First of all...I am an Consultant, with Sierra Truck Licensing LLC, within the trucking industry and I want to ensure my clients are in compliance in all aspects of the industry.
As that being said....
I contacted ELD MANDATE to ask a few questions about the IFTA report provided. I am currently on the phone with them as i write this review, and its been about 30 minutes, and I've explained my conerns 3x already. When the gentleman came back on the phone, he said he was going to transfer me to the Technical Department....I was disconnected. I called 949-383-5333.
Definitely would not recommend this product.

They have a amazing device. There customer service team is really helpful. I would recommend other truck drivers to buy the eldmandate device. Today Mike helped me with my Hours of Service and editing it. Thank You Mike.

Bad service, this device work only with internet, some time you waiting 5 to 10 minutes, very slow, plus you can't put different trailer number, you have to call them to doit, plus the city name or BOL number if is longer than 7 letters, it's not feting, in the company everybody speaks broken English, very hard to understand , no body American ( from India with American name )
Why your guys not providing the real name ?
I buy couple device , less than a month try to return, they don't accept that, because pass 15 days after purchase, so no money back, Most important to take your money
Just try to lose money and your time, garante you will switch to another device ...

First of all, if you read the reviews, they are mostly FAKE! Many of them are written by the same person just to give a higher star rating. I wish I could give them a 0!
So, here is what happened.... My driver purchased this ELD early, before our truck was on the road. Then when I (supervisor) needed to learn how to use it, I couldn't get into the device because it was under his account, even though it was attached to our truck. It took OVER 2 WEEKS to get it transferred. They needed a phone call from our driver, then the next day, they needed a signed letter, then the next day a letter from my boss, the owner of the truck.. on and on... They should have said we need signed letters from from x,y,z and that's it instead of stringing me along and wasting time (and money).
Then came learning to use this device. As someone who is starting her first truck, I needed a bit of hand holding. They gave horrible customer service most of the time. It was most frustrating trying to understand what was being said through a bad connection and extremely heavy accents. When I asked any person on the other end to repeat themselves, they got very short and impatient, as was I... as time went on.
Finally we get it all connected and ready to go on the road. During the FIRST trip, the device stops working. My driver said the green light went red and then just blank. Nothing. After trouble shooting for 40 minutes, I finally convinced them it wasn't working and they blamed it on me. They wouldn't accept that maybe they had a faulty device, didn't even ask for it to be sent back to be evaluated. Finally they said they would send me a new one. GREAT! THEN, I get a phone call half an hour later and they took back their offer because our driver had purchased it for us.
They could see form the logs that it had never been used before. They won't do anything to help, not even refund fully for the service we pre-paid for.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! They wasted my time, costed me hundreds- thousands of dollars. Now I have to buy a brand new one (obviously with another company). If I get a violation because my driver is using paper logs, they will be hearing from my attorney!!!!

OLIVER SOLVED ALL MY ISSUES WHILE SETTING UP THE ELD ON MY NEW TRUCK. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND FIXED EACH AND EVERY ISSUE IN NO TIME. I AM GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS COMPANY "ELD MANDATE" AND VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SO FAR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KEEP IT SIMPLE & QUICK.

Sending the WRONG cable for my truck ECM port.. Charged another $34 for the correct cable. Thru the Email, ELD Mandate DID NOT response to the requested of a copy of the invoice and the shipping informations for the replacement cable.
