My experience with eGlobal had been excellent. I ordered a £600 camera with a £200 discount (cost just under £400 including £11 insurance cover). The website stated tracking info in 3 days and delivery in 8 days. Well, I received tracking notice the morning of the delivery on day 9. Considering the 33% discount I received and a product well packaged and 100% OK I consider the service top-rate!
I've used them before, so I was aware the product would come from HK. The guarantee may be an issue, but considering that at the price I paid I'd be looking at second-hand from the UK this is an acceptable compromise.

I can only report exactly what I experienced. I'm sorry if it's been different for others;
- I ordered a Nikon P1000 on 15th July.
- I paid £588 - a great price at the time.
- Confirmation email received on 16th July with tracking link.
- I checked tracking link several times over the following 7 days, but the information did not change.
- 8 days later the camera was delivered.
- Brand new, perfect condition, perfect working order.
- I accept that I have no valid UK warranty. I am not happy about this, and I did not know I was buying from HKG when I placed the order. I just hope that Nikon's build-quality is as good as ever.

After placing my order for a Nikon camera I nearly suffered a heart attack I read the reviews and was Worried a Nikon D5600 for £360
when most other places wanted upto £850 for the same exact model and lens. But all is well, it arrived as predicted well packed and intact even though it was delivered by Hermes (some of my stuff with them disappears into the ether). Worst thing is the tracking from Chine it goes like this 1 its sent 2 its on its way somewhere 3 its been sent somewhere else (but we are not going to tell you) 4 ts at a Hub , must be a secret. Anyway it arrived I can breathe again and all is good in the world.
Well Done eGlobal Central Uk

This is my 2nd time ordering from these guys and service was A1 again. Parcel arrived in a speedy 9 days from Hong Kong. Communications were excellent as usual right the way through from order confirmation to shipping and accurate tracking information which is updated every 24 hrs so you can see where you parcel is and track its journey to you. Will be 100% ordering from them in the future as the service and value for money can't be rivaled!!!

Ordered and paid for a Redmi Note 7 via Paypal on 27 Aug. Hermes advised not received from their logistics team, appears to have "misplaced" the item. I have been chasing eGlobal Central UK since 7 September, and when they came back said as I did not pay postage insurance, they have processed a refund of £10. Never heard such rubbish in my life. This is just criminal.Seems to be lots of complaint going on with this company about people not receiving their order as their shipping has gone "missing" according to eGlobal Central. Just opened dispute with PayPal. Hope they can take a note of this company as something there smells fishy!
Unfortunately even 1 star is too good for them.

I bought a brand new Huawei P20 Lite Mobile in June, Had issues with it within a few weeks. Sent it to the Huawei authorised repairers in the UK who wont repair it as it was not brand new, it turns out it was a previously repaired device, Was this issue caused by e-global central or the Huawei factory? Either way I'm stuck with a mobile i bought brand new that does not work and can;t be repaired under warranty. Thanks very much.

Dreadful customer service! Disjointed, terrible communication. I bought a Huawei P30 phone from the French eGlobal site, as I live in France. It apparently cam teh the UAE, which I would not have bought if I'd known it came from there, but this was not mentioned in the listing. The phone took ages to arrive and there was no updates on delivery times given. The phone broke within 2 weeks of it arriving. I contacted both Huawei adn eGlobal regarding a refund/repair/replacement. Huawei said I had to send it back to the UAE! the eGlobal customer service was so frustrating and completely useless. I had to explain several times what was wrong with the phone; they just did not get it and gave advice that was nothing to do with the problem. Then I had to pay a huge postage to send it back to the UK to fix. They then claimed it was water damaged and the warranty was therefore void, even though I told them that there was no physical damage to the phone; it had not been near any water. Now they are refusing to fix it or refund or replace and accusing me of lying about damaging the phone. The whole process has taken several weeks and been incredibly stressful and frustrating because of their incompetence. Do not buy from this appalling con company.

This company is based in Hong Kong. It will typically take a couple of weeks for your order to arrive.
They are able to sell so cheaply because they are Grey Imports. The goods will be genuine, but the manufacturer did not approve for sale in the UK -- which may cause issues with using them here -- and the manufacturer will not honour the warranty. Depending on what you're buying, this may/may not be a problem.
Remember, every seller has a reputation to uphold. Although you're seeing a lot of bad reviews, people are quicker to complain than to praise. I'm happy with what I've bought from eglobal. I don't mind the warranty issue, because at these prices, I can throw a faulty item away and buy another.
If something does go wrong, you'll need to be patient. They are all about being CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP, so they won't have have a fully-manned Customer Relations Team 24/7 waiting to resolve your problem. It's Bargain Basement prices with Bargain Basement customer service. That doesn't make them thieves or cheats: just very, very slow.
So, should you buy from eGlobal Central ? That all depends on whether the price is good enough and you're happy with everything that goes with the cheapest-of-the-cheap service. For me, sometimes it is.
Actually, I'm expecting an eGlobal delivery today. Hermes have advised delivery between 1300-1700 Sunday. Ordered 7th Sept, delivery 14th Sept, that's just 7 days, all the way from Hong Kong.

Unethical company that does NOT honour the Dead on Arrival and distant selling rules. They sent me Singaporian Edition of the phone we purchased and NOT the UK edition. Therefore, does NOT work properly on UK network. They are slippery about taking the item back by referring to their system and then requesting video link. do NOT buy from them and if you had, hopefully you paid with PAYPAL that have anti fraud systems to deal with suppliers like them.

I have used these guys a 11 times for Camera, lens, a Mavic drone, Drone batteries and a few phones. They are a pain in the but to deal with and have non existent communication. BUT they are CHEAP. Recently bought a Hauwei P30 phone with 6 to 8 working day lead time. It did in fact take 22 days. Why they are not transparent with expected I have no idea.
Basically best advice I can give is: If you need a phone quickly = steer clear. If you can wait up to a month = you will save your self money.
I have never had to make a return and fear the day I do. I can say they are cheapest place for all electronic goods on the net.

I found them good on price and delivery however if you need to return a product they are reluctant and their customer service is very bad. They don't want to understand what you say. I am in process of returning a product but still I haven't received clear answer from them

Placed an order on the 5th July for 2 Samsung Note 9s. I paid for expedited shipping within 7 days. I emailed the company and asked for them to send over tracking.
7 days come and go, no status update, no emails, no reply to my phone calls or emails.
I called the bank and the payment was still pending,, the bank said 'don't worry, if they don't claim the funds, the funds will go back onto your available balance by the end of the week'.
End of the week comes, money goes back into my account and I order the phones off Amazon (for less money) and received them the next day!
On the 25th July my account goes overdrawn, eGlobal have taken the money out my account again! I called the bank and they . again refunded the money. They said they could do so as the goods should have arrived by the 15th July and they hadn't.
So watch my surprise when I see a debit again from my account for nearly a grand on the 21st September. I call my bank only to be told that eGlobal have sent them proof that the parcel was shipped and signed for on the 30th July (when I was out at work from 8am-7pm). Surprisingly I had signed for it - a miracle - I must have been cloned.......
So my bank and eGlobal have stolen £906 for 2 phones I have never received. eGlobal are liars and scam artists. Do not trust them! Just wish I had seen the reviews on here first and not all their clearly faked reviews on their own website.
So guys, save your hard earned cash and your sanity and don't use eGlobal!!!!

I strongly advise all prospective customers to avoid this company. I ordered and paid for a Samsung Galaxy S10+ mobile phone (£620) which never arrived. Indeed I have my doubts about whether it was ever dispatched. After repeated chasers from me, they offered me a derisory £10 in compensation! Thank goodness I used PayPal to pay for the item because after investigating the transaction they have refunded my payment. You have been warned: avoid eGlobal Central like the plague!

Ordered a new phone model which has been out of stock on practically every website (including the official maker's website). eGlobal Central had it "In stock" for a ridiculously low price.
Allowed them 7 working days (as per their policy) before I emailed asking for an explanation and estimated dispatch date after I had no updates following the order. By that time, the phone had been changed to "Out of stock".
They replied 6 hours later with an immediate full refund, explaining that they didn't know when the item would next be in stock. This was the case for basically every other seller of this phone, so I don't blame them.
To everyone calling them a "scam" – they're clearly not a scam, they just have a slapdash approach to business.

I've successfully used these guys 4 times and a 5th order is in the works as I write. I've not had any major issues albeit delivery did take a little longer than the 6-8 working days advertised. They do seem consistently to have the cheapest prices, and they have been around for a few years so hopefully not about to go bust - but you aren't buying without risk. This is a Hong Kong company which if other reviews are to be believed is less than responsive, so if something does badly wrong, you're probably going to have to claim from your credit card provider under section 75.

Scammed, bought the S10 and was sent he A10 instead. They said they sent the wrong item and Hermes was the one at fault. You can't contact Hermes directly as it directs you to contact Eglobal first
