Al momento la mia esperienza è negativa, ho acquistato e pagato in data 16.11.2019 da eglobalcentral.co.it convinto che fosse un sito italiano, soltanto dopo aver effettuato il pagamento ho scoperto che il prodotto sarebbe partito dalla cina, tale oggetto dato per disponibile, dovrebbe essere stato spedito il 28.11, con il numero di tracking che mi è stato comunicato, seguo l'evolversi negativo della situazione,

Absolutely terrible experience. At the time of order they offered 5-9 working days delivery, so I passwd the order on 16/5.
It was shipped on 23rd, from Hong Kong, and apparently it made it to Holland on 31/5.
Since then the courier shows it as sitting there, and it is the 6th of june.
From Eglobal only lame excuses, and no real explanation.
will report it to the police and Dutch customs on Monday. They will surelybe interested how electronics are imported from China without paying import duties.

The product I received was of bad quality and I had to waste several weeks sending over mails and videos. Even if explaining from the very beginning that I just wanted to send the product back and be refunded (even if the product was "not defected"), Eglobal runs the inspection anyways and charged me for this. Besides, I had to pay for the shipment, so, all in all, I spent 60€. Eglobal also tried to blackmail me after the product inspection, writing that they were sending the product back to me but only if I paid the amount due for shipping and inspection. I had then to recall their "Terms and Conditions" to finally have, at least, part of my money back. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

Although the delivery took quite long, I'm delighted with the product, the packaging, the extra charging adapter.

Worst online shop experience of my life
I buy a mobile HTC U11+ from this site on 08/12/2018, after several requests for assistance tell me that the order (which at the time of purchase was marked as available in stock, and was paid immediately) will be processed by 27 / 12.
Today 31/12 the item has not been sent yet, the order is still being processed, and no longer respond to emails.
Never again with Eglobalcentral.
This is a fake website. Please do no buy if you care about your hard earned money. Also I requested for refund, hence let see how much time they will take for refund.

The product is good but I wish the shipping is a bit early. I recived my product in a different packing. I ordered my camera with kit lens but recived it with a package of 18-135 box

I received a new camera that did not work. It was DOA. I took it to a camera shop and they confirmed.
I contacted eGlobal, and after 3 days the replied asking for photos and video of the product not working. I let them know that the camera is part of my business and that I wanted to try to swap the camera as quickly as possible because it affects my ability to make money.
After a week of once-a-day emails, they have still not sent me a return tag, or even told me that it is okay to send the product back. I let them know in every message that I am willing to pay to expedite this issue, and they did not reply to any of these requests.
I have never experienced such slow and poor customer service with an online company, and I will never do business with eGlobal again. The small amount of cash it saves to buy from them is not worth the two weeks it took for the product to arrive, nor the impolite and wrote responses they sent. I hope they go out of business.

Ordered a lens and it arrived within the advertised 9 day period. The lens was packaged perfectly and works as expected. All in all a really good experience, would definitely buy again from them.
