My wife ordered a free toy from them, only to find out later that one had to order from them every quarter or something. This is apparently something written somewhere when agreeing with the terms, as if anyone reads the terms.
I find this a deceiving way of doing business. I want to warn potential customers about this website. Stay away from their 'free' gifts. A trustworthy company would not use such cheap tricks.
I will pay their bill to avoid force collection, and throw their coupon away. I don't want anything from companies that use such tricks. I am surprised this is even legal.
Later edit: Richie - thank you for your message! I already called eci.nl customer service about this issue, and I explained the situation. I received condescending remarks on a patronizing tone, about how I should carefully read the terms of a contract. So, perhaps this is legal, but not my type of company.

My article was delivered in 4 days, which is not acceptable for a shop which advertises delivery in less than 24 hours.
The book i ordered was supposed to be wrapped (present) and came without anything (45 extra cts in the pocket of the shop)
1st and last time for me....
