Place a order 7 days ago still no order should not take that long because I’am in Illinois this tried to call can’t get through no shipment confirmation so I guess I’ll just have to file a dispute through PayPal.

Ordered 4 Wigs Due to the busy Christmas holiday my ordered was delayed because one wig was out of Stock. I corresponded with the customer service agent name Desiree who help me for two day the dollar amount had to equal in value but found one I was happy with. Desiree email me said I will receive my shipping and tracking information first 72 hour after that I should receive my package. Thank You Ebonyline

This company is both grossly incompetent and lacking in customer service. I placed an order on January 14th and was never informed that they were out of stock. In the first place, it is clear that they don’t have a proper inventory management system, because why am I able to order an out of stock item? Then to make matters worst, rather than apologize and find a resolution, the representative was nonchalant, condescending and disingenuous. I was waiting on that hair to have my hair done for my birthday luncheon. Now, I have to scramble for find, new hair. This is ridiculous and wholly unacceptable.
The response from the company does not address my concerns, it is over a week later and my order was not shipped and when I called to get a status update I was told that you all were waiting to hear from me. How could that be when no one bothered to contact me? As I stated, poor customer service and incompetence run amok.

I ordered hair received it and did not like the color. I returned the hair; as a consumer you only have 7 days to return the shipment be ware. This order was during the holiday and I received no grace for timing to return the item. Ebony line does not offer free return shipping; the cost to return the items was $25 additional to my purchase. Once returned there is a 20/30% restocking fee. So i as the consumer was again out another $35 a total of $60 additional dollars out of my pocket. This entire experience was awful and very rude Customer Service; implicating it was the holiday so deal with it as to why my refund took so long. Yet as the Consumer I received 0 grace to return my item.
I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I ordered again as soon as returned hoping order would offset the timing and new hair would come. Over 14 days has passed I have not received my order. I call and get it was a holiday, we are awaiting product from vendor, or plain and simply no one will respond or send me back to Customer Service. I was told I would receive a tracking order 3 different times. 2x nothing. Yesterday after 6 different email and again trying to avoid my questions as to where my product was I received a tracking # that now say UPS has not received anything. I have all the emails. This organization is not Consumer Focused. They have done nothing to reach out to or communicate. Poor staff interactions, my refund took well over time it said, still awaiting my shipment, and after emailing Customer Service Manager she sent me back to the 877 # to be on hold and leave a message and never received return phone call. Horrible Experience. Horrible Customer Appreciation. Very disheartening!!! Terrible business ethics.

I have ordered from Ebonyline multiple times. Hair quality & price is very good which is why I keep coming back. The Customer Service is very mixed. Some very poor (poor communication, speed, lack of customer mindset) vs some good. On the positive front Customer Service Managers like Desiree are excellent. Very responsive, clear information & guidance, customer focussed.

I wouldnt order here. They are basically middle men. Despite any bs they may tell you. They are middle men. they will list products in stock that they dont necessarily have only in hopes of sending you replacement. After they have already charged you and gotten your information. If an item isnt in stock, any reputable store wouldnt list it as in stock... but not these guys. This in itself is fraudulent to me. and I advise to look elsewhere, HARD, REAL HARD. TISUNBEAUTY is a better choice or even NYHAIRMALL. I dont know if these companies are all under same umbrella but the latter 2 dont list items in stock when they arent. The choice is ultimately yours. I just hope this review doesnt fall on deaf ears.

I agree with many of the reviews on here. I placed an order with Ebonyline and my order was never shipped. I had a hard time getting through to customer service. They gave me a bogus order # and never shipped my items until I called them and complained. It took over 2 weeks to get my hair. I definitely won't be ordering from them again

Still waiting for my order it’s been over a week, I called asking for my tracking number they said there is no tracking number because they just started shipping with amazon which is completely unacceptable. I will never order from ebonyline again.

Ebonyline has a a great selection of wigs and super fast shipping. They have prompt, responsive, friendly customer service unlike other companies who only respond via email days later. Ebonyline customer service agent Patti has personally helped me quickly resolve order issues.

I started ordering from this website about 6 months ago. Since then I have ordered 4 more times. They literally ship your item super fast, the products are exactly what you see online. Not to mention the AMAZING customer service, I spoke with Summer regarding the shipment of my wigs and she was super polite and very helpful. Customer Service was horrendous. The item I purchased was trash however with the restocking fee along with shipping back to them and shipping a new product to myself, cost more than the crap they sold me. I was told by a rude representative that they don't do exchanges, however their site clearly states that they do. I decided against returning the items but then I discovered that they overcharged me. I sent an email with a copy of their packing slip and the price they charged and they sent me the RMA form to return the item. I called and spoke to a representative about the overcharge she asked me what did I want to return? They are making way too much money off these restocking fees. Rather than fix the problem they would rather you return and let you eat the cost. It is outrageous that they would be so unprofessional and unknowledgeable of their own policies. I discovered that they own Wigsbuy too so they are off my list as well.
