We decided to try a VPS server in Italy from EDIS (Austrian company). All seems fine until you have a question. If you ask more than one question, forget it, you will only get one answer, preferably just one sentence. After 3 days online our server got suspended because of a possible botnet activity. I asked what happened, what should I do, what's next in solving this? We got very minimal information: "you are infected", that's it. So when will I get the server back online? No response. How do you know I am infected with anything, so they send me some link to some log with no information at all about our server. This goes on and on and on. This seems to apply to all the customer support employees because neither of them is able to give you more than one sentence of information.
They suspended me so I just ended the service. Customer satisfaction is definetely not one of their main targets!
