The WORST customer service. I have NO idea who I had on the phone, some man answered. From the "get-go" he was "short tempered" and "irritated" with me. I told him I had sent an email to Alejandro (in his company) and I wanted to confirm that he had received the message. But his remarks were short and RUDE and he never did succeed in helping me or assisting me on getting my shipment out. Echo Global Logistics customer service should receive NO STARS

I noticed my product arrived in the nearby center on a Friday morning. Got a call from them to schedule delivery and had to wait until Monday to have it delivered. Was told if I did not want to wait over the weekend, I could come pick it up over an hour away. I got a call Monday from them saying they needed to change the delivery to the next day because no driver was in the area. Got a call next day saying the driver would arrive between noon and 5 pm. Called around 2 pm and was told between 3 and 5 pm. Waited and the driver arrived at 5:30 pm as I was the last delivery. Though the driver was late, he was professional and courteous. I did notice due to his request for assistance, that he did not have the appropriate equipment to complete the task on his own. He asked politely if I would help him push the fork up the steep driveway and I obliged. He should have had a self propelled truck/fork for his safety, and if a customer in a similar situation ever got hurt, the company would be in legal pickle. They should invest in a self propelled truck/fork. Maybe if they invested, the driver would spend less time in each location allowing for more deliveries or at least less pressure to meet scheduled times.
This is not 3 stars because the driver/deliverer was professional.
