As this survey is dated 1-11-17, regards purchase etc., at that time, I will use this survey in relation to recent enquires to EIR, about changing existing phone bundle, to a more realistic phone package. So on 13- 8-18 when speaking to EIR operator Chelsea, and she understood, that my existing phone bundle, was not suitable for the use I was making of it, she changed existing phone bundle, to a new Off Peak Bundle, covering Landline - Mobile Phone. In doing so, this in turn reduced my phone bill at that time, of which I am appreciative and thankful for that. I would like EIR to know how helpful and interested, Chelsea showed in doing something about improving, what was a totally inadequate phone bundle I had, and how expensive it was costing. It did not make any sense or value in any way whatsoever, which I had been on, for quite some time, not knowing, that this could be changed and improved. When Chelsea realised this, she was able to change from where I was to a new phone bundle, and if I had not rang EIR, I would have been left on a totally unsuitable expensive phone bundle, that I have been on for quite some time, that there was completely no need for, which could have been changed long before now, instead of I ringing and enquiring, to know is there anything can be done, to make this phone bundle - phone bill, more realistic and proper value, for the way I was using it. Again I say well done to Chelsea, in making the improvement to this, and I wish her well in her career with EIR, of which I am sure with her skills and determination, Chelsea will go from strength to strength, in every opportunity that will present itself, of which, she will find the solutions. I say well done to you Chelsea, and good luck and thank you. ------ On 16-8-18, when I had to ring EIR in connection about accessing voice-mail etc., the operator Barbara, from Brazil, a most helpful, courteous person, explained very simply to me how to do this as it had been some time since I had used this facility. It was purely by accident, I happen to mention, that I had only been talking to EIR recently, in relation of phone bundle etc., that Barbara immediately took complete control of my now existing phone bundle, and turned that in a totally new direction, of which I was just mystified, that this was possible ! But this is what this amazing girl Barbara did, of which I am more than thankful. Barbara was now able to create, I believe a Rolling Contract, covering landline - mobile phone, now at a further reduction to a phone bill, that I have tried everything down through the years to rectify, but Barbara certainly took major steps in correcting that, and again I say thank you to Barbara, for her Trojan work in doing this, and committed determination to improve, in any way, that was possible to do this. Barbara is a remarkable girl, of which EIR, should be so proud of her talents, skills, determination, and confidence in dealing with any situation, that is no problem to her. I say well done Barbara, and I wish you every success in your career, with EIR. Well done Barbara and Thank YOU again. Thank You.

Eir user interface is too difficult to navigate. It's a pain. Also your pricing structure seems unclear compared to what was sold on the door step. We gave not made savings.

I am with Eir only a few months and I am already on my third modem since the first two modems apparently stopped working. I work from home and this unreliability is hurting my business

Very little instructions are given when the tv system is installed. I'm an old man and it takes a little while longer to get the hang of things. A couple of seconds and the instructions are over, and the guy is gone!!!!!!

theman that called was very nice i hsd a question for him and as i was asking himhe told me he had it done for me and then showed me how to use it his work was very tidy diddnt even no he had drilled hole tidyed it all up himself then had quick coffee wit me while he was showing how to purchase movies 10/10 now quisten for you i got bill off ye today i only got c set up yesterday i cant pay that bill before feb th5 ring me if that problem remember i only set up yesterday after been told if i signed up online id b set up before christmas 21 to be purcise i moved from sky for double chargen me and going in earlyfor money i get bank charged for that i hope its not a problem i like ur set up and ye culd throw movies in for kids for and stress iv gone through them calls were recored i wasnt going to set up unless it was before xmas kids ya no he told me 21 dec when i rang a girl told me they suldnt tell me the costmer that he suldnt hav but i beleived in a irish company keeping to there word looking forward to hearing backk stacee sheradin acc31115804 lives in tullamore 191 church

Shambles of a company, do not touch, they simply do not care. I did what i thought was a very simple transaction. I moved 300metres and asked for my phone service to be moved with me. I set up the new connection in the new house 1 month before the move. I ordered phone and broadband and was subsequently told the broadband needed to be cancelled as the wrong address was used for the new connection. that cancellation i was told would be 24/48 hours, 5 days later and i was still waiting for that to be cancelled, I still have a box on the side of my house with a load of loose wires from the installation., I'm also receiving this "review" email 2 weeks after placing the order...after some 15 years with Eircom/Eir i have now cancelled my account in full. Your customer service is appalling . Your staff are very poorly trained and the system you use to update records and take orders appears to be chaotic. All in all i can honestly say i have never experienced a company with such bad service, and the most annoying piece of it all is that of the umpteen staff i spoke to not one of them seemed to care about there job which is very sad but i suppose a reflection of the company.

Not told that the deal would add an extra €10 for unlimited calls to the UK. Then went over the UNLIMITED amount of minutes allowed under terms and conditions and chanrged an extra €100 for the service which we never were before when with Vodafone. The Eir App on Android does not show you how many minutes you have used on calls to the UK so unable to check this. Everytime we make a call to the UK we first have to open up laptop to check how many minutes we have used. Have asked before about this and told [email protected][email protected]

Worst service ever can't rate eir low enough.no contact regarding date of broadband installation and still being overchared on my wife's mobile by 20 euro per month. Was told in eir shop parlay limerick by Chris the manager to stop annoying them as my presence was interfering with their sales

repeatedly informed at least 6 times over the phone that I would no longer be charged for rent of phone as I have paid in full for it . I have deduct that amount from my most recent bill. I was also told that I would pay no more than 47 euro pm on my new package this also did not happen.
