Bought a phone with stated delivery within 6-8 days. Its been over 2 weeks now and its been sitting delayed in elesium.

Phone came in a reasonable amount of time, they gave me a tracking number and kept it updated. The phone was sealed and brand new and looks great! I'm happy and though they are definitely not a scam, always pay through paypal to keep yourself safe.

Regret so much buying a Samsung phone from this company. Not able to make calls apparently due to no signal, no matter where I was. Sent the phone back to them for supposed repair. Even though it was under warranty, I had to pay for the return back to Hong Kong. They said that the signal was fine and advised me to look at a YouTube video to prove that was the case. It wasn't even my phone they were testing in the video. They asked if I wanted the phone back ???? Well of course I did but had to pay them £30 or they wouldn't return it. I asked them if they used a Samsung registered repairer and they said they had their own warranty department which I took to mean they took it to some little repair man around the corner. I must admit I even wondered if they undertook repairs by looking at YouTube videos. Also their so called warranty is only for 1 year and not 2 as Samsung phones have.
Tried the phone on its return as they were adamant it was working but it was just the same. Contacted Samsung support in this country who carried out tests on the phone and confirmed there was a fault with the phone and were going to help but on finding out the serial number they said I should contact Samsung in Asia.
This has taught me to always buy from a genuine UK company in future.

Having hunted for a specific pair of wireless earphones I wanted, I was happy to find them for 50GBP cheaper than UK on eGlobal UK and ordered straight away. Despite all the negative reviews on here and without checking on here first, I'm glad to report that my item turned up from HK to UK within 5 days after they shipped it. It would have been 3 days but Hermes dropped the baton this end by not being able to locate my address.
Obviously, like others, I was quite worried to find so many negative reviews here after ordering but I have nothing but good things to say about eGlobal. They kept me informed of every stage of the process and came through with the item and no customs. The earphones are not released in UK for a number of weeks so quite happy I jumped the gun and paid less.

Still waiting for my lens that was faulty for repair back in April, it's now 2nd of September and Nothing. The lens apparently got lost by the courier which they claimed to be delivered and that's a big lie.
I raised the issue with both the courier and eglobal central the case still unsolved. does anybody know how to escalate the claim against this company in the UK and EU.

I have been waiting since 15 May for my order and it is now 11 June, only to be told yet again that "the case is still under review and customs still have your [my] parcel". This is the same story I received from eglobal on 3 June, 8 days ago. No further details have been provided as to the reason it is being held by customs or whether eglobal is working to resolve the issue. I am just left wondering what if anything will happen next. I have also had to send multiple emails to get any sort of response. My order number is #7522576

DO NOT USE for buying a phone. Didn't realise this isn't a UK site, first mistake. Having waited 3 wks to get my phone (was ok with that I guess as £70 cheaper for a Galaxy S8), however quickly became apparent that there was a signal issue with the phone. Checked same SIM in different phone, no problem, so concluded it was the phone. Contacted Samsung and long story short they confirmed that the phone was an Australian spec phone.
Contacted eglobal who arranged for me to send (paid by me) phone to their UK warranty repair centre. Again long story short, after many emails and even their own video that despite showing the phone had markedly different signal strength to their test phone, they concluded it was a reception issue and nothing to do with the phone. Utter rubbish, charged me £30 to return a phone which is completely unreliable in terms of reception, so is essentially a small tablet!
In summary Samsung said Australian phones operate at different frequencies to UK.
Pay the extra and buy a UK spec phone.

I was a little dubious to use eglobal due to very mixed reviews, but decided to take a chance as I could use PayPal. I placed the order on a Monday for a GoPro Hero 7, which was £100 cheaper than anywhere else I had seen it, got email acknowledgements straight away and then on the Tuesday got an email to say shipped. Waiting patiently, I didn't expect it to turn up but come Friday it arrived, brand new in box. I was very happy and relieved to receive it and my daughter was delighted with her birthday present. I would recommend this company. I did pay insurance as an extra.

1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
Waste of time....I order item,been waiting for weeks and then get a email saying that item was cancelled -..."this has been done due new stock costing and much higher unit price than previous stock..."Seriously ???How hard is to figure it out how much stock is aviable!!! Just to mention that this happen to me second time.First time they took a money and have to get it back via PayPal because Eblobal wasn't interested in getting straight away.I supose to get a drone for my honeymoon but obviously that's is not going to happen - Thanks a lot. Like other reviewers I ordered a phone before fully checking out the company, I was in a rush. Didn't realise it was based in Hong Kong. After 3 days my order was still processing. A polite email solicited a prompt response that the item was out of stock and would take another few days. I quickly followed the cancellation process and eglobal acknowledged the cancellation and said the credit card payment was only reserved so no money was actually taken. Now bought from John Lewis for £30 extra but I think I had a lucky escape.

First of all despite this company appearing to trade as a UK company it is not correct and is in fact operating out of Hong Kong and something you may want to consider when ordering from them. My experience with them was good and the phone that I ordered came within the quoted delivery time of 6-8 working days. Extremely well packaged and everything i expected. Many other comments indicate otherwise unfortunately. I would have given them 5* but the tracking information i was given was completely useless until the day before it was delivered. What happens should i need to return the item should it go faulty will probably be another story. Great price difference though
Update: My phone as now gone faulty and despite reassurances that there was an international warranty with this phone this turns out to be one big lie. I contacted Motorola Service Centre for a repair and they told me that this item was registered outside of Europe and it cannot be repaired by them. Expensive lesson AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Purchased an iPad from their genuine looking UK website then discovered that this was a Hong Kong iPad and not intended for UK sale. Tried to cancel 15 minutes after purchase and they refused saying it had already been shipped. Guess what returns are to Hong Kong as buyers expense and they charge an admin and restock fee!!!
How they get away with selling items that are not intended for UK from UK domain address and not even stating this on their sale page is beyond me!

Third item ordered (camera lens for Sony camera) and received promptly, securely packaged, in original box and in perfect condition at the best price on the net. As before, communication was excellent giving me a tracking number which kept me informed as to where in the delivery process the package was and when it would be delivered.
I can only speak as I find and whilst it seems some are unhappy with this company, I have had nothing but excellent service and will no doubt be using them again.

Placed an order for a GoPro (listed as 'in stock).
Website also states 'usually 6-8 days delivery'.
Five days on I sent an email asking if it had been dispatched yet as I need it for a forthcoming holiday.
They sent a response stating that it was out of stock and due in in a couple of days. (So obviously, they lie about items in stock and lie about delivery times).
I immediately emailed back cancelling my order.
Had an email back two minutes later stating that the item was now being packed for dispatch and consequently, could not be cancelled!!!
Sounds like this company are scammers who feel free to tell lies to suit themselves. Maybe some of the things they sell are genuine but they are most certainly a DISHONEST company who cannot be trusted.
Fortunately I have paid on my credit card for protection so may have to get them involved within the next couple of days.
I will keep this post updated.

Phone not received after 7 weeks. Company blaming courier and apparently, cannot resolve problem of lost phone until they get a response from the courier.
They are seemingly not prepared to resolve the problem themselves by sending out a replacement phone. Will have to end up getting a refund through PayPal, no doubt.

very poor customer service, i bought a phone from them on boxing day to date the phone have not arrive. all im getting from them via email is they cant do anything until they hear from their courier Yodel i didnt do any business with yodel so im no sure why they havent resolve my issue. these people sure know how to give you the run around, they have no regards for your hard earn money, my item showed it was dispatched and reach the Uk but it was sitting in Yodel depot and not moving, i requested them to chase this up, i didnt hear from them until a day later. tracked the item again it stated on yodel site that it was returned to sender, i request my purchase be cancel i recieve another email that they have not heard from their courier so they cant do anthing until they hear from as i said before a complete run around, i could write a book with the emails ive sent, please people dont buy from these people they are complete waste of time, if you need peace of mind and less stress spend your money some where else. i still havent recieved a refund or the phone i purchase

I received a faulty Apple Watch that kept on making the charging sound when it was on the charger. After contacting Eglobal they said to take it to Apple, I am not in the position to take a new item to Apple for them to possibly replace this with a refurbished one, I paid for a new Apple Watch!
They then said that I need to post this back to them, to Hong Kong, at my own expense! I think not. That's not how the law works.
I'm still in dispute with them arranging collection of their faulty item, even thought their returns policy website says they collect, they refuse!
I will never purchase from Eglobal again and would advise anyone else to as well, as it's far too risky if the item comes damaged like mine did. It's a gamble if you get a broken item or not that you cannot return.

Great prices and prompt delivery - all good - until there's a fault with what you've purchased! You can't speak with anyone directly, their online system is pathetically slow, cumbersome and quite frankly not fit for purpose - irrespective of the bargain prices, dreadfully poor customer service and returns processes are where this company fails spectacularly. If you want to effectively play commercial "russian roulette" with eglobal, hoping that your purchase won't have a problem or fault, go ahead - but be aware that should anything go wrong, either with the delivery or with the product you have purchased, you are likely to have an excruciatingly long wait for eglobal to correct the problem or to even act upon it - I believe the old saying is "if you buy cheap, you get cheap" - and that's certainly the case with this company.

Ordered 2x Godox V860II's and a Godox XProN Trigger on the 25th September. Arrived 4th October. Tracking was updated daily. I did make an enquiry a few days ago regarding an item, but haven't received a reply. Would use again

I purchased an item for a birthday present and Item was to arrive on 1st October. I received a delivery notice informing me my package will arrive on 1st October then 3rd, 4th and 5th October and this evening I received a delivery notice for 8th October 2018!
