My booking reference No. is *******643. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we decided to cancel all of 6 passenger's ticket.(Travelers include child and old persons). I have called more than 10 times to the agency and each time I had been waiting more than 40 minutes on the phone, and unfortunately I haven't got any specific answer from an agency and despite the emergency situation the agency didn't solve my problem. The customer service is very poor and they don't care about the customer's right.

This was my First time using eDreams and it was an E- Nightmare. They did not make my reservation with the airline, so I get to the airport and have no ticket waiting, when I called them to see what happened , they said it takes 24 hrs to process. well I made the reservation that morning for the evening. If there is a 24 hr wait time that should be stated on the website and then the type of plane should be stated. It was a prop plane that only seat eight. I told them to cancel the flight because I needed to be home that night , not wait til the next day to leave. I was told my money would be refunded within 24 hours and it has been 4 days and they still have not put my money back in my account. IF YOU CAN TAKE IT OUT IN 20 MINS. WHY DOES IT TAKE DAYS FOR YOU TO PUT IT BACK.
DO NOT USE THEM, IF THEY SCREW UP THEY DO NOT MAKE IT RIGHT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

There has been a natural disaster in the Philippines. Due to this I am unwilling to fly due to my own safety. My sister partner has Spoken to Trip.com and they have full refunded for the flight he booked. I am in the process of speaking to Edreams, this is who I’ve booked my return flight back from. They are unwilling to refund my flight from Manila - London. Under no circumstances will they refund this ticket. There is no concern for any of their passenger safety. I even tried to agree a part refund but they were also unwilling to do this.

This website is a scam. They advertise prices all week very low, but won't process your payment. When you call them up they try to force you to buy at inflated prices. They use an Indian call centre where the workers yell at you and talk over the top of you. Keep away from these scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! This is the worst company. I have calling them regarding my flight reservation for past 2 weeks every day to upgrade my flight and every time they tell me to call 3 hours later because their "supervisor is away". When i call 3 hours later, they say that he/she went home and no one is available to "approve" the purchase.
NEVER USE EDREAMS EVER.

I had quite a problem with buying plain tickets via your agency - I still don't understand why and honestly I wasn't very happy with the fact that I had to use a phone to try to find a solution. You refused my credit card(s) several times, and you cancelled my booking. But in the end, I bought tickets again and payed through PayPall which is linked with the very same credit card that you refused earlier! No logic in that except that I had to pay the commission for using PayPall. That's why I feel cheated. BUT what I must say is that I have nothing but the praise and big thank you for your employee ALOK who was really helpful and kind over the phone trying to help me with all this issues. I'm not really sure I'll use eDreams again...

They advertised this ticket at USD250 which I paid by credit card but when i saw my credit card statement the amount deducted was USD278.38.
They advertised the fare in usd then sent me the ticket quoted in South African rands 3470 so that they could blame the exchange rate but the rate on the day and even days following remains at 14.1 rands to 1usd which translates to USD246 which is even supposed to be cheaper than the 250 they quoted. So basically these guys are overcharging you on fare prices what they show you is not what you pay. Please use other booking sites.

I have booked a flight from Tel Aviv to Cancun through Zurich.. I booked it on 15.11. 19
We saw the flight through skyscanner and the price was in dollars. When we moved to edreams site, the price was in dollars as well. When I checked Ok to purchase my ticket, I saw that the price is in dollars. And then when I got the conformation of the booking I saw that I was charged in euros!!! In skyscanner and in swiss I can still see the flight and the price is in dollars. I have pay for this flight more then I was supposed to!

I always got good experiences with edreams except lately when my ticket was deducted twice on my credit card and it’s still not refunded after 2 months and several calls to the company that said they would reimburse it .
