CSR Anna Maria Piazza made my first buying experience an unpleasant one. I inquired, “I believe I should not pay for return shipping or a restocking fee because what was advertised and what I purchased was not what I measured using a spectrophotometer. Please adjust refund accordingly.” She replied, Hello “we shipped the item with all the same spec that we advertised, I can waive the restocking fee but you would need to reship it on your end. “
I returned the item as directed by Piazza, tracked it to make sure it was received, which it was, and waited for the refund. I was never refunded.
Grammar and punctuation notwithstanding, she disregarded my direct experience with the product. It is not only disrespectful but lacks the empathy star customer service representatives cultivate. This behavior is not how you build relationships with customers.

This shop took payment through pay-pal, then told us the product ordered wasn't available and offered a replacement. They conveniently sent "updates" until we were beyond pay-pal's refunding ability and then disappeared with the money. Their phone number does reach an answering machine, but they do not return calls. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered bulbs that never turn up. They take payment and never deliver. Then they do not answer the phone or email to cancel the order.

Bought some bulbs from them. Had to wait for over a month to get them delivered. They ignored my e-mails and phone calls until I opened an inquiry through Pay Pal resolution center.
Would avoid at all cost !

Ordered bulbs, money taken within 24 hours. Then no bulbs, no answers, no replies. Have started claim via Paypal and threatened legal action. result - total silence. A real scam!!

Sadly the same as previous reviewers. They take the money from PayPal, and don't send the goods.

This site is a scam. I have similar experiences to your other reviewers - made order, they took the money and sent no goods, and they will not repsond to emails or return calls. ALthoug in my case it was not a huge amount, but it is the principle of these types of people praying on the unwary. I hope this review helps to put a stop to their il-gotten gains, but I will be reporting to OFT and Fokestone police as what they do amounts to theft in my book. Also BEWARE etvshop.co.uk - it is the same address and phone number - obviousley they are not content with low cost items anymore... Oh the greed.

You make an order. They take your money. You receive nothing and they keep your money. Send emails, leave voice mails - it makes no difference - they will not reply. You use this (probably scam site) at your own risk. You have been warned. Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude, and I am seriouely thining about crimal proceedings gainst this company because this is theft.

This company are completely fraudulent. They are quick to take money and then all you will receive is a deadly silence. There is only an answer machine if you call and no response from email. I have raised my dispute with Pay Pal. This company should be shut down - DO NOT USE THEM!

This is obviously a fraudulent outfit. Order placed 18/9/10, no merchandise forthcoming. Refuse to answer phone, answered first e-mail - full of apologies,would investigate etc, 2nd e-mail Katie promised a refund if requested - still waiting -letter sent recorded delivery,still no response. Matter referred to trading standards221/12//10

It's a fraud! They don't answer your calls or emails when you chase your order. They use Paypal in debiting from your account and yet no bulbs were delivered until now. Totally rubbish! beware.

don't seem to send out products as asked ,as for paypal its 45 days from order to start a complaint then 20 days from that to escalate it

Absolutely terrible service! After a month of waiting and trying to contact ebulb I have still not received my items and I am struggling to get my money back from.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Avoid!!

Despite repeated emails and reminders EBULB SHOP are happy to take your money but do not deliver the goods! Tried to obtain a refund through PAYPAL but they do not tell you that you must start a dispute within twenty days of a transaction. As much good as a chocolate tea pot!
