The worst Platform ever. They only send the payment confirmation but no booking confirmation and when i call the Hotline, it was even worst.They didn't understand english and even said that she would turn off the call and they didn't care at all about their customer. Even until when i want to online check in i have to call (the worst customer service ever), and ASK them what is my booking reverence because they didn't even bother to send anything to you! It's not worth the money at all. Go and pay a couple bucks more and get a better service with other website!!

This was the first time i booked a ticket via Elumbus. I paid via sofort uberweisung. And from my bank account the money has been deducted.
Normally, the sofort uberweisung website redirects back to the orignal website however, here this wasn't the case. I simply received an email which stated that i will receive a confirmation mail once payment is confirmed (nothing else).
Now after reading the reviews i am quite skeptical whether it will take as mentioned 7 weeks or 2 days.
I called the helpline after reading the reviews, the helpline guy was either confused or he wasn't trying to understand what my concerns are.
I will wait one or two more days so that the tranaction is complete and they don't have any other excuse per say.
In short, don't make the customer's life hectic and put some real work in your coding/customer service. When we pay we don't want to call you to know the status of our booking after receivinga vivid email.
Ps. I will change my review once my concern is diminished.
Update: received another email with details regarding airline reservation code and the whole journey planning. The reservation code isn't working in Turkish airline portal as they haven't received the money. Once i can enter my credentials there then i would be truly satisfied.
Update: Everything is okay. I can see my entry in my airline portal. I think we are living in a society where we build up our minds based on negative reviews. I will now give u all the stars in review. However, the coding needs to be fixed for redirecting as other companies are doing and the customer service (i know they are human) but i think they could be a little more friendlier in managing and satisfying customers. People who buy airline tickets online r frequent travelers and if they hv bad experience once then they will gladly pay extra 20 euros more to other websites rather than passing through a bad experience again.

Very Positive. I used Elumbus for the first time. I was a bit concerned with some reviews I saw, but things were excellent. There was an issue with my credit card because the limit needed to be raised. I was emailed by Elumbus a couple of times to keep me updated. The card issue was resolved by me and Elumbus automatically completed the booking I called to make sure every was OK and service was friendly. I've received a number of reservation and ticket documents since in the last 24 hours. I will use them again. The flights through Elumbus (actually from AA) were around 2k cheaper than comparable, but less convenient flights. Don't be scared of negative reviews...each experience is different

TKY was during all stages of our conversation, helpful, respectful, and provided support with my concerns and questions. He resolved the matter in a very professional manner to my full satisfaction. Over an offer from Skyscanner (provider Seat24) I booked two tickets (approx. 1,2k €) in April 2019. Due to a "system error" they received multiple bookings for the same tickets. Hence I had the option to either get my money back or get the same tickets (Wait...I thought they were gone for someone else?..) for 100 € more. Obviously I declined the dodgy offer and claimed my money back. Now its over 1 month later, still didn't receive the money... I called weekly, but heard the same excuse "Its at accounting, we will tell them" over and over again. Ohhh, but don't think you will hear even that from them in an excusing manner. Their female employee of customer service seemed to not have a single good day in her life. Always in an annoyed mode, answering with cocky sentences.... Yes I told her, no she didn't change her attitude. How can a company let someone like this work in customer service? Well it fits the overall impression of a 0/5 star company...

Elumbus debited my bank account twice and doesnt want to pay back my money, which is around 300 Euro. My booking number is NQJQPK and im waiting for my money since January. After a lot of calls and a lot of mails - Now i'll file a case.

Worst service ever!!!! booked a ticket trough their site, called 5 min after to cancel as i found something cheaper and the guy on the phone was screaming at me and telling me i wont get my money in the next months and that if i found something cheaper its my problem. He didnt want to tell me his name and hanged up the call.
I will never ever book with them again!!!!

The 24hr availability as advertised on the web page did not work, but maybe they are working on a solution for that. The telefon call at 09:30 was answered without wasting time and we could fix the issue over the phone. The ticket confirmation was then sent straight away via e-Mail. Very friendly service, very helpful and that wasn't the first time we booked through elumbus.

Pros: great prices, great customer service (their agent Donoso is a star of customer support, really courteous, customer-oriented and competent, a rare combination nowadays!)
Cons: their online booking system is buggy and not user-friendly, they really need to have a serious conversation with their software providers.

I booked a flight from Frankfurt to hyderabad(India). I paid them by online transfer! After reading all the bad reviews online was afraid that i would suffer the same faith. But the customer care was very helpful and assured me about the booking. Two weeks before departure got my tickets and had a very nice experience with Elumbus. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a price worthy travel agency.

First of all, worst customer service, they will take forever to respond, even they respond they will put on hold without notice. the lady who answered my phone call has put me on hold while I was explaining my concern. after that no response, I waited almost for 10 minutes on the line. She was just doing her own business. I could clearly hear that. Completely unprofessional.
Still, I didn't receive my ticket. I booked an Emirates flight from Düsseldorf to Hyderabad via Dubai. I got the receipt of the payment received by Elumbus and a letter including the flight details but no tickets.
When I tried to update my seat preferences in Emirates site, I was informed that the travel agency has not booked my ticket yet.
I contacted the customer service after 24 hrs, The guy on the phone has informed me that I will get my ticket by the end of the day or maybe the next morning. Didn't happen. I thought that's totally fine and waited 1 more day. When I called after 48 hours again, asked the same question " Where is my ticket?", then the person informed about their secret and weird policy from General terms and conditions that I may get my ticket 14 days before travel. I was really shocked. Because I'm a frequent traveller and booked tickets with many agencies but never heard of this kind of policy. Every time I book the ticket I almost get instant e-Ticket. (That's the whole point of booking. "to book not to reserve"). After that, I asked him the confirmation about when I can expect my ticket?? He told me that he can't really say and he put me in priority. But when I once again I asked him about the time-frame, he got angry and just hung up on me. That was too rude.
I booked this for my wife, she is travelling alone and she is pregnant. She can't stay in airports for longer times and she can't run if the flight's transfer time is very short. That's why I booked this emirates flight which is optimal. Now I don't know when will I ever get my ticket, will it be the same flight which I booked. Will it be on the same day?? I don't know anything. After all this, I read so many negative reviews about Elumbus. I'm more worried now.

I called today also, the guy who answered the call was just so unprofessional and talking all ridiculously. When I asked him "will there be any problem of last minute cancellation without prior notice?" the answer from the guy " I'm not a fortune teller, It can be cancelled if there is the bomb attack in the airport !!"
He gave this answer and hung up the call.
I would give -5 stars for the customer service. Most unprofessional and rude. I am thinking of talking to the lawyer and I will give a complaint to the police about this bomb blast answer given by that person. Because in any circumstances he should not utter those words in a professional call. That too in the airline business. It has consequences.

I'm waiting to get my refund for a cancelled flight since already 8 weeks. I had to cancel the flight since the time changed and I was not able to change my schedule. On Feb 10th they finally confirmed, that I'll get full refund. Today, on April 4th there is still nothing. They are not replying to my emails and on the phone I hear every time that it has been already forwarded to the bookkeeping. Don't trust those guys!

This morning I found a fantastic airfare (half the price of every other booking site/airline direct):. I put in the request and my confirmation number and ticket number confirmed back to me just a few hours later.
I went to the airline's website and entered in the record locator and everything looks perfect. I reserved seats and entered in my frequent flyer number.
I don't travel for 2 weeks, so hopefully no problems (My biggest fear is hearing at the airport: 'I'm sorry but that airfare could not possibly be correct, we have to charge you extra') - but so far so great!

It is one of the worst travel company I have hardly ever seen. They only know how to steal your money. They don't even deserve 1 star
On 23rd Nov 2018 I booked my tickets from Hamburg to Kolkata, and it costed me around 460 euros, initially I paid it with my credit card, but then just within few minutes, I got an email from this company stating that if within next 1hr if I change my mode of payment fro credit card to direct bank transfer, I shall be getting discounts on my next booking, hence accordingly I did it and they gave me a confirmation as well for that. Then after few days I got an email from then stating that due to some technical failure, your money has been deducted from credit card as well and also from your bank in both ways, means I paid 920 euros for a 460 euros ticket. And since then, today is 19th march almost 4 Months, I habe been calling them, a many times, and wrote many emails, requesting them to return back my money since I am a student in Germany, this money is a huge amount for me, but till to date, they haven't gave me my money back.. It is a complete worst, fraud, company with even more worst services.... Don't ever buy a ticket through their website.

C A R E F U L!!! WORST EVER ! Waiting already 7 weeks for an ordinary refund.
Last week had to indict ELUMBUS at the BERLIN CRIMINAL JUSTICE COURT (Gerichtlicher Mahnbescheid wegen ungerechtfertigter Bereicherung) in order to get my money back. Still waiting for the outcome. They did not even answer my lawyer nor my own prior emails!!For weeks their customer service would tell me things like "we are having a shortage of manpower currently", or "there were holidays now", or "people working there are sick" etc etc... every time a different explanation. Most common one is "We have expedited your refund request to the book keeping with highest priority" (received several emails saying this but nothing happens). And instead they are offering me to buy air tickets with this money which they would be able to issue instantly. Fraud, Cheat and Rude from Elumbus!
Through worlds of flights website, I checked and compare a business class ticker from ZRH to BKK. I got the price of 2242 Eur and once I picked this quotation. The web sent me to Elumbus website for further booking process. From its own web of Elumbus, I got even cheaper price with small writing of this price was included all fares and tax. From its own web, it showed 2237.43 EUR. So I clicked confirm to book the ticket, Thanks God I did not choose to pay with credit card. I chose method to pay by normal invoice. After I clicked confirm then I receive per email confirmation but no invoice. I clicked further to search for breakdown price then I was astonished. Even the price of flight itself was not like what mentioned on both webs. It stated only flight itself was more expensive than what was quoted on both webs.
Flight itself was 2347 EUR plus another 522.93 EUR for tax and fees.
However, from quotation these fare should be already included.
So, the quotation is fake and not reliable. This is pure cheating. After have all breakdown cost in the end after booking was completed. I called Elumbus right away to ask for the invoice as something is not right. THe guy picked up and I said the price was not correct. He said what not correct. I told him I got 2237.43, not 2347 EUr. Not 2237.43 was not possible, he said. It is already correct that what he said with really arrogant voice. I said this is not correct and I would like to cancel. Another sarcastic voice came back and said then, you can cancel by email. So, at that same day I still did not receive any official invoice from Elumbus. I wrote to cancel right away. That guy wrote me back right away even no official booking invoice or anything and said but you have to pay 100 EUR for the cancellation.
I was like what were you talking about. I was not even 30 mins ago that I booked and nothing was official. Why would I have to pay anything when your quotation was not right.
Next say, they sent me official invoice even though I said please cancel. Then, I wrote back but it was cancelled. Then, they sent me 100 EUR charge invoice for cancellation.
PLEASE DO NOT USE ELUMBUS!
They earn money with fraud. Working professional is not how they earn.
I wrote even to world of flights to complaint about this agent but they said it is not their problem.

We booked our ticket to India via momondo in elumbus website as the prices were showing less . They cancelled the ticket after they received the money.now more than two months tried calling them many times . They haven't sent our refund .Any idea on how to get our refund.Please don't book through this website.Be careful !! we are still waiting for our money and havent received it yet !
