Competitive price and despatched quickly - I received my software the next working day, Would have given 5 stars but the product I chose originally was out of stock. It would have been good to have found this out when I placed the order. Nevertheless, the replacement they recommended (by email) I've now installed and it's working perfectly,

Ecost software have always provided me with a fast delivery and good service. They seem to be one of the few companies left that is still able to supply Office 2010 home and business retail edition which I need as I'm still using SBS 2003 which unfortunately isn't compatible with Office 2013.
My only gripe would be that it seems some of their software can be found a fair bit cheaper elsewhere but other than that all is good.
