SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!!!!
Long term customer for over 10 years (without a single claim) and it still takes HOURS to contact these jokers by phone. None of the links on the website work for any other forms of contact and the FAQs are an endless, unhelpful loop. Calls are premium rate and unacceptably expensive, especially as you never actually get connected, you just get put in a continuous automated system that doesn't get answered! I'm now cancelling my policy and going elsewhere.

Ive called 12 times, of at least 20 minutes today to switch my insurance to cover another vehicle. 12 TIMES!!! no one has answered any of the calls. God help if I need to make a claim. Never again.………….

Into my 20th minute now waiting on customer services. It's such a shame that you can't see Trustpilot scores on the insurance comparison websites - if you could they might smarten up their act. No doubt in a minute or 10 minutes or an hour some flustered person will come on the line to tell me how busy they are but this is the oldest trick in the book. In reality they'll be running a thread bare contact centre in the hope that most people give up. No information held online for me to see - just trying to find out if I'm covered for breakdown. I'm dreading the call if I need to make a claim - what if they don't pick up at all?

Purchased my Bike Insurance through them via GoCompare; underwriters being Ageas.
If you have to call them it does take an average of 13 minutes to get through but once through, it’s quite painless - especially after fitting a Meta Alarm and getting it refunded on my Premium.
Just annoys me that all the paperwork is ‘only’ sent in the post...

Worst company with pathetic customer service! Cannot get hold of someone to talk to to pay my outstanding premium for policy cancellation. Will never use this company ever again and please please stay away from them if you reading this unless you want to be on hold for ever.

website constantly no working.
Just received renewal letter for £9183 (9 thousends pounds) for the tiger explorer worth about that much.
You can spend ages on the phone (845 number).

No working website again as of the last week.
unable to renew my policy online....
called them only to wait 20 mins on hold to be told I am sorry I only do cars...
waited 4 days for ebike to call back but they couldn't be bothered even emailed then but they reply was to say my policy has now expired here's your proof of no claims ...
Emma Richards Customer Services your a disgrace for your lame reply.
You could suck start my Harley.
