They giving me products but without the screws I need. I Went there and could’t buy the screws seperate
I paid more for the delivery Then the actual product.
If the products excist another place i would defently buy Them there.
If you Can buy the parts you need another from another place, buy Them there and not from ekwb.

I had a problem with a pump I had ordered. I contacted their support and was pleased with the responce and coutesy they showed me. They replaced the pump and the new one I recieved works perfect. They were fast, polite and professional. I will for sure use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Chris (the support member who was helping me) responded to every question I had quickly and clearly. KUDOS to a company that seems to actually value the customers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It's absolutely unbelievable how much THEY will force you to buy on top of your plans just because how dumb design they are using for every single part!
JUST GOOGLE ALTERNATIVES like Aquacomputer - german company. I regret that Ive learned about them half way through my orders.
This is my 3rd "final" order...and I just can't seem to finish just because I need something more.

I spent 1200 USD on a custom cooling kit from them for multiple GPU's and needed support as the waterblocks did not contact correctly to vital components using the included parts.
My request for information was twice answered (in short) simply by "follow the manual", even if I requested more specific information. Of course I have followed the manual, but the lacking manual does not provide sufficient information regarding this GPU layout.
Given good support this could have been a great product.
Update: Have received updated info on this matter assuring that the lacking contact will be no problem despite MSI-tech saying the opposite.
Will trust EKWB on this but will hold them responsible if the GPU's dies.

I contacted EK to enquire about obtaining 4 screws for a spare block I have from a previous build. I was told that I can obtain these but at a cost of shipping. I requested to add some items to this to lower the total cost as its absurd to pay almost 5 euros just to take delivery of 4 screws at the cost of 1 euro.
After waiting all weekend for a reply thinking my request of adding additional items was satisfactory enough to cover some of the cost of shipping I was provided with a terrible explanation of why this cannot be done (different warehouses apparently.... yeah right) and it seems this so called employee (Ales.. Useless) cannot arrange 4 small screws to be added to my shipment.
I had a similar request last year which a great employee (Miha) from EK added 10 O-Rings for free to my order after being originally quoted a price for them each and I cannot fault Miha for that which is why I thought they could provide a similar experience this time but I am quite annoyed that the person I have been speaking to has been so useless and unwilling to even provide a solution.
This situation now has made me rethink my whole build all for a matter of 4 pointless screws for my CPU block.
After the delay to my build I decided to cut my loses and just buy a new CPU block from XSPC so im afraid the rating is now reflected due to this. If possible it would have been 0 stars due to the inconvenience caused.
Guess what EK, word of mouth matters. You aren't the only company selling watercooling products in this niche market. Not buying EK is not the end of the world to me but if you value having a loyal customer base then I suggest you improve your customer service skills. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Not fob us off!
I can asure you I will not be purchasing EK again and will recommend people not to purchase from you either.

What a big disappointment this has been so far dealing with EKWB!
I wanted to place a big order for a custom watercooling setup. I spend a few hours working things out and finally had to ask a question and asked if I could get a discount for this order.
I received an answer quite quickly (from Igor) and even got a coupon code for a small discount. However things went completely downhill from here.
The provided coupon code did not work for my account. I tried it many times on different computers and different browsers. All the same result. The employee (Igor) said the coupon was working fine.
I emailed them once again it really wasn't working and even took a screenshot that the coupon was not working...
This time the answer was delayed for a full day. When I finally received and answer the employee said they can only answer once a day, because they get "hundreds" of tickets. Really? :S
Anyways he also said that the coupon code was working. Which does not and still not works. In the meantime also some items were suddenly out of stock, but apparently that's a glitch in the system? Oh well.
Anyways we now have passed another full day, so I have already wasted 2 full days trying to order my watercooling items at #EKWB. But apparently they don't want my money. Or at least Igor does not care at all.
Really frustrating when you have finally pieced together your setup and you are being treated in this very unprofessional manner. I expected better from EKWB. But now I noticed the massive amount of negative reviews coming up. It seems the "service" and products are going downhill at EKWB.
Maybe I should consider this as a sign and decide to order my products elsewhere. Or at least where they actually do value their customers. It seems at EKWB they do not value customers... Oh well.

Some good and some poor quality products - steer well clear of the acrylic and go with acetal every time. The acrylic breaks really easily when tightening screws, which you want to do with something that might leak, and they don't tell you in the instructions to be careful. Then they say it's your fault when it inevitably breaks.
Customer service quite poor and inflexible. Anything that goes slightly outside the norm, like simply requesting an upgraded delivery for a Saturday, completely throws them.
Won't be buying from them again.

Even the smallest thing and they are there to help!
Entire pc is now filled with EK products and i can sleep safe at night knowing if something happends to my parts ek is there to help :-)

As simply as can be said, my corrospondence with Igor from EKWB was very pleasant and appreciative.
I had managed to crunch a thread on a EK_DBAY D5 MX combo-unit, though I had thought I was being careful. I sent an image to EK and instantly was helped with my query and Igor did not waste any time suggesting a low-cost (for me) replacement of the reservoir component itself.
I could really not ask for a better response or service, thank you Igor and EKWB!

Igor was extremely helpful in resolving my problem with two EK CPU water blocks I had ordered from a re-seller.
I would thoroughly recommend ordering directly from EK. They are much more knowledgeable then any re-seller and seem genuinely interested in helping you with your water-cooling problems.
