Whatever you do, don't buy travel insurance through them. You will be taken round and round about getting money back, ask you for same documents round and time passes and you keep spending your money and time on calls. I have used them before and given up because of their tactics but with what they've put me through this time, I'm following up till I pass through court. I've read about many people going through same with them. Their insurer is called EuropAssistace and I got it on Edreams.fr. Achetez cet assurance voyage de chez Edreams à votre péril

I booked a return flight from Marseille, France to Prague. The price advertised was 122€ per person return. Since I made a booking for two people the total should have been 244€. They charged me 362€ (This price was advertised no where. I only found out about it after having made the purchase)
I contacted their customer support and they did not help me. They said that the price difference was due to a change in the airline prices (not true because I checked on the airline web page directly and the price was no where near as high) They also said they would try to cancel the flight but could not guarantee anything refund.
They told me to ask their customer support 24h latter but no one replies.
I called the airline directly and they said that the booking had been cancelled. But eDreams took the money from my account anyways!
This is a scam, a total rip off!!! This page should be illegal

I like the app, but I can't find where to convert to a different language option..specially in the foreign one it doesn't guve you that option ? but overall 👍

My return flight was canceled.
Arrived at the airport with all the family and luggage ... our flight did not appear on the airport displays. I check the eDreams application and any email ... but nothing. The airport confirms to me that the flight is canceled.
Conclusion after a few calls at eDream, they confirm that the flight is canceled but did not warn me because ... (no interest about why they think they are not responsible to inform me). Finally they finds us a flight for the next morning but confirms that no charge will be refunded for the improvised hotel night (150eur) or for phone calls (around 70 eur). I took their complementary insurance ... which, of course, did not cover either.
my only contact is eDream because the company deals only with the entity that made the reservation. And eDream does not even apologize for not telling me. Still to this day in the application, it is the bad information of flight in the system.
I do not recommend eDream because there is a big lack of serious.
Mon vol retour à été annulé.
Arrivé à l'aéroport avec toute la famille et les bagages ... notre vol ne figurait pas sur les affichages de l'aéroport. Je vérifie l'application eDreams et les potenciels emails ... mais rien. L'aéroport me confirm bien que le vol est annulé.
Conclusion après quelques appels chez eDream, ils me confirment que le vol est annulé mais ne m'ont pas prévenu car ... (aucun interet). Finalement il nous trouve un vol pour le lendemain matin mais nous confirment qu'aucuns frais ne nous seront remboursé pour la nuit d'hotel improvisée ni pour les appels telephoniques (environs 70 eur). J'ai pris leur assurance complementaire ... qui bien entendu n'a rien couver non plus.
mon unique interlocuteur est eDream car la company ne traite qu'avec l'entité qui a effectué la reservation. Et eDream ne s'excuse même pas de ne pas m'avoir prévenu. Encore à ce jour dans l'application, ce sont les mauvaises informations de vol dans le system.
Je ne recommande pas eDream car il y un un gros manque de serieux.

eDreams or the luggage theft : while booking, eDreams inform me that for the luggage I need to add it AFTER buying the ticket, from their website.
Once on my account it now tells me that I can't from the website and that I have to call a number. 0.80euros / min of course.
In total, 13 minutes to add the luggage (10.4 euros) for one luggage on which they dare to add an additional 10 euros "service fee".
I will never book again from eDreams.

Well it depends on the agent on line. The previous french agent could not solve my problem and i had to switch into english. I came across Neelam who handed my queries in a very professional way.
If your company is full of Neelam's, you are on board.
