I ordered 2 car alarm remotes and the company stole my money and refuse to send me the product and do not answer their email. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company did not respond to them either. Here is the message I got back from the BBB so the company can come back and lie about this.

ok lets see if i dont get charged with this one lol
ok This company have a very fast shipping but i think thats the only good thing about it. Phones are down, "for a few weeks" so they say, an item was given to me with scratches on it, YES it was a cover but how can an item be new and have scratches on it regardless if it was a plastic cover that just doesnt make sense. I was threathen with being charged for falsely reviewing this company. My review is based on my experince with them that will never happen again. If you want quality just go to the store and you will save money and time in the long run. I truly believe they do not care about there customers but if you dont believe me then just keep on reading more reviews. They give careless service and want a 5 star rating. Hopefully no one else falls for this type of stuff. ALWAYS DO A BACKGRUOND CHECK ON ANY COMPANY!

The BBB needs to be all over this, How in the H#ll are you gone take my money and never give me any info on my product. NEVER I REPEAT, NEVER WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING OFF OF THE INTERNET AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS SITE. I Gave you guys money and you can't even let me know where my purchase is going or even where its at?? I don't even know If I will even get my product, Im pretty sure its bad when you make a customer feel like an ass...

I ordered a simple car alarm, nothing more nothing less. Its been about 1.5 weeks now and I have not received anything. I went to check the status of my order and nothing shows up. But yet google checkout did take the payment out of my bank account the same day I ordered it. Also every phone number on their site has a full message box, an no-one ever answers the phone or even calls you back. I've also sent emails and nothing, so far. Piss poor company.

It appears that this company still doesn't care about customer relations. It is impossible to get any response from them. The thing that bothers me the most is that within a few minutes of your order being placed it's gets a status of 'in the final stages of processing' and therefor can't be changed or canceled. But the "final stage' must include designing and making the product because my order has been in 'the final stage' for almost a week now and still hasn't shipped. Do yourself a favor and stay away from ecarsecurity.com.
