Absolutely awful company and even worse customer service department , ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday to be delivered to her place of work , they never arrived !!, went on to there customer service live chat And the person I was in the chat with terminated the session because I was asking question !! Like having the phone slammed on you , emailed them no empathy !! Don’t use them

Cauld have done a much better job myself with supermarket flowers! And they were suppose to be the super sized at £44.99 I got them for £29.99 cauld have made something amazing myself for that. I don’t always go by reviews as I believe in giving people a chance but I wish I would’ve read them! Marks and Sparks delivers better for £25!!!

Shame I could not leave ZERO stars, flowers sparse, sent as a thank you to a friend, they were more of an insult, supermarket flowers would have been better. SOMETHING needs to be done to remove them from the top of the Google list for online flowers.
As with others sorry I did not read reviews prior to ordering. I am contacting google online today, PLEASE do the same,

This is my 2nd review for the same order. Had flowers delivered for my birthday. They were in a battered box no water what stems there were were almost dead! Pathetic amount. Petals fallen off. Phone number not in use, live chat not working. Email reply was rude, arrogant and avoided all my questions. Told me my dead flowers were still in bud! 2 days later the only stem still in the vase was one bit of greenery.
How they are allowed to get away with this is disgusting in itself. Ive contacted European Trading Standards

Bought flowers for my wife on her birthday,the bouquet was absolutely nothing like the picture advertised. How this company is still allowed to operate is beyond me. I actually emailed them 4 times and they could not be bothered to even apologize. The ones that were not dead on arrival lasted 4 days. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely nothing like the picture there should be 5 minus stars as 1 star is too generous! I'm annoyed my girlfriend opened the door as I would of sent them back or put in the bin where they belong now I've got to find a real florist!
Ps. On the plus side I found time to support a local florist!

I used eflorist recently just thinking I would give it a try! Trying to order was really irritating as the site kept deleting information and then I found out the card I wanted attached to the order, never went out with the order!! Not good enough! The only reason my friend knew the flowers were from me is because, I had asked her daughter to message me when they arrived. I will not use again.

If you want to be treated with no respect this is the company to use. I ordered flowers but they weren't delivered. Customer service were contacted several times to try and get help but were of no use whatsoever. I asked , in about 6 of my requests , for a reason why my original order had never arrived but this question was always ignored. Eventually after a week of sending requests for information the flowers were delivered to the wrong address.....not the address I requested and were not at all like the bouquet I had ordered. I feel so disappointed by this company and their treatment of their customers.....never again !!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted wit hte flowers my mother and gran received for mothers day. I ordered two bouquets and paid extra for the larger ones.What I received were a sight for sore eyes, a few stems of limp almost on the verging of dying flowers, not even enough to fill the smallest of vases and for price i paid, i was better off going to Tesco and picking up a £5 bunch. Do not waste your money. I wish i had checked these reviews before purchasing from them.

They have the audacity to claim its quality, flowers look NOTHING like the image and the management team are clearly blind even when clear photos are shared with them.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! I ordered flowers for my friend who was getting married! Wrong flowers were delivered! With no explanation or notification! Realised when friend sent me a picture of them! Even these didn’t look anything like the picture! After complaining I was supposedly re sent the correct ones however the look nothing like the picture. Hardly any flowers in the bunch more leaves!!!

Poor customer care and considering they must get a lot of complaints you’d think they’d get better at dealing with them!! Poor flowers, standard email responses to your complaints. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU

The flowers were late and they gave the complete wrong flowers when they did come. They initially said they couldn't deliver to our area, days after taking the money and just before they were due to be delivered for a birthday. The flowers purchased cost £35 and the ones that eventually came look worth £10. Cowboy company.

I ordered a big bunch of flowers for mother’s day . The delivery dint go on time ., so my mum dint receive the flowers . On top of it they dint even care to inform , I called them 4 days after and they said there has been some technical difficulty and hence they couldn’t , I asked them to send the flowers anyway , but they still dint and I had to call the, again asking why the flowers haven’t been delivered yet and they said the same reason . I had to ask for a refund , people in charge there are carelessly rude over the phone and they really couldn’t care less about their business . An absolute disgrace. The roses, that I ordered on behalf of my son,arrived on Valentine's day as ordered. When his girlfriend opened them they were pathetic. Looked like they had been in their box for a week. Quality were a disgrace. What a waste of £45. Never again. How do they get away with this?

Expectation is not met by delivery, totally discusted with the whole experience flowers or should I say leaves with a hand full of dead flowers arrived late for a special occasion when i contacted them with pictures they had the audacity to tell me that they would buck up once in water (they forgot the plus miracle bit) please do not fall the the same poor quality poor service trick. A unhappy customer. Not even worth one star.

My daughter ordered flowers for her grandmother's birthday. She is a student so money is tight. These flowers were not as imaged on the website. it shows a lovely bouquet of flowers this is not what arrives.
When complaining to company they say the 'stem count' is correct!
Well in that case you should show the different sizes as other florists do. £6.00 to put a few flowers together. Complete rip off. Wish we had seen all these other reviews before. Lesson learnt. Always check reviews.
