expensive but I am happy with my purchase. There wasn’t any problem with the shipping and there were no extra charges. Products are nice and look like the pictures, but they are a bit overpriced.

They cancelled my order and said “We’ll get back to you in 1-3 business days” after complaining to the customer service and asking why my order was cancelled for no reason. Then I checked the order again and i had ordered with a 20 percent off for three items discount and on my order confirmation and placement it applied the discount, but on the order review where I found out it was cancelled apparently they took the damn discount off.

Don’t order anything off their website period. This is the worst company to shop at, they constantly make mistakes or just flat out lie and then they expect you to just deal with it. Knowingly and falsely labeling euro sizes, American sizes and unisex sizes as the same and then telling you that there is no difference; they are not the same. Sending out previously worn items without the slightest care. Screw this trash company, just order directly from the brand you want if you can.
