My school put me in wrong class so I ordered wrong software and used it for two days before school realized I was in wrong class. They would not refund me 95.00. Now this may not seem like a lot to them. It's a lot for me. I'm unemployed trying to make the best of this COVID situation and this people just screw me. Bad company. I'm gonna blast them all over the internet

We paid for books to be shipped over-night. Twelve days later they still have not arrived. Person at Customer Service was helpful - saying only that it takes 10 business days to ship. They are in Lexington, Ky. WE are in Dayton, Ohio, a 3 hour car drive away. I would have driven down to pick them up if given the option.

I mailed my return in advance of my due date but still got charged nearly $200. When I contacted support they said they couldn't refund me that charge because my package didn't have any tracking information. They couldn't track it because they didn't pay for tracking on the shipping label they sent me. Customer service is completely unhelpful and will tell you the same thing over and over. Please listen to the reviews on here, I know the textbooks look cheap, but it'll cost you more in the long run.

Got a cancelation email saying "Our security team reviews every order placed on our site in an effort to protect our customers. Orders are then canceled if certain criteria (including the billing address information) appears irregular. This does not mean we feel you are attempting to perpetrate fraud or that your customer information was stolen. We are only erring on the side of caution to protect our company's most important asset, our customers."
Then they added - "This item "Civil War Volumes 1-3 Box Set" is out of stock with the publisher"
I don't believe them - there is nothing wrong with my payments... So, they are selling OOS books...
I wouldn't recommend buying from them

I was very pleased with this company. They quoted a price on a book, paid for the shipping, and sent me the money by paypal. No misrepresentations, no drama. I recently sold books to booksrun, who quoted a price and then cut it by 75%, and if you want out of the deal, they want 8 or 9 bucks to ship each book back to you. Instead of taking the higher quote at booksrun, just use ecampus, because you will get more money and less frustration in the long run.

Was an option to leave 0 stars I would. This company is horrible to deal with and they do not stand behind their word or DO anything to make up for their mistakes. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. The people are pleasant enough like robots but they DO NOTHING to rectify their mistakes!

If I could give this website 0 stars I would! I sold them a textbook only to be told MONTHS later that is was not going to be accepted for absolutely NO LEGITIMATE REASON and that I would not be receiving payment and that if I wanted MY book back I need to pay $10 to have it shipped back to me. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They will 100% try to scam you out of your money. My order was mysteriously "lost" before it even got a tracking number. While they said I'd get a refund its been weeks and they have stopped answering emails. Their phone number is linked to some google number and they absolutely never answer it. Its all a big scam so save your time and money and buy elsewhere.

DO NOT USE eCAMPUS! This company is very sneaky with how they advertise on their website. I purchased a book that advertised in the title that it would include an access code, where I can access my assignments and homework. Later, I discovered after receiving my book via UPS with NO access code, that they put in SMALL print that access codes may or may not come with books that are rented.
Then when I tried to return the book to get my hard-earned money back, eCampus stated they will not be refunding my full amount back due to their "restocking fee." NEVER WILL I USE eCAMPUS AGAIN and neither should you. This company claims on their website they are here to help students get college books for a cheaper price. Well fellow students, this company is not helping us out! They are banking on you not seeing the small print so they can pocket some of your money. I am disappointed that I made this mistake but hopefully from this review, you will not make the same mistake as I did. Now more than ever, it is important to stop giving money to companies that don't care about their customers but only care about making money, by any means possible.
TO eCAMPUS:
I WILL be contacting student affairs at Georgia State University, one of the largest universities in Georgia, to have your company blacklisted due to fraudulent and predatory tactics directed at consumers, namely, students of the University System of Georgia.

This is a horrible company, I'm not sure how they're operating. It took 3 months and constant daily calls and e-mails to receive a PayPal payment for two hardcover textbooks I sold to them. If I hadn't called every day I never would have gotten my payment. Every time it was a new excuse, and every week it was "I see that it was just added to the accounting books, we will be issuing payment asap. Please allow 2 to 3 business days". Over two months of this.
Don't use eCampus. I'm going to be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

I sold two books to them and two books to another company, the other company paid me within two weeks., ecampus took over 8 weeks and only paid me for one saying the second wasn't authentic, though it very much was.

Due to having issues trying to create an account and not being able to get in contact with anybody for 4-5 days. I now have to pay for expedited shipping to make sure I get my material on time.
Update as of 8/20: it shows on the website that the material will ship out in 24-48 hrs but it is a week and 1/2 later and I still don’t have my material. False advertisement on having material in stock.
I now have 2 business days to find a place that has it in stock and will ship the same day!
Do not rely on ecampus.com! Horrible customer service!!

I would not recommend buying from ecampus. This was my first order experience, I redeemed a 5 coupon from a text offer on there site and finally got the book I wanted. Several days later I find out my order was cancelled due to the item not being in stock and I check the site and the book is higher as well. Do you have the book or not? This was a waste of my time and I don't like that shipping is expensive. Order from betterworldbooks, at least they have free shipping on any order unlike ecampus.
