I will NEVER in my life order ANYTHING from this site again. I ordered crochet passion twist. They took money out of my account without giving me a tracking number, a shipping date nor an update on my order. I've been on the phone with them for over an hour trying to get someone on the phone. One person answered the phone after 30 minutes of me waiting only to say, "Can you hold please." So finally after sending an angry email about my redund they want to answer my phone call. The lady was very rude. She cut me off when i spoke to her. At this point i was i upset but calm. They never told me that my prser was cancelled. Had i not called or sent that email, they wouldn't have given me my money. never recieved my order. I should have stuck with my other hair company. I WILL BE RECEIVING MY REFUND IN FULL AND TAKING MY MONEY AND BUSINESS TO MY RELIABLE HAIR COMPANIES. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been ordering from Ebonyline.com for quite a long time, and I am still impressed with their excellent customer service and with their reasonably priced items.
Just recently I purchased an item, and the Customer Service Rep. Desiree contacted me promptly, via e-mail, to let me know the item was sold out, at this time. After several e-mail messages back and forth, Desiree helped me get squared away with a different item. I was really impressed with the customer service of her responding back to me so promptly during our e-mail message exchanges, enabling me to be able to get the item in a timely fashion. Thank you so much Desiree, for your kind customer service. I really appreciate it. I hate to say it, but unfortunately, customer service is almost a lost art, but I was very glad to see that it still exists with Desiree at Ebonyline.

I LOVE EBONYLINE.COM... I am a constant buyer, every product i've bought are quality. The pricing is reasonable and won't break your bank account. Even when they can't fill your order, Desiree will contact you to let you know and offer similar options, if you don't want it, you can get a refund without any problems... I can always find something I want at this website..

I was a faithful ebonyline customer until they made a mistake on my order. I emailed them regarding the mix up amd I never recieved a response back...So I called and Each and every representative that answered the phone was extremly rude to me due to them messing my order up....
My original order was sent....the sent an email stating 2 of the wigs I ordered they did not have in the color requested. So I ask them to send alternate colors of the 2 wigs I originally ordered....These incompetant people sent the color I originally ordered that they said they did not have and another color but left one of the wigs I ordered completely off. When I call to bring it to their attention....everyone was rude to me.. they cut me off and raised their voice at me and repeatedly hung up in my face. they would lie and say the manager is in a meeting...took my number didnt pass the message repeatedly hung up in my face until I finally had to curse them out. Then they wanna say vulgar language is never tolerated but u have customer service reps working with very bad and nasty attitudes and lack of professionalism. They Play games with your time , your money, and everything else. After their mistake of sending me the wrong thing they told me I have to pay to have it shipped back and get the correct order. How much sense does that make when the mistake is on their part?? I would never in life order from Ebonyline again!!! And I gave them good business....never again will I support their business!! Wigtypes, Divatress, Sams Beauty here I come!!!***how do u have zero tolerance for vulgar language and no zero tolerance for horrible customer service from ALL UR REPS!!! PLEASE!!

I have been ordering with them for a year. Their prices are good. But their customer service reps are AWFUL. They over talk you, howl/raise their voice for no reason when they get frustrated, smart responds to questions asked, if you disagree they mute you or put you on hold for 20-30 minutes without coming back. Which obviously is what they want: so you hang up. Good prices but if you wanted to be disrespected by them then I suggest you go somewhere else for your hair products. I’m really disappointed but I can not give nasty attitude people my hard earned money. I order a lot from them or I did. I am really upset that they are so nasty and childish. I understand now why people take a chance with overseas companies. Something is seriously wrong with us Americans. We lack common courtesy and decency. Wtw

I have ordered from this website for 3 years. Sometimes the shipping is slow and sometimes they will forget to update you when they are out of stock. Mostly they do a great job.

I order from this company all the time, I love all their products and Desiree is the nicest person ever. She always reaches out to me if something is out of stock or if other colors are available too. I have never had a bad experience with this company and I've been a customer for over 3 years. I also buy a lot of hair, their prices are really fair and the selection is great!

I’m so angry so I placed an order aug 16 that communicated and said the color was out so I said I’d wait till they get the color so as badly as I wanted the color. So they explained they still couldn’t get it so I assumed they already made the transaction on the 16 but didn’t after I said I would accept it in another color the money didn’t come out until the 26 they failed to explain that now my account is over drawn I will never order from then again.

New customer at Ebonyline. Ordered several hair pieces but discovered a few were not in stock after the order had been placed. However, customer service agent was a great relief by updating me regularly on the status and soon the package was on its way! I'll def be ordering from Ebonlyine again (okay, I already have :-). The absolute WORST! I wish I could give negative stars. This place never shipped my order. When I contacted them they said my order had been placed on backorder because the hair I selected was out of stock. Mind you there was no notice whatsoever! So I ask could they ship out the remaining part of my order, and refund me for the out of stock items, and shipping since the date had passed for me to have it. I woke up to an email stating my order had been cancelled, and 4-5 days for the charges to come off. I will never order with this seller again!

The only reason I will give this site 2 stars is because usually the prices are good. My issue with ebonyline is how slow it takes to receive your order and 80% of the time something in your order is not in stock which creates more and more delay. I will order from them but never if I need something fast. Honestly, it will take anywhere from 2weeks to a month!

I LOoooooVE the wonderful customer service i receive at Ebonyline. That's why I've been a customer for 6 years now. I get quick response. i ordered a wig that was not in stock and they wrote immediately to let me know. To see what i wanted to do. I told i would like to wait for it to get restocked. They said it would absolutely fine. They just wanted to make sure i was satisfied. AWESOME Is all I got to say:) I LOooooVE Ebonyline .

I returned my item in a timely manner, with tags intact, etc. I was told the item didn't meet their qualifications for a refund and send them more money ($7) to return unit to me. So frustrating I couldn't get a definitive answer as to why return was not acceptable. Too many websites for me to trifle with them again.

I ordered from them all the time but one of my last orders I ordered 3 lace wigs. The Emerald, Cheleste & Jojo. I received my package rather quickly but I only received two of the three wigs I purchased. The Jojo wig was missing. I email Customer service & they keep telling me that I received all wigs but didn't. I think they're some miss understandings and bad attitude. I want my wig or a refund.

First time ordering and because the item was needed on Sunday. It was ordered 2nd day air on a Thursday. If there was ANY indication that the item would not arrive until Monday, I would’ve chose another delivery method, but there was none.
I wasn’t told that if you select 2nd Day air on Thursday, it will arrive the second BUSINESS day (Monday) until I requested a refund for the additional price of shipping. I am still waiting for the package which by their standards is not late.
I searched the website and it took me sometime to find the shipping policy that did not tell me what they define as 2nd Day air. When i finally found the link that housed the information, I can see that it excludes weekend delivery.
It’s misleading. Have a pop-up to explain “the method of shipping you selected does not include weekend delivery.
I’ll try to make sure others know so they aren’t disappointed and don’t lose money.
Update: As I stated...this shouldn’t have been something that needed to be searched for. Thanks

Customer Service (particularly, Desiree) was very quick to respond to my email. I can always trust to get a response from a rep when I have a question about my order and shipping is always quick and my order has always been fulfilled with my first choice.
